    利用改良Nest-tetra-primerspecificPCR技术对两种石斑鱼的鉴别

    云纹石斑鱼(EPInEPHEluS MOArA)和褐石斑鱼(E.brunEuS)为石斑鱼属内近缘种,外形相似常被混淆.本研究改良建立了nEST-TETrA-PrIMEr SPECIfIC PCr方法,获得了云纹石斑鱼和褐石斑鱼线粒体dnAnd2基因内的3个特异性条带,分别为内参序列nC1(394bP)、特异性条带nd2-M(268bP)和nd2-b(122bP),以及核基因组中核糖体dnAITS1区的5个特异性条带,分别为内参序列nC2(588bP)、nC3(563bP),特异性条带rdnA-M(426bP)、ITS1-M(488bP)和ITS1-b(304bP).研究结果不仅为两种石斑鱼的鉴别提供了稳定、可靠、快捷的特异性分子标记,而且也为鱼类近缘种的dnA鉴别提供了新的途径.国家自然科学基金(批准号:40576064);国家“八六三”计划(项目编号:2006AA10A414)资助项

    Preparation and properties of nano-structured α-MnO_2 as electrode material of supercapacitor

    [中文文摘]用KMnO4和MnSO4水溶液作为原料,用液相沉淀法制备无定形-αMnO2.nH2O。对样品进行比表面积测定(BET)、XRD、SEM等测试。通过循环伏安法和恒流充放电测试研究了样品的电化学行为。合成的无定形-αMnO2.nH2O在0.5mol/L的Na2SO4电解液中,在0~0.9 V(vs.SCE)范围内,电流为10 mA,2 mV/s的扫描速度下的比电容可达126.4 F/g。无定形-αMnO2.nH2O是较好的超级电容器电极材料。[英文文摘]Amorphous α-MnO_2·nH_2O was synthesized with chemical coprecipitation method by using KMnO_4 and MnSO_4(aqueous) solution as raw materials.The sample was characterized by BET,XRD and SEM.The electrochemical characteristics of the sample were characterized by CV and constant current charge-discharge tests.The specific capacitance of the amorphous α-MnO_2·nH_2O was 126.4 F/g in 0.5 mol/L Na_2SO_4 electrolyte at the scan rate of 2 mV/s,the current of 10 mA,in the range of 0~(0.9 V)(vs.SCE).The amorphousα2MnO2·nH2O was an excellent electrode material for supercapacitor.973项目(2002CB211800); 国家自然科学基金(20373058); 福建省科技项目(2003H044)

    SM(空间调制)作为一种新颖的多天线传输方案,独创性地将输入比特与发射天线序号构成一种映射关系来传输比特信息。由于SM系统的ML(最大似然)最优检测算法需要遍历所有可能的码本,其检测复杂度很高,因此人们相继提出了一些简化算法,如MF(匹配滤波)、SD(球形译码)算法等。与这些算法思路不同,文章将EMF(穷搜索MF)与NMF(最优MF)算法相结合,引入候选集因子T有效均衡系统性能与复杂度。仿真结果表明:当T=4时,改进的MF检测算法能获得与EMF相似的系统性能,但计算复杂度更低

    手法复位力的测量:医生在治疗中应用的力是一个十分复杂的过程,要测量复位力的全过程,要把力的大小、方向和作用点的位置都记录下来,这样使测量变得十分复杂,为简单易行,我们用压电晶体传感器放在医生手法复位的手指和患者之间进行测量,经过对103例颈椎病患者进行复位手法的测量,结果表明其力值一般为2-4公斤。采用此种测量不仅可以对不同部位,不同类型的疾病整复手法进行比较,优选,而且对于手法用力提出了一个“量”的概念,为减少医源损伤及提高疗效提供了依据

    应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)法对取自福建宁德官井洋海区养殖群体和野生种群各20尾大黄鱼的9种同工酶15个基因座位进行检测分析。结果表明,大黄鱼眼球中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)酶谱表现为LDH的经典模式即有5种谱型的LDH。在所检测出的15个基因座位中 ,野生种群样品的编码苹果酸脱氢酶(sMDH)、苹果酸酶(ME)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(IDDH 1)的3个基因座位具有多态性 ;养殖群体中仅发现1个基因座位具有多态性(IDDH 1)。所检测的野生种群比养殖群体的遗传变异水平高。但从总体上来说 ,官井洋大黄鱼遗传多样性相对较低 ,表明该种群已出现了种质退化现象。因此 ,进行科学的遗传管理对保护和恢复大黄鱼资源是相当必要的。Genetic diversity of 9 isoenzymes located in both reared and wild large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea (Richardson) collected from Guanjingyang in Ningde, Fujian on May 29, 1999 was investigated by polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE) in this paper. The genetic diversity of wild population was relatively low, with 20% of the polymorphism and 0.017 of the mean heterozygosity, while three polymorphic loci were detected. But the genetic diversity of reared stock was even lower than that of the wild one with just a polymorphic locus found. These results showed the good genetic characters of this fish has greatly been lost in both stocks distributed in the coastal waters of Fujian and eastern Guangdong. So the appropriate management should be conducted in rearing P.crocea industry.国家教委博士点基金资助项目97038409

    采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对取自宁德官井洋闽—粤东族大黄鱼的野生种群和养殖群体进行遗传多样性分析 .结果表明 ,野生种群的平均多态性为1 8 9% ,平均遗传差异度为 0 0 96 0 ;养殖群体的分别为 1 6 7%和 0 0 747;野生种群与养殖群体之间的相似系数为 0 995 9,遗传距离为 0 0 0 41 .分析结果表明官井洋大黄鱼野生种群和养殖群体遗传多样性水平较低的主要原因在于过度捕捞、有效繁育群体数量偏少及值得探讨的人工放流等 .提出官井洋大黄鱼仍具有一定的变异潜力 ,尽快采取有效的管理保护措施 ,可以保持乃至提高大黄鱼现有的遗传多样性水平 .Genetic diversity of DNA in both reared and wild large yellow croaker P. crocea (Richardson) stocks collected from Bay Sandu'ao in Ningde on May 29, 1999 is analyzed by RAPD. The DNA genetic diversity of wild population is relatively low, with 18 98% of the polymorphism and 0 096 0 of the mean difference. However, the genetic diversity of reared stock is lower than that of the wild one with just 16 7% of the polymorphism and 0 074 7 of the mean difference. The results from the practical fish culture and the this study reveal that genetic diversity of both P. crocea stocks has seriously been lost since the 1990 s.     综述了贝类免疫在细胞学和分子生物学研究方面取得的新进展,阐述了贝类血细胞中与免疫有关的结构和功能、血细胞的培养和凋亡;分别介绍了抗菌肽、蛋白酶抑制剂、类免疫球蛋白等贝类免疫应答因子的作用;论述了与免疫功能有关的基因研究,包括免疫基因的筛选、克隆和表达、基因的转移、重组和基因疫苗;初步探讨了贝类的免疫应答和免疫调节的分子生物学机理.为贝类的免疫生物学基础理论的研究提供资料.New progresses of cytology and molecular biology about shellfish immunology were focused in this paper.Cell structures related about immunity,culture and apoptosis of shellfish's hemocytes were discussed.Function of immune response factors,such as antimicrobial peptides,protease inhibitors,immunoglobulins like proteins,was also probed into.Screening,cloning,expression,transfer and recombination of immune genes and gene vaccines were expatiated as well.Molecular biology mechanism of immune response and immune regulation was also summarized.This review might be helpful to basic theories about immune biology in seashells.国家863计划课题(2003AA603240)资
