Effects of dietary mannan-oligosaccharide on growth performance of juvenile large yellow croaker(Pseudosciaena crocea)
采用单因素试验设计,进行为期30 d的饲养试验,探讨饲料中分别添加0%(对照组)、0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的甘露寡糖对初始平均体重为(7.26±0.08)g的大黄鱼幼鱼生产性能的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加甘露寡糖能有效促进大黄鱼幼鱼生长,提高幼鱼的抗病力。3个试验组的大黄鱼幼鱼增重率、均体长增长量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),幼鱼的成活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饲料系数则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综合评价大黄鱼幼鱼的成活率、增重率和饲料系数等参数,建议幼鱼饲料中甘露寡糖的最适添加量为0.2%。A 30-day feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary mannan oligosac-charide(MOS) on growth performance of juvenile large yellow croaker(Pseudosciaena crocea) with ini-tially average weight(7.26±0.08) g.Basal diet were supplemented with 0%(control), 0.1%, 0.2%, and0.3% MOS in a totally randomized design trial in triplicate groups.The results showed that the dietarysupplemented with MOS could effectively promote the growth and improve disease resistance of juve-nile large yellow croaker(P.crocea).The growth rate,average body length growth rate and survival rateof juvenile large yellow croaker(P.crocea) in 3 experimental groups were significantly higher than thoseof control group(P<0.05).The feed coefficients in the all experimental groups were significantly lowerthan that of the control group(P<0.05).These results clearly indicated that dietary MOS could improvegrowth performance and increase the disease resistance in juvenile large yellow croaker(P.crocea), andthe 0.2% MOS supplementation was suitable for juvenile large yellow croaker(P.crocea).福建省区域重大项目“基于膨化软颗粒生产方法的功能性大黄鱼配合饲料的开发[2013N3001]”; 福建省厦门市科技创新项目“基于生物活性物质的鱼用保肝促生长制剂的研制与示范应用[3502Z20143002]
Effects of antimicrobial peptides on growth performance of greenhouse feeding young Pelodiscus sinensis
采用单因素饲养试验,在基础饲料中添加抗菌肽0(对照组)、400 Mg/kg饲料配制成2种中华鳖幼鳖配合饲料,分别饲喂平均体质量为(58.394±6.525)g的日本品系中华鳖(PElOdISCuS SInEnSIS)幼鳖60 d,以探讨饲料中添加抗菌肽对温室养殖中华鳖幼鳖生长性能的影响。结果表明,抗菌肽组和对照组的幼鳖成活率分别为99.52%和99.20%;饲料系数分别为1.20和1.29,饲料系数降低了6.98%,两组之间差异显著(P0.05),抗菌肽组和对照组的中华鳖幼鳖增重率分别为92.87%和67.63%,两组间的差异显著(P0.05).The weight gain rate of ABPs and con-trol group were 92.87% and 67.63% respectively, significantly higher than control group(P>0.05).It isconcluded that 400 mg/kg ABPs can promote the growth of young Pelodiscus sinensis in greenhousefeeding and reduce feed coefficient.福建省重大专项专题项目“名优海水鱼循环水生态养殖与重大疫病防控技术开发与示范[2013NZ0002]

Review of nutrient requirements and formula dietary for trachinotus ovatus
卵形鲳鲹(TrACHInOTuS OVATuS)作为我国重要的海水养殖鱼类,其养殖已形成一定的规模。推进其标准化、规范化、集约化养殖业的发展,提升其配合饲料质量是非常重要的。文章综述了近几年国内外有关卵形鲳鲹的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂类、糖类和维生素等营养素的营养需求研究及其配合饲料研发的成果,以期为进一步开展卵形鲳鲹营养需求研究及其配合饲料开发积累基础资料,推进卵形鲳鲹健康养殖持续发展。As one of the most important mariculture species,Trachinotus ovatus culture has been a certain scale.It is very important to promote Trachinotus ovatus aquaculture of the standardization,normalization,intensification,and improve the quality of formula dietary for Trachinotus ovatus.This article reviews the nutritional requirements,including the requirements of protein,amino acids,lipids,carbohydrates,and vitamins of Trachinotus ovatus,and the research & development of formula dietary at home and abroad in recent years.It helps to accumulate the basic information to the further studies on nutrient requirements and formulated dietary for Trachinotus ovatus,and push forward the sustainable development of Trachinotus ovatus healthy aquaculture.福建省科技重大专项“环境友好型饲料关键技术集成及其产业化开发”[2010NZ0002-2]; 福建省星火计划项目“高效环境友好型卵形鲳鲹配合饲料的产业化开发[2012S0005]
不同配合饲料对日本鳗鲡玻璃鳗生产性能的影响
试验以水蚯蚓为对照组饲料,探讨益多美配合饲料和国外某品牌配合饲料对日本鳗鲡玻璃鳗生产性能的影响。结果表明,益多美配合饲料组的玻璃鳗平均存活率最高,为77.34%,为水蚯蚓组的1.64倍;国外饲料组和益多美饲料组玻璃鳗的平均增重率分别是水蚯蚓组的1.83和1.70倍;配合饲料转化率优于水蚯蚓,其中益多美饲料组的平均饲料转化率(27.3%)略高于国外饲料组(26.3%)。公益性行业(农业)科研专项经费项目nyhyzx07-043-1
