    《诗经》中“桑”的意象

    《诗经》作为中国最早的诗歌总集,记录着周代社会的生活,也反映了当时的社会面貌。诗歌中出现了大量的名物,当中包括了自然名物和人工名物,而自然名物中又属植物出现的次数最多。《诗经》中出现次数最多的植物为“桑”,“桑”的运用为诗歌注入了不同的意象。本论文将使用社会历史批评法去探析周代社会的风俗文化等如何影响“桑”所蕴含的意象。通过文本细读法,笔者得知《诗经》中的“桑”不只有着表面上的意思,也蕴含了许多意象。在经过分析和归纳后,得知“桑”有着生命意象、乡土意象和男女意象。这些意象又可以延伸出更深一层的文化意蕴,例如“桑”与古代的婚恋风俗、祭祀活动的关系以及古代女子的形象。“桑”之意象在《诗经》中的运用为诗歌带来了含蓄婉转的美以及质朴清新的美,意境的营造不仅增添了诗歌的语言特色,也让诗歌变得更为生动

    Electric-field-induced selective catalysis of single-molecule reaction

    随着单分子电学检测技术的迅速发展,分子电子学的研究不再局限于分子电子学器件的构筑及其电学性质的测量,而且扩展到单分子尺度化学反应过程的探索。然而目前相关的研究仍然局限于理论计算方面,在单分子尺度上实时监测和调控化学反应的活性和选择性是化学领域的长期目标和挑战。针对这一挑战,洪文晶教授课题组与程俊教授课题组合作,自主研发了精密科学仪器,将单个有机分子定向连接在两个末端尺寸为原子级的电极之间,解决了化学反应中分子取向控制的问题.理论计算结果证实了定向电场可以有效地稳定化学反应的过渡态,从而降低反应能垒。该研究工作在化学化工学院洪文晶教授、程俊教授、能源材料化学协同创新中心(iChEM)刘俊扬副研究员的共同指导下完成,由硕士研究生黄晓艳、iChEM博士研究生唐淳、博士研究生李洁琼以及兰州大学的陈力川博士作为共同第一作者,化学化工学院师佳副教授、陈招斌高级工程师、夏海平教授和田中群教授,萨本栋微纳研究院杨扬副教授、环境与生态学院白敏冬教授以及兰州大学张浩力教授参与了研究工作的讨论并给予指导,博士后乐家波、博士研究生郑珏婷、张佩(已毕业)、李瑞豪、李晓慧也参与了研究工作。Oriented external electric fields (OEEFs) offer a unique chance to tune catalytic selectivity by orienting the alignment of the electric field along the axis of the activated bond for a specific chemical reaction; however, they remain a key experimental challenge. Here, we experimentally and theoretically investigated the OEEF-induced selective catalysis in a two-step cascade reaction of the Diels-Alder addition followed by an aromatization process. Characterized by the mechanically controllable break junction (MCBJ) technique in the nanogap and confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in bottles, OEEFs are found to selectively catalyze the aromatization reaction by one order of magnitude owing to the alignment of the electric field on the reaction axis. Meanwhile, the Diels-Alder reaction remained unchanged since its reaction axis is orthogonal to the electric fields.     HPLC Analysis of ABA and GA3 in Reproductive Organs of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza

    淹水、高盐和土壤缺氧等不良环境因子导致了红树植物组织富含多酚、色素、黏多糖等次生代谢物,激素测定有一定困难.本文以胎生红树植物——木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza(L.)Lamk)为研究对象,探讨红树植物内源激素——脱落酸(ABA)和赤霉素(GA3)的提取纯化方法以及合适的HPLC色谱测定条件.结果表明:采用等度洗脱、35%甲醇(含0.15%0.1 mol/L H3PO4)流动相、流速1.0 mL/min,分别在245和208 nm下检测,ABA和GA3分离效果理想,回收率分别达到99.8%和95.5%.整个过程简单、准确、易操作.比较木榄的花蕾、种子、幼胚轴、成胚轴中ABA和GA3含量变化,种子和幼胚轴ABA含量较低,而GA3含量较高,这可能是影响红树植物胎生现象发生的重要原因之一.Mangrove plant produces high levels of secondary metabolites(polyphenolics,pigment and mucopolysaccharide,etc.) in response to environmental factors such as hypersaline stress,waterlogging and low oxygen level in sediment,which hinder the extraction of hormones.In this paper,the extraction and purification methods and the operation condition of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) were studied for a quantitative analysis of abscisic acid(ABA) and gibberellin acid(GA3) in Bruguiera gymnorrhiza Lamk,a viviparous mangrove species.Under the conditions of isocratic concentration 35% methanol with 0.15% 0.1 mol/L H3PO4,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,UV wavelength 245 nm for ABA and 208 nm for GA3,two mangrove plant hormones recoveries were high up to 95.5% and 98.8% respectively.This HPLC quantitative analysis method is convenient,fast and accurate.Compared with flower buds and mature hypocotyles,seeds and young hypocotyles had lower level of ABA and higher level of GA3,which might contribute to the viviparity of mangrove plant.福建省自然科学基金(B0410001)资助项
