    Comparative Research on Youth Training Mode Between Evergrande Soccer School and La Marcia

    通过文献分析和比较研究的方法,发现:在新的形势与政策下,我国足球改革发展迎来了前所未有的良机。我国足球失利,青训问题是原罪,因此建立一套本土化的青训模式已成为我国足球改革发展亟待解决的重点问题,而向世界优秀的足球青训模式进行本土化借鉴是这一问题得以解决的必经过程。作为中国青训代表的恒大足校已建立起一套本土化的“输出型”青训模式,即系统教育+科学训练+输出型“外输内销”;而作为世界青训代表的拉玛西亚青训营则建立了一套“传承型”青训模式,即人文教育+科学训练+传承型“内销外输”。将两者进行比较研究,不仅为恒大足校的长远发展提供了参考性借鉴,也为中国足球青训的改革发展提供了有益启示,即重视人格教育、家庭教育与坚持目标导向性。Through the methods of literature analysis and comparative research, discovering that : Under the new situation and policy,reform and development of Chinese soccer ushered in the unprecedented opportunity. To Chinese soccer’s loss, youth training problem is the original sin, therefore establishing a set of local youth training mode has already become the key issue demanding prompt solution in the reform and development of Chinese soccer,which to be resolved have to use for reference locally from the world excellent soccer youth training mode. As a representative of Chinese youth training, Evergrande soccer school has set up a set of local “output type” youth training mode,namely system of education + Scientific training + output type “ outer transmission then sale in domestic market” ; while as a representative of the world youth training,La Marcia youth training camp set up a set of “ transmission type” youth training model, namely Humanities education + Scientific training + Transmission type “ sale in domestic market then outer transmission” .     宋代的权相与词臣,是宋代词科考试的关键性环节,往往会影响词科考试的结果。因此,词科考试前的士人投献,仍有一定的意义。而词科考试对士子博古通今的苛责以及考试知识的专业化倾向,迫使应举士人,特别是没有词科家学传统的士人,通过请益的方式,建立自己的人际网络与师承关系。宋代词科的师承谱系因此得以建立与伸展。以习业词科为中心,历代经典文本、考场衡文标准,辅之师弟相承的文学传统,三者形成合力,从而推动着写作范式的传承与文体形态的稳定性。但衣钵传承,也有可能导致创作上的固化与偏执,由此产生负面影响

    Hypoglycemic action of acidic polysaccharide in leaf of Gynura divaricata and its effect on related indexes

    与西药相比,传统中药及其提取物具有经济、安全的优点,同时还可避免西药的许多副作用[1]。中药材白子草又名白背三七,为菊科(COMPOSITAE)三七属(gynurA CASS.)植物白子菜〔gynurA dIVArICATA(lInn.)dC.〕的干燥叶,具有清热、舒筋、止血、祛痰等功效[2]。在民间,白子菜的茎和叶可药食两用,用于治疗高血压、糖尿病和高血脂症等[3],其化学成分复杂,目前已分离获得多糖类[3]、黄酮类[4-6]、生物碱[4,7-8]和脂肪酸[9]等成分。Gynura divaricata acidic polysaccharide( GDAP) was extracted and purified from dry leaf of Gynura divaricata( Linn.) DC.Effects of successive lavage GDAP for 0,7,14 and 21 d with daily dose of 15,37 and 60 mg·kg- 1on blood glucose content of diabetic model mice were analyzed,and differences in SOD activity and MDA content in serum and glycogen content in liver of mice were compared.The results show that with prolonging of successive administration time and increasing of GDAP daily dose,blood glucose content of diabetic model mice generally appears the decreasing trend.With successive administration for 14 and 21 d,blood glucose content of different GDAP treatment groups is generally lower than that of CK group( 0.9% Na Cl injection with daily dose of 10 m L·kg- 1) but higher than that of T1group( metformin with daily dose of 200 mg·kg- 1).In which,after successive administration GDAP for 21 d with daily dose of 37 and60 mg·kg- 1,blood glucose content of diabetic model mice is significantly or extremely significantly lower than that of CK group but significantly or extremely significantly higher than that of T1 group,while SOD activity in serum of diabetic model mice is significantly higher and its MDA content is significantly lower than those of CK group,but there is no significant difference with those of T1 group.Glycogen content in liver of diabetic model mice of different GDAP treatment groups is higher than that of CK group,but lower than that of T1 group.It is suggested that GDAP is the main hypoglycemic components in polysaccharide of G.divaricata leaf, and it has dose-effect relationship in hypoglycemic activity.Hypoglycemic mechanism of GDAP is probably related to improving antioxidant enzyme ability in the body,enhancing activity of scavenging oxygen free radicals,relieving liver damage,and increasing glycogen storage capacity.福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2012J01400

    Development of the facility for model scramjet testing

    A hypersonic propulsion test facility has been constructed in IMCAS (Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences) in order to provide a high enthalpy hypersonic flow for a model scramjet testing. The vitiated air is produced by a hydrogen/air and oxygen replenishment combustion heater with flow rate of 3.5kg/s, total pressure of 5MPa and total temperature of 2000K in maximum, and accelerated up to Mach 5.6 by a two-dimensional nozzle. Test chamber of the facility is evacuated by a one-stage central air ejector. The preliminary facility performance tests showed that the vitiated air heater could provide the high enthalpy flow as expected.     工作波长位于3μm的中红外光纤激光器,因其位于水分子以及诸多气体和生物分子的吸收峰,被广泛应用于激光医疗、遥感、大气监测、光谱学和军事领域。本论文首先介绍了3μm光纤激光器常用的光纤基质和稀土增益离子,分析了3μm稀土掺杂光纤激光器的工作原理,并且从不同研究视角回顾了3μm稀土掺杂光纤激光器的研究进展。其中,锁模中红外光纤激光器、小型化全光纤中红外激光器和3-4μm更长波长的中红外光纤激光器是目前研究的主要趋势和热点。随着3μm中红外光纤激光相关技术的迅速发展,结构更紧凑、性能更优异的3μm光纤激光器不断涌现,必将大大推动其商业化和实用化的进程,并更好地满足不同领域的应用需求