50味中药及其复方与抗生素对河流弧菌的体外抑菌作用
用牛津杯法选择大黄、黄柏、黄连等50种单味中药进行河流弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌体外抑菌试验,并以抗菌活性较好的药物组成二联、三联复方,药物质量浓度分别为60和240 mg·mL-1,进行中药复方抗菌活性研究,同时用抗生素进行河流弧菌药敏试验。目的是筛选出对河流弧菌敏感的中草药、抗生素及其复方。结果表明,黄连、诃子等单方对河流弧菌抑菌作用明显,为极敏感;在60 mg·mL-1低药物浓度时,黄柏、黄连组成的复方对河流弧菌抑菌作用为极敏感;在240 mg·mL-1药物浓度时,黄柏、黄连等组成的9个复方中药对河流弧菌抑菌作用属极敏感,黄连、板蓝根、黄柏等4个复方中药对河流弧菌的抑菌作用明显,为极敏感。河流弧菌对恩诺沙星、盐酸多西环素、氟苯尼考、土霉素及甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑5种药物高度敏感。部分中药对河流弧菌抑制作用不明显,黄连、板蓝根、黄柏等4个三联复方中药药效最强。可组成多种三联复方中药或中西药联用复方,均有良好的抑制作用。2018年开放课题基金项目(LYC2018RS04,闽海鸥[2018]31号)福建省自然基金项目(2016J01167,2018J01455)国家自然科学基金(31702384,31502194)福建省科技重大专项(2016NZ0001-3)2017年集美大学研究生教育教学改革研究项目(集大研No.[2017]18号)教育部鳗鱼工程研究中心开放基金项目(RE201704

Studies on Vibriosis in Caged-Cultured Pseudosciaena crocea(Richardson)
1999年夏季 ,福建省宁德北斗都网箱养殖大黄鱼发生大面积死亡 ,从病鱼体内分离出两株细菌 :ND - 0 1和ND - 0 2 .人工感染试验证实这两株菌皆为大黄鱼的病原菌 .经鉴定 ,菌株ND - 0 1为溶藻弧菌 ,菌株ND - 0 2为副溶血弧菌 . 5 1种药物的药敏试验表明 :青霉素G、万古霉素等 19种药物对ND - 0 1没有抗菌作用 ,青霉素G、头孢拉定等 10种药物对ND - 0 2没有抗菌作用 ;ND - 0 1对氯霉素、氟派酸等 9种药物敏感 ,而ND - 0 2则对氟派酸、氟嗪酸等 10种药物敏感A serious epdemic of P.crocea cultured in net cage in Ninde was broken out in srmmer,1999.Two strains isolated from the diseased fish were confirmed to be the pathogens of the epidemic by artificial infection tests.Detection on 44 kinds of bio chemical characteristics on 2 strains of pathogens isolated from P.crocea were done.According to the results and to Bergeys Mannual of Systematic Bacteriology(1984),strain ND-01 was Vibrio alginolyticus ,while strain ND-02 was V.parahaemolyticus . Meanwhile,the sensitivity of two strains to 50 kinds of antibiotic was detected.The results showed that 19 kinds of antibiotic had no inhibitory activity to strain ND-01,while strain ND-02 had resistance to 10 kinds of chemotherapeutants.Strain ND-01 was sensitive to Chloramphenicol and other 8 kinds of antibiotic,strain ND-02 was sensitive to 10 kinds of chemotherapeutants.国家高技术研究发展计划 (86 3计划 )资助项目 (86 3- 819- 0 2 - 12
Bacterial diseases of Haliotis diversicilor supertexta in Dongshan,Fujian
本文分离纯化了 1 999年春东山县患病九孔鲍的 2株主要病原菌 ,进行了回归感染、药敏试验、病变组织的超薄切片观察 .结果表明此次暴发性流行鲍病的致病菌主要是溶藻弧菌和副溶血弧菌 .在所进行的 48种药物的药敏试验中 ,2株菌仅对氯霉素和复方新诺明等 8种药物共同敏感 ,药物联合抗菌试验还表明复方新诺明与磺胺甲基异恶唑等有协同作用 ,氯霉素与复方新诺明等有加成作用 .A serious epidemic of Haliotis diversicilor supertexta was broken out in Donshan of Fujian during spring in 1999. Two strains isolated from diseased H. diversicilor supertexta were used to do artificial infection experiments with the healthy abalones and confirmed to be pathogenic. According to their morphological and biochemical characteristics, two strains of the isolates were identified as Vibrio alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus . Among the 48 detective drugs, few drugs were effective to both strains and only four drugs could promote each other. Vibrioes resulted in this epidemic of the abalones. Besides this, adverse environment was also an important factor. Good cultural environments, strongly immune abilities of the abalones and suitable medicines can prevent and cure diseases of abolones
Bacterial Pathogenetic biology of cultured Pseudosciaena crocea in southern Fujian
调研了厦门市火烧屿、漳浦县古雷镇杏子村和泉州市肖厝村洋屿等近岸海水网箱养殖大黄鱼的水质因子、养殖管理以及细菌性疾病 ,并从患病大黄鱼的体表、鳃、肠以及血液中分离细菌 .根据形态和生理生化特性的检测鉴定及回归感染结果表明 :诱发 1998年春夏闽南地区养殖大黄鱼病害的主要病原是溶藻弧菌 .在 51种药物的药敏试验中 ,病原菌对氟哌酸、氯霉素等 12种药物高度敏感 ,对环丙沙星等 13种药物中度敏感 ,对万古霉素等 2 6种药物不敏感 .The bacterial diseases of net cage cultured Pseudosciaena crocea collected from southern Fujian (Xiamen, Zhangpu and Quanzhou) were investigated. The main pathogen isolated from the ill fish was identified as Vibrio alginolyticus by biochemical、physiological、electron microscopical methods and aritificial infecton. Among 51 drugs tested, the bacteria was high sensitive to 12 drugs such as Chloramphenicolum and Norfloxacinum.
