    Y型聚乙二醇干扰素琢-2b注射液治疗HCV基因2/3型慢性丙型肝炎患者疗效和安全性的多中心随机对照试验研究

    目的以标准剂量的聚乙二醇干扰素(Peg IFN)α-2a联合利巴韦林作为阳性对照,评价新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b注射液联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)患者的疗效和安全性。方法采用多中心、随机开放、阳性药对照的Ⅲ期临床试验,筛选符合要求的2型/3型CHC患者,按照2:1的比例随机分配到Y型Peg IFNα-2b组和Peg IFNα-2a组,同时口服利巴韦林,疗程24 w,停药随访24 w。采用Abbott Real Time HCV Genotype II检测HCV基因型,采用Cobas Taq Man实时定量PCR法检测血清HCV RNA水平。详细记录不良事件。主要疗效指标为持续病毒学应答(SVR),并进行非劣效检验。结果本试验实际入组2型/3型CHC患者255例,实际治疗241例。全分析集(FAS)数据显示,158例试验组和83例对照组患者SVR分别为85.4%(95%CI 79.94%~90.94%)和79.5%(95%CI 70.84%~88.20%,P=0.2402);对符合方案分析集(PPS)人群分析显示,试验组和对照组患者SVR分别为87.9%(95%CI 82.45%~93.27%)和85.9%(95%CI 77.82%~94.01%,P=0.7060),率差的95%可置信区间均符合非劣效标准;对PPS人群分析显示,85.8%受试者获得了早期病毒学应答(RVR),RVR的阳性预测值为90.1%;试验组和对照组不良事件发生率相似,分别为95.6%和95.2%,严重不良事件发生率分别为3.8%和3.6%。结论应用Peg IFNα联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型CHC患者,新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b具有与对照药物Peg IFNα-2a相似的疗效和安全性。国家科技部“十二五”重大专项(编号:2012ZX10002-003);“重大新药创制”十二五科技重大专项(编号:2012ZX09303019)

    研究了单个和两个物体的探地雷达(grOund PEnETrATIng rAdAr,gPr)信号时域和时频域特征随物体尺寸、相距距离、介电常数的变化规律,给出了广义S变换(gEnErAlIzEd S TrAnSfOrM,gST)参数和双峰属性频点选取的方法以及小物体的定义,讨论了通过提取时频域的双峰属性来提高对单个物体上下界面反射波和两个物体回波的分辨率.并且指出了结合gPr信号时域和时频域特征以及双峰属性,可以大致估计单个物体的大小和两个物体之间的距离范围.The variation regularity of characteristics of ground penetrating radar(GPR) signal of one object and two objects according to the size,distance and permittivity in time domain and time-frequency domain was studied in the paper,the selection rule of parameter and frequency point of twin-peak attribute of generalized S transform(GST) as well as the definition of a small object were given,the resolution improvement of two reflections of one object and two echoes of two objects through twin-peak attribute of GST was discussed.It is pointed out that the size of one object and the distance between two objects can be roughly estimated in combination of the attribute with GPR signal characteristics in time domain and time-frequency domain.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40774065

    为了从多层介质的探地雷达回波数据中提取薄层的位置和厚度信息,推导和验证了在频率域内实现的谱反演算法。该算法给出了各反射面的广义反射系数,并建立了用于联系反射系数序列频谱和薄层参数的代价函数并进行反演。仿真结果表明,对于厚度小于调谐厚度的薄层,该算法也可以进行准确反演,从而提高了对于薄层的分辨能力。In order to extract information including thin layer's position and thickness,from reflected wave data of Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR) in multi-layered situation,a spectral inversion algorithm realized in frequency domain is presented.Through analysis of electromagnetic wave propagation in multi-layer media,generalized reflection coefficients are derived.After dividing the coefficients into pairs followed by decomposing the pairs into even and odd components,a cost function is established to connect reflection coefficients' spectrum and layer's parameters before inversion is carried out.Some simulations show that accurate inversion results can still be expected when thickness of the layer is less than tuning thickness,which therefore improves resolution of thin layers.国家自然科学基金(40774065

    对探地雷达数据进行时频分析,得到的是随时间、频率和测站位置变化的振幅谱和相位谱。常用的频率切片图只能显示单一频率成分在剖面上的分布。要了解宽带雷达信号各种频率成分的展布,就需要很多频率切片图。本文提出一种基于红–绿–蓝(rgb)三基色的振幅谱或相位谱显示方法,在一幅彩色平面图上显示所有频率成分,不仅省时省力,而且能直观了解不同频率成分在剖面上分布的相互关系,给解释带来极大方便。After applying time-frequency analysis to GPR data,amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum whichvarys with time,frequency and observation locations are obtained.Traditional frequency slice maps reveal onlydistribution of a single frequency component.Therefore many single-frequency slice maps are needed to demonstratedistributions of various frequency components.An Red-Green-Blue(RGB)based display method which can beused to show amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum is presented in this paper.In this method,all frequencycomponents are demonstrated in one color layout map,which not only saves time and effort,but also serves as anintuitive understanding of relationships of different frequency components’ profile distributions,which brings lotsof convenience to interpretation works.国家自然科学基金项目(40774065;41074077

    刈割时间与留茬高度对沙生灌草营养价值的影响

    试验研究刈割时间、留茬高度对沙生灌草营养价值和饲用价值的影响。试验以库布其沙漠地区7种灌草(柠条锦鸡儿、沙柳、花棒、梭梭、羊柴、甘草、华北驼绒藜)为研究对象,测定其酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)等饲用指标。结果显示,7种沙生灌草的酸性洗涤纤维含量为32.33%~61.57%、中性洗涤纤维含量为55.12%~76.17%、粗蛋白含量为5.17%~15.63%、粗脂肪含量为5.47%~12.70%。不同植物在生长季不同阶段的相对饲用价值不同,随着时间增加,除柠条和花棒外,所有植物ADF和NDF含量均逐渐增加,并在9月达到最大值;粗脂肪含量也逐渐增加,而粗蛋白含量逐渐降低。不同留茬高度对植物营养成分的影响不大。研究表明,为保证灌草的最大饲用价值,柠条锦鸡儿、花棒、梭梭、羊柴应在7月平茬,沙柳应在7月或9月平茬,甘草和华北驼绒藜应在5月平茬
