    Aerodynamic admittance of along-wind loads on tall buildings

    高层建筑顺风向的脉动风荷载通常是基于准定常假设,由来流风速的功率谱密度函数和相干函数求得,其中风荷载和风速功率谱密度对气动导纳函数影响较大。依据; 10个典型高层建筑模型的同步测压风洞试验数据,对高层建筑各层高度处顺风向荷载的功率谱密度函数和气动导纳函数的特性进行分析,提出了顺风向荷载气动导; 纳函数的表达式,并针对公式中的具体参数进行了拟合。采用该表达式对一栋实际高层建筑的顺风向风致动态响应进行计算,并与其模型的试验结果进行对比。结果; 表明:高层建筑顺风向荷载的气动导纳曲线沿高度变化不大,但与其截面形状关系较大,曲线整体呈指数分布,当折减频率小于0.1时,气动导纳数值均接近于1; .0。算例结果表明,采用所建议的气动导纳拟合式计算出的风致响应结果与风洞试验计算结果较为吻合,误差在10%以内。Along-wind fluctuating loads on tall buildings are usually obtained by; power spectra and coherence functions of inflow wind velocity based on; the quasi steady theory. In this process, the aerodynamic admittance of; along-wind loads plays an important role. Ten tall building models with; different section shapes were tested using simultaneous pressure; measuring technique in a wind tunnel. According to the test data, the; power spectra and aerodynamic admittances of along-wind loads on every; layer in the terrain category B and D were analyzed in detail and the; fitting formula of the aerodynamic admittances was proposed. Parameters; in this formula were given accordingly. The wind-induced responses of an; actual high-rise building were calculated by the formula given here and; random vibration method based on wind tunnel test data respectively. The; results show that the aerodynamic admittances of along-wind loads on; different height of the same tall building have little discrepancy and; vary with the section shapes. All of the aerodynamic admittances satisfy; the exponential law and approach 1.0 when the reduced frequency is less; than 0.1. The response using present aerodynamic admittance agrees well; with one from the wind tunnel experiment and the error is less than 10%.国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项

    Abstract: Based on the Landsat images and statistical data,in this paper the urbanization process and thermal landscape dynamics of Yinchuan City were analyzed. The objectives of this study were as follows: ① To analyze the spatial and dynamic characteristics of urban thermal landscapes based on the landscape pattern index; ② To assess the influence of the urbanization process on the thermal landscapes; ③ To understand the relationship between the land use pattern and the land surface temperature ( LST) based on the distribution index. The results showed that there was a significant heat-island effect in Yinchuan City,and the high temperature area was consistent with the built-up area and the unused land. LST declined from the downtown to the suburbs,and an obvious difference of the dynamic characters of the thermal landscapes could be identified at the different stages of urbanization. LST for various land use had obvious discrepancies,the mean LST for the land use types was in a descending order of unused land,construction land,green land and water body. Different land use types had different thermal distribution at different stages of urbanization. The land use pattern influenced the urban thermal environment,especially the spatial distribution of green land and unused land affected LST more significantly

    目的:阐明足球踝的发生机制,探寻易发生足球踝的踢球姿势和力度,并为临床治疗提供指导。方法:解剖成年男子右侧带足小腿,量化分析其生物力学性质,制作环氧树脂距骨模型及应力冻结,切片后光弹仪观测,分析结果。结果:①踝关节跖屈35°位时,距骨表面所受拉应力远大于跖屈45°位时。②以相同姿势踢近或踢远,踢近时距骨表面所受拉应力较大。③拉应力集中区域为内踝后部、后踝中部及内侧,以及距骨滑车关节面前部等部位。结论:①以跖屈35°位的姿势踢球会增加足球踝的发生率。②高频率、小力度、踢近的踢球方式,会增加足球踝的发生率。③踢球对踝关节所造成的损伤主要集中在内踝后部、后踝中部及内侧,以及距骨滑车关节面的前部等

    背景:目前尚无敏感性和特异性较高的血清肿瘤标志物用于临床诊断食管癌。目的:通过测定食管癌患者血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(sTNFR)水平的变化,探讨其在食管癌诊断和监控中的临床意义。方法:应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定(ABC鄄ELISA)检测56例食管癌患者和10名健康成人的血清sTNFR鄄Ⅰ、sTNFR鄄Ⅱ水平,并与血清癌胚抗原(CEA)水平进行比较。结果:食管癌患者的血清sTNFR鄄Ⅰ和CEA水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.001),而sTNFR鄄Ⅱ水平则显著低于健康对照组(P<0.001);sTNFR鄄Ⅰ与CEA的阳性率无显著差异,但均显著低于sTNFR鄄Ⅱ(P<0.001)。食管癌切除术后,患者的血清sTNFR鄄Ⅰ、sTNFR鄄Ⅱ水平均呈升高趋势,而CEA水平则无明显变化。结论:同时检测血清sTNFR鄄Ⅰ、sTNFR鄄Ⅱ水平有助于诊断食管癌和评估机体的免疫状态

    Surveillance of foodborne pathogenic bacteria contamination in instant food in Jiayuguan

    目的了解甘肃省嘉峪关市即食食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况,为食源性疾病预防、控制提供科学依据。方法从选定的监测点和采样场所定期随机采样,按样品原有储存温度要求在最短时间内送达实验室,按《全国食源性致病菌监测工作手册》和gb 4789.10—2010《食品安全国家标准》规定的程序和方法检测分离致病菌。结果全年共采集1 022份样品,检出致病菌119株,总检出率为11.64%;共对7种食源性致病菌进行检测分离,其中蜡样芽孢杆菌检出率最高,为18.12%;食源性致病菌检出率学校周边小铺和小型餐馆中较高,散装食品明显高于定型包装食品,第二季度、第三季度明显高于第一季度、第四季度。结论嘉峪关市售即食食品中食源性致病菌污染较为严重,以蜡样芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌污染为主,主要集中在米面制品、外卖配送午餐、盒饭、婴幼儿食品中。Objective To understand the contamination status of foodborne pathogenic bacteria in food in Jiayuguan,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of foodborne disease.Methods Samples,which were regularly collected from the selected monitoring points and sampling sites the under the original storage temperature of the sample,were delivered to laboratory in the shortest time,and detected and isolated for the pathogens according to the program and method of the The National Foodborne Pathogenic Bacteria Monitoring Manual and GB 4789.10—2012 The National Food Safety Standards.Results A total of 1 022 samples were collected in the whole year,and 119 foodborne pathogens were detected with an overall detection rate of 11.64%; 7 kinds of foodborne pathogenic bacteria were detected and isolated,and the highest detection rate was with Bacillus cereus( 18.12%); the detection rate of foodborne pathogenic bacteria was more severe in the shop around schools and the small restaurant; that in the unpacked foods was significantly higher than that in the packaged food; that in the second and the third quarter was higher than that in the first and the fourth quarter.Conclusion Food in Jiayuguan are heavily contaminated by foodborne pathogens,especially Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus,which were dominant in flour products,takeaway delivery lunch,the instant rice and infant food
