    女性主义是泛指妇女要求平等权利的社会思潮,是妇女在寻求自我解放的过程中,认识了世界、认识了自我、认识了两性关系的一种认识成果和思想结晶。 本文首先回顾了西方女性运动产生的背景和它的思想,接着叙述了印尼接受西方女性主义的过程,分析各个时期女性主义的形式。在此为背景下,本文探讨了印尼著名作家——普拉姆迪亚·阿南达·杜尔的女性主义思想,探讨他的女性主义思想进而分析女性主义在其作品中的表现。这就是本文的创造性。根据普拉姆迪亚小说里的观点,所谓的男女平等就是男性和女性在生活的任何方面都是合作的伙伴,这种看法在父权制的印尼社会中确实是很先进的。Feminism refers to the social ideological trends that women ask for equal rights, as well as the results of ideology when women know the world, the ego and the sexual relationship in their process of seeking self-liberation.     Optimization of β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Technology of Volatile Oil from Pueraria Compound by Orthogonal Design

    目的优选葛根复方挥发油的包合工艺,提高制剂的稳定性。方法采用饱和水溶液法制备包合物,以挥发油中藁本内酯、桂皮醛、甲基丁香酚包合率及包合物得率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验法考察挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合时间、包合温度对包合工艺的影响,优化得到葛根复方中挥发油的最优包合工艺。结果葛根复方中挥发油的最佳包合工艺条件为挥发油与β-环糊精比例为1∶8,包合温度为30℃,包合时间为1h,验证试验中,藁本内酯、桂皮醛及甲基丁香酚的包合率为别为86.58%±0.009%,73.34%±0.001%,68.89%±0.020%,包合物得率为67.98%±0.047%。结论所确定的包合工艺挥发油的包合率高、工艺稳定可行。Objective To obtain the optimized technology of volatile oil from Pueraria Compound with β-Cyclodextrin( β-CD). Methods The inclusion compound was prepared by saturated peroxide solution method. In order to optimize inclusion technology,orthogonal design was performed,with the content of multi-target ingredient,such as ligustilide,cinnamic aldehyde,methyleugenol and the yield of inclusion as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Three factor was performed,the ratio of volatile oil( m L) to β-CD( g),the inclusion temperature and the inclusion time. Results The optimum conditions for inclusion process were as follow: the ratio of volatile oil( m L) to β-CD( g) was 1: 8,the inclusion temperature was 30℃ and the inclusion time was 1h. With the optimum inclusion condition,the content of ligustilide,cinnamic aldehyde and methyleugenol and the yield of inclusion were 86. 58% ± 0. 009%,73. 34% ± 0. 001%,68. 89% ± 0. 020%,and 67. 98% ± 0. 047%,respectively.Conclusion The optimum inclusion condition was stable and reproducible with a high inclusion yield.国家自然科学基金(No.81270901);上海市教委基金(No.15cxy21

    Optimization of extraction for volatile oils and water-soluble constituents in Compound Gegen Decoction

    目的优化葛根复方挥发油和水溶性成分提取工艺。方法以浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量为影响因素,综合评分(藁本内酯、桂皮醛、甲基丁香酚含有量,葛根素、阿; 魏酸转移率,干膏得率)为评价指标,正交试验优化提取工艺。结果最佳条件为浸泡时间30 min,提取2次,每次加入10倍量水,第1次提取5; h以收集挥发油,第2次提取1 h以收集水溶性成分,藁本内酯、桂皮醛、甲基丁香酚含有量分别为0.806、1.111、1.635 mg; /g,葛根素、阿魏酸转移率分别为61.62%、73.38%,干膏得率为34.42%。结论该方法稳定可行,可用于提取葛根复方挥发油和水溶性成分。国家自然科学基金; 上海市教委基

