    改革开放以来,我国地区经济强劲发展,但伴随着的是不断扩大的区域经济贫富差距及日益严重的环境问题,生态建设更是成为今年两会代表广泛关注的话题。自然资源作为人类生存的物质基础,不仅通过能源矿藏为社会带来经济的增长,更是通过生态系统为社会维持发展的稳定。但随着“资源诅咒”论调的提出,自然资源的作用逐渐受到质疑,故研究自然资源与经济发展的作用机理对于制定合理的发展政策十分必要,具有重要的现实意义。 本文将地区自然资源作为考察对象,估算了我国各省级行政区自然资源的年流量价值,研究了我国地区资源依赖与经济发展间的影响关系,具体表现在以下几个方面:(1)依托联合国千年发展计划,构建全面的自然资源核算指标体...China’s economy has enjoyed strong growth since the reform and opening up.     戊型肝炎病毒ORF1多聚蛋白的不同功能域在细胞内的定位

    为了探讨戊型肝炎病毒多聚蛋白ORF1的多个功能域在宿主细胞中的表达和定位情况,我们首先将psk-HEV重组载体上的ORF1各功能域的编码序列克隆到绿色荧光蛋白载体pcDNA3.1-GFP上,构建成融合表达的重组质粒,并测序和酶切鉴定其构建成功。再通过Western-Blot验证各融合蛋白在细胞中正确表达,并用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察融合蛋白在细胞内的分布和定位。在Huh7细胞中,RdRp蛋白主要分布于细胞核内,HEL蛋白以囊泡状分布于细胞核周,MET蛋白以颗粒状存在于细胞核和细胞质中,PLP蛋白呈极性分布于细胞核周,X蛋白在细胞核和细胞质中均存在。各融合蛋白在细胞中的不同定位印证了对这些蛋白质的功能预测和体外研究结果,这为进一步研究HEV不同蛋白功能提供了支持

    Evaluation on difference of therapeutic efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and Pills in treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause based on Greene Climacteric Scale

    目的:在前期加味逍遥丸治疗围绝经期情绪障碍具有比较优势的基础上,基于grEEnE量表探讨其颗粒剂和丸剂不同剂型间疗效差异。方法:经筛选后患有情绪障碍的围绝经期女性75例随机等分为A、b、C3组,分别对应采用帕罗西汀、加味逍遥丸和加味逍遥颗粒剂治疗8周。所有患者在治疗前后各进行1次grEEnE及其子因子评定,并在观察期结束时进行TESS评定。结果:grEEnE总分差及其焦虑、抑郁因子分差:3种治疗方法均能改善,且相互间无显著差异;grEEnE性因子和血管因子分差:后二组均优于A组(P<0.01);TESS评分:与A组比较,b、C组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),评分均小于A组,且后二组间无显著差异。结论:加味逍遥的2种剂型间疗效无显著差异,考虑到帕罗西汀的不良反应,治疗该病加味逍遥的2种剂型都值得推荐。Objective: To investigate the difference in therapeutic efficacy between Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules and pills based on the preliminary research of treating emotional disorder during perimenopause with Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Greene Climacteric Scale.Methods: 75 female patients with emotional disorder during perimenopause were slected and randomly divided into 3 groups as group A, B and C.Patients in the 3 groups were treated with paroxetine, Jiawei Xiaoyao Pills and Jiawei Xiaoyao Granules respectively for 8 weeks.Greene and Greene factors assessment were carried out in all the patients before and after treatment, and the TESS assessment was carried out at the end of the observation period.Results: The three therapies all could improve the gap in total score of Greene and its factors as anxiety and depressed, and the difference among these three groups was no significant.The factors of Greene and gap in score of vascular factors of group B and C was better than that of group A(P<0.01).The difference in TESS score between group A and group B and C was significant(P<0.01), while the difference between group B and group C was not significant.Conclusion: The difference in curative effect between the two formulations was not significant.Because of the adverse reactions of paroxetine, in the treatment of emotional disorder during perimenopause, the two formulations of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder were worth to be recommended.国家自然科学青年基金项目(No.81302960)~

    本工作在实验室条件下研究磁化水对玉米耐受重金属镉的影响.测定了几种抗氧化酶的活性,与对照组相比,磁化水处理的植株叶片超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性提高,丙二醛含量减少.因此提出,在重金属镉的胁迫下,磁化水可通过提高超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性,消除镉引发的氧化胁迫,保护了细胞膜的完整性(具体体现为植株体内丙二醛含量较低),从而增强植株对重金属镉的耐受性,使植株免受或减缓伤害.对我国受Cd污染地区玉米的种植具有一定的指导意义.In this study,we investigated the effect of magnetic water to the Cd-induced corn's phenotype in the laboratory.In mechanism,the corn flooded by magnetic water display higher SOD and CAT activities and lower concentration of MDA than the control corn.Thus we concluded that Cd can induced oxidant stress in normal conditions,however,flooding of magnetic water increased the SOD and CAT activities,from this result,the concentration of MDA can be decreased in vivo,and the tolerance to the metal pollution can be improved.These conclusions have significant value for culture of corn and other crop in metal polluted area.国家基础科学人才培养基金项目(J0630649

    介绍了兰州重离子冷却储存环 (HIRFL -CSR)超高真空系统首台样机的研制过程 ,给出了实验结果。介绍各真空室结构 ,对关键标准设备进行了测试与选型。根据实验结果估算出极限真空条件下材料的表面出气率 ;根据公式估算出钛升华泵的有效抽速并通过实验得到证实 ;对真空烘烤装置的初步工作也作了介绍。样机达到了 3× 10 -9Pa的设计指标 ,结果表明HIRFL -CSR工程真空系统的设计方案是可行

    电力OTN(光传送网)的业务风险与链路和节点的失效概率以及业务路径配置类型存在复杂的依赖关系。为了确定不同因素对业务风险的影响程度,需要采用有效的方法对业务风险及其影响因素进行相关性分析。文章首先给出了电力OTN业务风险模型和分析方法,并针对链路和节点失效场景进行了业务风险分析;然后确定了6项业务风险影响指标,并采用Spearman秩相关系数法对影响指标与业务风险间的相关性进行了分析;最后实例验证了风险分析和相关性分析算法的可行性。研究结论对电力OTN业务风险评估以及业务路径优化配置具有参考价值
