    An investigation on the detection of pigments using shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman spectroscopy based on atomic layer deposition

    以原子层沉积技术(ALD)制备出的壳层厚度为1; nm的Ag@Al_2O_3核壳纳米粒子为基底,采用壳层隔绝纳米粒子增强拉曼光谱(SHINERS)技术对色素检测进行探究。对Ag@Al_2O_3粒; 子的最佳粒径、色素检出限做了研究,并对实际样品中日落黄和柠檬黄的色素添加进行SHINERS检测。结果表明,对日落黄和柠檬黄具有最佳SHINERS; 效果的Ag@Al_2O_3粒子的最佳粒径为300 nm,方法对日落黄和柠檬黄标准溶液的检出限分别为10 mug/L和100; mug/L,对液体饮料中日落黄和柠檬黄标准品的SHINERS检出限分别为10 mg/L和50; mg/L,对所选实际样品中部分样品的日落黄和柠檬黄添加不符合国家标准。This study investigated the detection of pigment based on Ag@Al_2O_3; core-shell nanoparticles with shell-isolated nanoparticle-enhanced Raman; spectroscopy (SHINERS). The Ag@Al_2O_3 core-shell nanoparticles, which; shell thickness was 1 nm, was made by using atomic layer deposition; (ALD) technique. The study explored the best particle size of Ag@Al_2O_3; with best SHINERS effect and the SHINERS LOD of pigment. The method was; also applied to detect pigments in drink and food samples. The results; showed that the best size of Ag@Al_2O_3 nano particle with best SHINERS; effect of sunset yellow and lemon yellow was 300 nm, the SHINERS LOD of; standard solutions of sunset yellow and lemon yellow were 10 mug/L and; 100 mug/L,respectively,the SHINERS LODs of sunset yellow and lemon; yellow in drink were 10 mg/L and 50 mg/L,respectively, and sunset yellow; and lemon yellow in some of the selected real samples do not meet the; national standards.国家自然科学基金; 福建省自然科学基

    血栓弹力图在食管癌患者围手术期检测中的意义

    【目的】应用血栓弹力图(TEG)检测食管癌患者围手术期各个阶段的凝血功能,了解食管癌围手术期凝血功能的变化规律。指导术后抗凝或止血治疗。【方法】选取2017  年5  月至2019  年5  月期间在江门市中心医院确诊为食管癌并行手术治疗的 60 例患者为手术组,另选取 60 例健康体检者为正常对照组,通过对正常对照组、手术组术前 1 d、术后第 1 天、术后第 7 天的血标本进行血栓弹力图检测,分析食管癌围手术期凝血功能的变化。【结果】手术组术前和正常对照组比较,TEG 参数R、K、LY30 值减小,Angle、MA、CI 值增大,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。手术组术后 7 d 和术后1 d 比较,TEG 参数R、K 值减小,MA、CI 值增大,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。【结论】食管癌患者术前、术后均表现为高凝状态。手术和麻醉并没有明显改变食管癌的凝血状态。在术后恢复过程中,血液高凝状态会更明显

    Synthesis and Photovoltaic Effect Study for Fullerene Complexe C_(60)Pd(Ph_2PCH_2PPh_2)

    在氮气氛下 ,采用配体取代法 ,即以C60 取代Pd(Ph2 PCH2 PPh2 ) 2 中一个Ph2 PCH2 PPh2 合成出富勒烯金属配合物C60 Pd(Ph2 PCH2 PPh2 ) ,采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、光电子能谱以及X射线粉末衍射等手段对产物进行表征 .同时研究了产物的光电性能、氧化还原性能及热稳定性能 .光伏效应研究结果表明 ,产物具有优良的光电转化性能 ,尤其是在BQ/H2 Q介质电对中 ,光生电压最大达到 174mV ;当C60 Pd(Ph2 PCH2 PPh2 )薄膜厚度为 1μm时 ,光伏效应值最大 .Fulerene complexe C_ 60Pd(Ph_2PCH_2PPh_2) was perpared by the method of ligand substitution via the reaction of C_ 60 with Pd(Ph_2PCH_2PPh_2)_2 under condition of a nitrogen atmosphere and refluxing, and the title compound was appraised and characterized by methods of elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-vis, XPS and XRD.The results showed that the structure of purposeful product was that the Ph_2PCH_2PPh_2 took up two coordination sites of the central metal, and C_ 60 took up another two sites in σ-π feeback pattern. The porperties on photoelectricity, redox and thermostability of the title complexe were studied. The results of studying on photoelectricity showed that the photovoltaic effect of (n+n) heterojunction electrode formed by C_ 60Pd(Ph_2PCH_2PPh_2)/GaAs was supper, especially in the BQ/H_2Q redox couple, and the greatest value of photovoltaic potential was up to 174 mV.     低强度林窗式疏伐对云杉人工纯林地表微气候和土壤养分的短期影响

    选择高密度云杉人工纯林,模拟天然林窗形成方式,开展了低强度林窗式疏伐试验,监测了地表空气温、湿度和不同土壤层次的养分状况.结果表明:疏伐后第1年,生长季(5—9月)林窗内地表日均温升高而日均湿度降低,林窗内土壤腐殖层(O层)有机质(SOM)和铵态氮(NH4+-N)含量分别增加了19.62%和283.85%,硝态氮(NO3--N)和可溶性有机碳(DOC)含量分别减少77.86%和23.60%.而0~10cm土层SOM、全氮(TN)和NO3--N含量分别比对照增加45.77%、37.14%和75.11%;NH4+-N、DOC和全磷(TP)含量分别减少48.56%、33.33%和13.11%.上述结果说明,低强度林窗式疏伐迅速改善了高密度云杉人工纯林地表阴湿的环境,增强了O层土壤微生物活性与土壤矿化过程,促进了土壤养分释放与土壤肥力恢复

    四川省西部地区是全国退耕还林(草)试点示范工程的重点地区。由于区内人地矛盾突出,随着退耕还林工程的实施,造成了该地区林农、林牧、农牧关系紧张,阻碍了当地退耕还林工程的实施和农村经济的发展。本文通过实地走访、问卷调查、座谈等形式,对川西地区退耕还林工的实施现状、进展、困难、相关政策和技术应用情况等进行了初步考察,并分析了退耕还林工程的实施对川西地区农村经济带来的影响:退耕还林后,川西地区农业(种植业)产值相对降低,林业和牧业产值逐渐增加,但变化幅度不大,表明退耕还林工程的实施在短期内并未给川西农村经济带来多大的变化,但从长远来看,这种影响又是深远的。因而退耕还林工程中强调生态效应的同时,如何将农村长期经济效应向短期化转化以及长期生态效应向经济化转化是个值得研究的问题

    青藏高原东部暗针叶林采伐迹地小气候及植被演替

    暗针叶林主要分布在青藏高原东部的多条大江大河的上游和源头地区,具有重要的生态屏障功能,对于维护区域生态安全、促进经济可持续发展具有十分重要的作用。但自20世纪40年代以来,原始林被大规模采伐,形成大面积采伐迹地灌丛和草丛,其生态屏障功能逐步减弱,引起一系列生态环境因子变化。本文综述目前暗针叶林采伐迹地小气候、植被演替的研究现状,指出森林采伐后引起迹地小气候发生剧烈变化,导致迹地植被物种组成、盖度、生物量、生理生态因子等随着人为对其的不同干预也发生着相应的变化。指出今后应加强:(1)暗针叶林采伐迹地植被演替规律的研究;(2)加强人工造林树种的筛选;(3)采伐迹地0~1.5m下垫面小气候立体综合定位监测
