Research on Efficiency Improvement of GaN-based LEDs at High Driving Current Density

Solution-phase Synthesis of One-dimensional Silver Nanomaterials and Nanoseparation
多元醇法制备银纳米线已经被广泛研究。在这个体系中,考察了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分子量对银纳米形貌的影响,发现PVP分子量越大,所制备的银纳米线长径比越大。通过UV-Vis吸收光谱和原子吸收光谱分析表征发现,不同分子量PVP的还原能力的顺序如下:PVPK15>PVPK30>PVPK90,并且PVP的还原性会影响银纳米线的成核和增长。我们猜测,正是由于不同分子量PVP还原能力不同,进而影响了银纳米线的成核和增长,从而得出了PVP分子量越大,所制备的银纳米线长径比越大的实验结果。 在多元醇法制备银纳米线的基础上,发明了一种新型、无外加晶核的液相合成纳米银棒的方法。该方法以N-甲基吡咯烷酮为还原剂...Silver nanowires prepared by polyol process has been widely studied. 用条带装饰技术研究乙基纤维素溶致液晶织构

大学生创造性人格对创业意愿的影响研究——基于创业自我效能感的中介效应
目前对大学生创业意愿的激发和鼓励研究,已成教育界的热点问题。本研究以创业认知和职业锚理论为基础构建研究模型,采用已有成熟量表设计调查问卷,选取在校大学生为调查对象,研究了创造性人格对创业自我效能感和创业意愿的直接影响,并探索了创业自我效能感及其四个维度在创造性人格与创业意愿之间的中介作用。结果表明:创造性人格各维度对创业意愿有显著的正向影响;创造性人格对创业自我效能感及其各维度、创业意愿及其各维度均有显著的正向影响;创业自我效能感及创新变革、风险承担、机会识别和关系管理维度在创造性人格与创业意愿关系间发挥了部分中介作用。2015年度全国学校共青团研究课题“‘互联网+’时代下的大学生创新创业战略和措施研究”的成果之
A theoretical study on the key influencing factors of Chinese enterprises' cultural integration in cross-border M & As
本文将商业文化引入到中国企业的跨国并购文化整合研究中,将跨国并购文化差异及整合的分析从二维扩到三维并结合文化自身的多层次性以及文化整合的措施等因素,提出一个以民族文化、商业文化、企业文化和文化整合措施层面等关键影响因素的结构模型。在此结构框架模型的基础上运用文化的三层次理论,总结和归纳出了民族文化、商业文化、企业文化在文化核心层、中间层、表层等各层次的分析维度,深化了跨国并购文化整合的分析内容,希望能给中国企业跨国并购文化整合实践提供一些参考和借鉴作用。This paper introduces business culture into the cultural integration study on Chinese enterprises’ cross- border M&As.The analysis of cultural differences and integration in cross-border M&As is extended from two dimensions to three dimensions combined with cultural multi-levels and cultural integration measures.We propose a structural model of key influencing factors consisting of national cultural factors, business-cultural factors, corporate cultural factors and cultural integration measures.Based on this structural framework, we sum up dimensions of cultural three layers (core layer, middle layer and surface layer) in national culture, business culture and corporate culture.This study develops the content of cultural integration in cross-border M&As.We hope that this article can provide some help and reference to Chinese enterprises’ cultural integration practices in cross- border M & As
Satellite observation of the temporal and spatial variation of sea surface diurnal warming in the South China Sea
利用搭载在AQuA和TErrA卫星上的MOdIS(MOdErATE rESOluTIOn IMAgIng SPECTrOrAdIOMETEr)、AMSr-E(AdVAnCEd MICrOWAVE SCAnnIng rAdIOMETEr fOr THE EArTH ObSErVIng SySTEM)传感器测量反演的昼夜海表温度(SST),计算海表面日增温(SEA SurfACE dIurnAl WArMIng),分析南海海表面日增温的短期和年变动特征。受观测平台过境时间、传感器测量SST方式、反演算法等影响,MOdIS/AQuA计算的日增温幅度略大于AMSr-E/AQuA和MOdIS/TErrA,但在表征南海海表面日增温的时空分布特征以及变化趋势上三者并未见显著性差异。南海海表面日增温在时间分布上以冬季为最小,春季为最大;在空间分布上则是南部海域大于中部和北部海域,东部海域大于西部海域。春夏之交的吕宋海峡西北部尤其容易发生日增温事件。海表面日增温与太阳辐射、风速、云量等影响有关,其中风速与海表面日增温显著负相关。Satellite-derived sea surface temperature(SST) data from the MODIS(moderate resolution imaging spectroradiometer)/ Aqua, AMSR-E(advanced microwave scanning radiometer for the earth observing system)/Aqua and MODIS/Terra over the past ~10 years are analyzed to investigate the sea surface diurnal warming in the South China Sea(SCS).The results reveal that sea surface diurnal warming derived by MODIS/Aqua is slightly higher than that by AMSR-E/Aqua and MODIS/Terra, due to the differences in satellite transit time, sampling manner and retrieval algorithm, among others.However, there are no significant biases in terms of spatial and temporal distributions, and of the variation of sea surface diurnal warming over the SCS.The magnitude of sea surface diurnal warming in the SCS is the weakest during winter, and the strongest during spring.The magnitude is generally larger in the southern regions than in the central and northern regions, and is larger in the eastern regions than in the western regions.Northwest of the Luzon Strait, the sea surface diurnal warming tends to appear easily from late spring to early summer.It is suggested that the seasonal variation of sea surface diurnal warming in the SCS be affected by solar radiation, wind speed and cloud amount; among them, the wind speed is the most important factor with a significant negative correlation with the diurnal warming.福建省自然科学基金项目(2011J01278); 国家自然科学基金项目(40706041
