    本文在现场情况下 ,研究了自然条件下受污染海岸带沉积物中的 7种多环芳烃(PolynuclearAromaticHydrocarbons ,简称PAHs)的解吸动力学行为 .结果表明 ,7种PAHs的解吸动力学行为可以用二元模型描述 .文中并将所得数据与文献报道的数据进行了比较 .The desorption behaviours of seven polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in contaminated coastal sediment have been studied under field. Total sedimentary concentrations of acenaphthene, benzo(a)anthracene, benzo(k)fluoranthene, benzo(a)pyrene, chrysene, fluoranthene and naphthalene were followed after the contaminated sediment samples had been translocated to a pristine coastal environment. The desorption kinetics of these PAHs were found to be describable by a two compartment model. The field desorption data were compared to other laboratory based sorption desorption kinetic data in the literature and were found to be in accordance with results obtained via mesocosm approach involving direct extraction of desorbed PAHs from the aqueous phase.     [中文文摘]利用同步荧光法研究了羟丙基-(-环糊精对微生物降解矿物盐水溶液中溶解态芘的影响。结果表明,加入一定量的HPCD,体系的荧光强度大大增加;芘的表观溶解度增大。所建方法在降解过程中对芘的检测限为0.017 ng/mL。相对标准偏差小于0.4%(n=7)。降解实验结果表明,HPCD的存在增加了芘的生物有效性,从而加快了微生物(Alcaligenes xylosoxi-dants,Ax)降解芘的速率。[英文文摘]Effects of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPCD) on biodegradation of dissolved pyrene in Mineral sails media ( MSM) by Alcaligenes xylosoxidants(Ax) were studied with synchronous fluorimetry. It is demonstrated that in the presence of a certain amount of HPCD in the MSM solution the sensitivity of detection of pyrene is not only increased by synchronous fluorometry, but also the biodegradation rate of pyrene is enhanced, since the formation of inclusion complex between pyrene and HPCD make the appearance solubility of pyrene to increase out from 28.1ng/mL to 3.2mg/L in MSM aqueous solution. The linera range of the established method was found out to be 0-1820ng/mL and the detection limit is 0.017 ng/mL with the relative standard deviation less than 0.4%(n=7).国家自然科学基金(20377035)资助项
