    甲烷脱氢芳构化W/HZSM-5基催化剂EPR研究

    利用EPR等谱学方法,对W/HZSM-5基催化剂上W物种的价态及其在H2预还原过程中的动态行为进行了表征研究.结果表明,由碱性前驱液制备的W/HZSM5催化剂在1073K、H2预还原条件下只能还原产生一类主要W物种,W5+;而由酸性前驱液制备的W-H2SO4/HZSM-5催化剂在相同反应条件下则可还原产生两类共存的W物种,W5+和W4+.关联到在相同的甲烷脱氢芳构化(DHAM)反应条件下W-H2SO4/HZSM-5对DHAM反应的催化活性比W/HZSM-5高得多的实验事实,可以推断,DHAM反应活性与催化剂上较高价态W物种(W5+)的浓度并不存在顺变关系,而与W4+物种的浓度则密切相关

    HIV-1 CAP2NC蛋白的表达及体外自组装

    构建并表达HIV-1 CAP2NC蛋白,探索其体外自组装条件。通过PCR技术扩增HIV-1(NL4-3毒株)CAP2NC基因片段,并将其连接到原核表达载体pTO-T7,获得重组质粒pTO-T7-CAP2NC,然后转化至大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)菌株,经疏水层析纯化后获得重组蛋白CAP2NC。SDS-PAGE结果表明,重组蛋白CAP2NC可在大肠杆菌可溶高效表达,经纯化后纯度约为95%。ELISA检测表明重组蛋白CAP2NC可被HIV-1衣壳蛋白特异性单克隆抗体识别,具有较好反应活性。重组蛋白透析后在非原性SDS-PAGE中呈现为多种聚体形式。分子筛排阻层析分析CAP2NC蛋白透析后可进行组装,负染电镜进一步观察显示CAP2NC蛋白在RNA存在条件下,可形成空心管状颗粒,其形态结构与HIV-1病毒衣壳体外自组装形成的类似。上述结果表明HIV-1 CAP2NC蛋白具有体外自组装的性质,为进一步在体外研究非成熟病毒样颗粒结构奠定基础。国家自然科学基金(Nos.81671645,81371818)资助~

    重组毕赤酵母高密度发酵表达H5N1禽流感病毒糖蛋白

    在10L发酵罐中,对高致病性禽流感病毒H5N1糖蛋白HA1在重组毕赤酵母中的表达发酵工艺进行了研究。通过分批补料培养方法探讨不同培养温度、诱导温度、补料方式、微量元素等因素对菌体的生长以及重组蛋白表达和活性的影响。结果表明,菌种培养和诱导温度均为25oC时,菌体的生长、分泌表达量和与广谱中和抗体的反应活性较好;微量元素是影响重组HA1蛋白生物活性的重要因素;通过优化高密度发酵工艺,H5N1病毒糖蛋白HA1在发酵罐中的表达量比摇瓶培养提高10.5倍,达到约120mg/L,为大规模制备高致病性禽流感病毒的HA1蛋白奠定了基础

    本文用ESr谱和XPS谱对这类催化剂作了表征研究。结果表明,在经Al ̄(3+)掺杂的znO-Al_2O_3体系上,观测到g=1.9606±0.0002,△H_(PP)=(2.8±0.1)x10 ̄(-4)T的顺磁信号,该信号强度(以自旋数/克表示)随znO中Al_2O_3掺杂量增加而增长;当Al/zn达2/100(原子比)时,逐渐趋于平稳。相关体系的ESr和XAES比较研究结果排除了该顺磁信号系产生于顺磁氧物种(诸如,O_2-、O-或O_3-)或zn+的可能性,而有利于关于三价金属离子(Al ̄(3+))掺杂在znO晶格中诱导生成正一价缺位的推断。这类SHOTTky缺位在催化剂表面富集,有利于表面Cu ̄+物种的稳定,从而促进了CO加氢活性的提高。Characterization studies of ZnO and Al_2O_3-doped ZnO, which are well-known to be the important components of Cu-based catalyst For methanol synthesis, have been carried out by means of ESR,XPS and XAES spectroscopies.The results indicated that an ESR signal was observed on the Al_2O_3-doped ZnO with g=1.9606±0.0002 and AHpp=(2.8±0.1)×10-4 T,It was Found that the signal intensity(shown in spin-number per gram sample) increased at First and then gradually approached a plateau when the atomic ratio of Al to Zn increased From zero to 2/100.By the comparative studies of these ESR and XEAS results, the possibility that the me mentioned ESR signal was due to some oxygencontaining radical(e,F.O_2 ̄-,O ̄- or O_3 ̄-)and Zn ̄+ may be ruled out.But this signal may be ascribed to the monovalent cationic vacancies Formed by doping trivalent cation(Al ̄(3+)) into the ZnO lattice.The results are in Favor of the Following inFerence : the solution of Al ̄(3+)in a proper amount into the ZnO lattice will result in the Formation of Shottky deFects in the Form of cationic vacancies.The Cu ̄+ species in surFace may be accommodated and stabilized better in these deFects because they areeasily concentrated at the surFace of ZnO.Thus, an enhancement in the activity of CO hydrogenation may be obtained over the Al ̄(3+)-doped Cu-based catalyst.厦门大学固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室资

