Only Way of Agricultural Economy Rising in China

Unsupervised Noise Reductions for Gravitational Reference Sensors or Accelerometers Based on the Noise2Noise Method
Onboard electrostatic suspension inertial sensors are important applications for gravity satellites and space gravitational-wave detection missions, and it is important to suppress noise in the measurement signal. Due to the complex coupling between the working space environment and the satellite platform, the process of noise generation is extremely complex, and traditional noise modeling and subtraction methods have certain limitations. With the development of deep learning, applying it to high-precision inertial sensors to improve the signal-to-noise ratio is a practically meaningful task. Since there is a single noise sample and unknown true value in the measured data in orbit, odd-even sub-samplers and periodic sub-samplers are designed to process general signals and periodic signals, and adds reconstruction layers consisting of fully connected layers to the model. Experimental analysis and comparison are conducted based on simulation data, GRACE-FO acceleration data, and Taiji-1 acceleration data. The results show that the deep learning method is superior to traditional data smoothing processing solutions
健脾补肾方对肌萎缩侧索硬化小鼠的干预效果及作用机制
目的 探索健脾补肾方对肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)模型小鼠运动功能的影响及其机制。方法 将12只采取转基因法繁育的保留部分运动功能的ADAR2flox/flox/VAChT-Cre小鼠(AR2小鼠)随机分为模型组和治疗组,每组6只;以6只同批次野生型(WT)小鼠为对照组。治疗组小鼠灌胃给予健脾补肾方[30 g/(kg·d)],对照组和模型组小鼠灌胃给予0.2 mL氯化钠溶液(9 g/L),每日1次,连续干预8周。每周观察小鼠活动状况、体质量以及抓力、抗疲劳能力(滚轮测试)等行为学功能。第24周后取样,采用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法、尼氏染色法观察各组小鼠脊髓前角组织病理变化,采用Western blot法检测各组小鼠脊髓组织中作用于RNA的腺苷脱氨酶2(ADAR2)、转录反应DNA结合蛋白-43(TDP-43)的蛋白表达量,透射电镜观察小鼠脊髓组织超微结构。结果 与对照组比较,模型组小鼠体质量随周龄逐渐增长;与模型组比较,治疗组小鼠体质量降低。与对照组比较,模型组小鼠与治疗组小鼠抗疲劳程度均有所下降,但是治疗组小鼠的抗疲劳能力下降相对模型组有所延缓。与对照组比较,模型组小鼠抓力下降;与模型组比较,治疗组抓力下降相对减缓。与对照组相比,模型组TDP-43表达量显著降低(P0.05)。与对照组相比,模型组脊髓前角运动神经元损伤严重,神经元结构不完整;与模型组相比,治疗组神经细胞凋亡数量减少。透射电镜下,模型组与对照组比较出现明显的线粒体肿胀凋亡、髓鞘脱散现象;治疗组与对照组相比较存在部分髓鞘脱散、线粒体肿胀,相对于模型组,存在肿胀凋亡现象的神经细胞数量有所减少。结论 健脾补肾方能延缓ALS模型小鼠运动功能的减退,减少脊髓运动神经元的凋亡和损伤,阻止散发性ALS(sALS)病理异常标志物TDP-43的生成,保护脊髓神经元有髓神经纤维与线粒体,有效延缓ALS小鼠疾病的进展与功能的丧失
Distribution charcteristics of chlorophyll a concentration and environmental factors in the Minjiang River downstream and Minjiang River Estuary during Autumn 2009
根据2009年11月在闽江的多学科综合调查结果,探讨了闽江下游及闽江口水域CHl-A含量的分布特征及其与环境因子的关系.CHl-A含量分布呈闽江上游水域较低(平均值为3.17μg/dM3),南北两港最高,而后向闽江口逐渐降低的趋势.大樟溪发生水华,CHl-A含量高达170μg/dM3,南港CHl-A含量最高值为71.4μg/dM3,北港CHl-A含量最高值为67.6μg/dM3.闽江北港高含量CHl-A区内存在一个低PH、低含量dO区;而南港CHl-A含量与盐度、PO4-P含量、dIn含量呈十分显著的负相关关系,与PH、dO含量呈显著的正相关关系;马尾至闽江口水域CHl-A含量与盐度、PH、dO含量则呈十分显著的负相关关系,与dIn含量、SIO3-SI含量呈十分显著的正相关关系.北港和南港的高含量CHl-A区,分别与北岸福州市污水排放及南部大樟溪高含量CHl-A的输入密切相关.Based on a multi-disciplinary investigation in Minjiang River in November 2009,the distribution of chl-a concentration and relations with environmental factors were discussed.The upper reach of Minjiang River had a lower concentration of chl-a(3.17 μg /dm3 in average) than that in the South and North branch and it decreased towards the sea in Minjiang Estuary.The maximum contentration of chl-a in the South and North branch were 71.4 μg /dm3 and 67.6 μg /dm3,respectively.There was a zone of high contentration of chl-a with low pH and low contentration of dissolved oxygen in the North branch.There were significant negative correlations of chl-a contentration to salinity,PO4-P,DIN,and positive correlations of chl-a contentration to pH and DO contentration in the South branch.However,it showed negative correlations of chl-a with salinity,pH,DO contentration and positive correlations with DIN,SiO3-Si contentration from Mawei port to Minjiang Estuary.The region of high chl-a contentration in the North and South branch were associated closely with the discharge of sewage from Fuzhou and high input of chl-a from Dazhang Creek.福建省科技合作重点项目资助项目(2009I0025
Chinese Color Nest Project: Growing up in China
随着中国进入老龄化社会,人口生育政策逐步放开,揭示脑与行为毕生发展的一般规律和常规模式(常模)正成为公共卫生和人口健康领域的重大基础需求.本文介绍"中国彩巢计划"(Chinese Color Nest Project—CCNP)这一在全国范围内分期分步地开展的项目规划,在10年(2013~2022年:http://zuolab.psych.ac.cn/colornest.html)内CCNP将积累毕生发展各年龄段的心理行为与脑影像样本,基于加速纵向实验设计方法建立中国人脑毕生发展的常模轨线.作为CCNP的发育项目"成长在中国"(dev CCNP:Growing Up in China)这一学龄儿童青少年脑与行为生长曲线项目,dev CCNP已经完成对重庆北碚区192名健康儿童青少年(6~18岁)的5年追踪.初步的研究结果表明,dev CCNP在实验设计、样本采集策略、数据获取和存储、初步发现和数据共享等方面具备长期实施的可行性,我国应及早部署开展儿童青少年的脑与认知生长曲线常模的大规模脑科学研究计划,提升中国在脑科学与医疗健康研究领域的国际实力和影响力,革新脑疾病临床实践. </p