    Room-temperature quantum interference in single perovskite quantum dot junctions

    钙钛矿材料由于其高量子产率、载流子迁移率和独特的光致发光特性而在光电材料领域存在诸多潜在的重要应用。研究钙钛矿材料在纳米尺度下电荷输运的独特尺寸效应对钙钛矿光电器件的设计和开发具有重要的指导意义。洪文晶教授课题组基于机械可控裂结技术自主研发了具有皮米级位移调控灵敏度和飞安级电学测量精度的精密科学仪器,对南开大学李跃龙副教授团队合成的钙钛矿量子点进行了深入表征,研究工作成功将量子干涉的研究体系拓展至在光电领域具有重要应用的钙钛矿材料领域,为未来制备基于量子干涉效应的新型钙钛矿器件提供了一种全新的思路。 这一跨学科国际合作研究工作是在化学化工学院洪文晶教授、英国Lancaster 大学物理系Colin J. Lambert教授以及南开大学电子信息与光电工程学院李跃龙副教授的共同指导下完成的。化工系硕士研究生郑海宁、Lancaster University大学Songjun Hou博士、南开大学硕士研究生辛晨光为论文第一作者。博士后林禄春,博士研究生谭志冰、郑珏婷,硕士研究生蒋枫、张珑漪,本科生何文翔、李庆民等参与了论文的研究工作。刘俊扬特任副研究员、师佳副教授和萨本栋微纳米研究院杨扬副教授也参与了部分指导工作。The studies of quantum interference effects through bulk perovskite materials at the Ångstrom scale still remain as a major challenge. Herein, we provide the observation of roomtemperature quantum interference effects in metal halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) using the mechanically controllable break junction technique. Single-QD conductance measurements reveal that there are multiple conductance peaks for the CH3NH3PbBr3 and CH3NH3PbBr2.15Cl0.85 QDs, whose displacement distributions match the lattice constant of QDs, suggesting that the gold electrodes slide through different lattice sites of the QD via Auhalogen coupling. We also observe a distinct conductance ‘jump’ at the end of the sliding process, which is further evidence that quantum interference effects dominate charge transport in these single-QD junctions. This conductance ‘jump’ is also confirmed by our theoretical calculations utilizing density functional theory combined with quantum transport theory.     加气灌溉水氮互作对温室芹菜地 N2O 排放的影响

    为揭示加气条件下不同灌溉和施氮量对设施菜地N2O 排放的影响,提出有效的N2O 减排措施,该研究以温室芹 菜为例,设置充分灌溉(1.0 Ep,I1;Ep 为2 次灌水间隔内&Phi;20 cm 标准蒸发皿的累计蒸发量)和亏缺灌溉(0.75 Ep,I2) 2 个灌溉水平和0(N0)、150(N150)、200(N200)、250 kg/hm2(N250)4 个施氮水平,采用静态箱-气相色谱法对各处 理土壤N2O 的排放进行监测,并分析不同灌溉和氮肥水平下土壤温度、湿度、矿质氮(NH4 +-N 和NO3 &ndash; -N)、硝化细菌和 反硝化细菌的变化,以及对土壤N2O 排放的影响。结果表明:充分灌水温室芹菜地N2O 排放显著(P&lt;0.05)高于亏缺灌 溉;施氮显著(P&lt;0.05)增加了土壤N2O 排放,N150、N200 和N250 处理的N2O 累积排放量分别是N0 处理的2.30、4.14 和7.15 倍。设施芹菜地N2O 排放与土壤温度、湿度和硝态氮含量呈指数相关关系(P&lt;0.01),与硝化细菌和反硝化细菌 数量呈线性相关关系(P&lt;0.01),而与土壤铵态氮没有显著相关关系。灌水和施氮提高芹菜产量的同时,显著增强了土壤 N2O 排放。综合考虑产量和温室效应,施氮量150 kg/hm2、亏缺灌溉为较佳的管理模式。该研究为设施菜地N2O 减排及 确定合理的水氮投入量提供参考。</p

    Clinical Study of Electro-acupuncture and Antidepressants on Depression Based on Real World Study Principle

    目的:观察电针与选择性五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类抗抑郁药(SSRIs)治疗抑郁症的临床效果及两种干预措施的疗效特点。方法:本研究基于真实世界研究(RWS)原则,纳入60例抑郁症患者,按患者意愿分为电针组(35例)和西药组(25例),电针组选取百会、印堂作为主穴,随证配穴,西药组服用选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类药物。治疗8周,治疗结束4周后随访。选用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)和健康调查简表(SF-36)在治疗前后及随访时进行临床评价。结果:治疗8周后,电针组痊愈率为57.14%,西药组为12%,2组痊愈率比较差异有统计学意义,治疗后HAMD-24总评分差异有统计学意义。2种干预手段治疗前后抑郁症患者生存质量总评分、生理职能、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康6个领域评分均差异有统计学意义,其中躯体疼痛、生理机能和总体健康状况领域电针和西药差异有统计学意义。结论:电针与SSRIs均能改善抑郁症患者抑郁程度,提高抑郁症患者的总体生存质量,其中电针对躯体疼痛改善作用明显,SSRIs对生理机能和总体健康状况改善效果明显。</p