    研究了三组份Cu-ZnO-Al_2O_3催化剂添加Cr_2O_3后.铬在催化剂中的存在形式,助催作用本质及其与甲醇含成催化活性的关联。结果表明:在ZnO-Cr_2O_3催化剂中,铬以Cr~(3+)和ZnCr_2O_4形式存在于ZnO晶格中,Cu-ZnO-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3催化剂的催化活性与CR~(3+)在ZnO晶格中诱导出来的正一价缺位和催化剂的其它顺磁性物种的ESR强度能很好地关联,在活性测试中,以含1%Cr(原子比)的Cu-ZnO-Al_2O_3-Cr_2O_3的催化活性最高

    用顺磁共振谱(ESr)研究外来离子含量与由这些正三价金属离子在znO表面诱导出来的正一价缺位数量之间的关系,结果表明,Al3+和SC3+对2nO表面的正一价缺位都有诱导作用,其中SC3+的掺杂对正一价缺位的诱导更有效.TPr结果显示,随着样品中SC3+含量的增加,归属于Cu2+-Ou+和Cu+-Cu0TPr谱最高峰温分别向低温和高温方向移动。在Cu-znO-M2O3(M=Al、SC)催化剂中,ESr信号强度与催化活性两者随样品中SC3+含量的增加而增加,这说明催化剂的甲醉合成催化活性与M3+掺杂后诱导出来的正一价缺住及还原态催化剂表面Cu+的稳定性之间存在着一定的关系。国家自然科学基金;福建炼油厂资助项

    利用H2-TPR、XPS、EPR等谱学方法,对Mo/HZSM-5基催化剂的可还原性以及工作态催化剂上钼物种的价态进行了表征研究.结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,前驱态催化剂中可还原钢物种在总钼量中所占比率明显下降;工作态催化剂表面存在混合价态的Mo物种:以Mo4+为主,Mo5+为次;673K焙烧制备并经DHAM反应操作的催化剂上检测到Mo5+的EPR讯号相当弱,而973K焙烧制备并经同样反应操作的催化剂,其Mo5+EPR讯号却强得多;酸促进的Mo/HZSM-5基催化剂上高的甲烷转化活性与工作态催化剂表面Mo5+物种的浓度并不存在顺变关系,而与表面酸位(尤其是B酸位)及Mo4+物种的浓度密切相关

    利用TEM和XRD对积炭的甲烷无氧脱氢芳构化W/MCM 22 基催化剂及其参比样进行观测,结果显示,催化剂上的积炭主要是无定形碳,间或有为数甚少的碳纳米管或碳纤维,无可观量石墨状碳存在的 XRD证据.利用氢氟酸溶液处理积炭的W/MCM 22基催化剂试样,溶解除去沸石分子筛基催化剂组分,后用溶剂 CH2Cl2 进行萃取分离,可得不溶性和可溶性两类碳沉积物,前者占主体量,后者占总积炭量不足10%;利用FTIR、MS和1H NMR等谱学方法对积炭进行表征,结果表明,可溶性碳沉积物主要是一些分子量在523~745 范围的饱和脂肪烃高聚物,不溶性碳沉积物主要为稠环芳烃大分子.With XRD and TEM methods,the texture and structure of carbon deposits on the W/MCM-22-based catalysts for reaction of dehydro-aromatization of CH_4 in absence of O_2 (DHAM) were observed,and the results showed that those carbon deposits on the catalysts undergoing 6 h of DHAM reaction were mainly amorphous carbon,occasionally involving a small quantity of carbon nanotubes and nanofibers,and that there was no confident XRD evidence for existence of graphitized carbon.With hydrofluoric acid to immerse the used catalyst to resolve the W/MCM-22-based catalyst components,followed by extraction by CH_2Cl_2,the two types of carbon deposits,soluble and insoluble in CH_2Cl_2 solvent,were separately obtained.Using FTIR,MS,and (~1H) NMR spectroscopies,characterization of those carbon deposits were done.The results indicated that the CH_2Cl_2-soluble carbon deposits were mainly a series of polymer of saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons with molecular weight in range of 523~745,and the CH_2Cl_2-insoluble carbon deposits were mainly macromolecular compounds of condensed aromatics.国家重点基础研究规划项目“天然气、煤层气优化利用的催化基础”(G1999022400)资

    The method of doping the trivalent cation into copper-based catalyst for methanol synthesis is effective in enhancing catalytic activity. The form of chromium in the catalyst and the nature of promotion effect as well as its relation to catalytic activity after doping Cr2O3 into Cu-ZnO-Al2O3 has been studied by XRD, ESR,TPR and the determination of catalytic activity. The results showed that chromium exists in the ZnO lattice as both Cr3+ and ZnCr2O4. Catalytic activity of Cu-ZnO-Al2O3-Cr2O3 catalyst for methanol synthesis and ESR intensity of the monovalent defect induced by dissolving Cr3+ into ZnO lattice as well as other ESR species in catalyst ale well interrelated. The catalyst containing one per cent of Cr3+(atomic ratio) has the highest catalytic activity
