    Correlation between use of social software and high risk behaviors of HIV infection among MSM in Beijing

    目的了解北京市男男性行为者(MSM)社交软件的使用与人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染及其影响因素的相关性,为今后干预工作提供依据。方法 2016年3—5月,由社区小组招募MSM进行问卷调查,同时进行HIV抗体检测。结果共招募215名MSM,回收有效问卷214份。214人的平均年龄为30.8岁;学历在大专及以上者占73.4%;同性恋者占72.4%;84.6%的人主要通过社交软件寻找性伴。214人中确证HIV感染5人,阳性率为2.3%。分析显示,是否使用社交软件、是否使用同性社交软件和是否使用普通人群社交软件均与HIV感染不相关。多因素分析结果显示,受教育程度高、性取向为同性恋的人更多地使用同性社交软件。63.1%被调查者自述曾经在社交软件上了解到艾滋病防治相关知识,但自述了解程度与是否通过社交软件获得相关信息不相关。结论 MSM社交软件的使用与HIV感染情况无关,也没有增加其对艾滋病知识的了解。但可以考虑改进同性社交软件功能,增加艾滋病防治知识内容,对MSM尤其是高学历、自我定位为同性恋的MSM进行艾滋病防治宣传。[Objective] To understand the correlation between the use of social software and human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men(MSM)in Beijing,provide the basis for future intervention work.[Methods]From May to March in 2016,MSM was recruited by community groups to carry out a questionnaire survey and HIV antibody of them was detected.[Results]A total of 215 MSM were recruited and 214 valid questionnaires were recovered. The average age of the 214 MSM was 30.8 years old,73.4% had the education level in college and above,the homosexuals accounted for 72.4%,and84.6% of the respondents mainly found sexual partners through the social software. There were 5 cases of confirmed HIV infection among 214 MSM with the positive rate of 2.3%. The analysis revealed that whether the respondents use the social software,the homosexual social software and the general social software were not related to HIV infection. The results of multivariate analysis showed that people with higher educational level and homosexual orientation were more likely to use the homosexual social software. 63.1% of respondents reported that they had been obtained the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control from social software,but the understanding level was not related to whether the relevant information was obtained through social software or not.[Conclusion]The use of social software has no correlation with HIV infection among MSM,and does not increase their knowledge level of AIDS prevention and control. However,it is necessary to improve the function of the homosexual social software and increase the content of AIDS prevention and control knowledge to carry out the AIDS education among MSM,especially those with higher educational level and homosexual orientation

    The Optical Design and Simulation of Modular LED Freeform Reflector Dipped Headlight

    本文从汽车用前照灯国标gb25991—2010出发,在已知光源属性的前提下,利用rEfCAd设计了适用于高亮度白光lEd的自由曲面反射器,将多套反射系统组合成汽车前照灯,并通过TrACEPrO仿真模拟,分析各测试点、区域的照度值,其设计结果能较好地符合国标对近光的要求。该方法能更充分发挥lEd的优点,提高了光能利用率,且大大优化和节省了设计空间。In this paper,a kind of car Head lamp integrating freeform reflectors for bright white LED is presented.Complying with the National Standard GB25991—2010 and considering light source properties known,at first,the freeform reflector is designed with RefCAD,and then several reflector models are integrated into a car head lamp model.The illumination values of the test points and regions are simulated with Tracepro.The simulation results show that it meets the requirement of low beam-GB.This design takes the advantage of LED,increases the utilization of optical energy,and greatly optimizes and saves the design space.福建省重大科技项目资助(2006H0092

    Light Distribution Design of Automobile Freeform Headlamp Reflector

    随着现代汽车车灯设计的发展,传统的车灯配光镜由于其设计繁琐,光能利用率较低,且影响汽车美观等缺点,现已逐渐被自由曲面的车灯产品所替代。从汽车前照近光灯国标gb4599-2007出发,在已知光源属性的前提下,利用rEfCAd和lIgHTTOOlS设计了一款适用于H7卤素灯的自由曲面反射器,经过对各测试点、区域的照度值的分析,较好地符合了gb4599-2007对近光的要求。该方法能够大大缩短车灯设计周期,为未来大功率lEd用于车灯设计提供参考。With the development of the modern automotive headlight,the traditional lens headlamp is now gradually being eliminated,because the design is complicated,inefficiency and the impact of the automotive ap pearance.The freeform reflector becomes the predominant designation.Based on the GB4599-2007 regulation,on this premise of getting the light source properties,a freeform reflector for H7 halogen is designed using RefCAD and LightTools.After analysis of the illumination values for each test point and region,the results show that the illu mination distributions meet requirements of GB4599-2007 regulation for dipped headlight.The method can greatly shorten the headlight design cycle and provide a reference for powerful LED used in headlamp design.福建省重大科技项目(2006H0092

    Optimization of LED Array Mode

    作为新一代照明光源lEd照明技术已经有了长足的发展,但单颗lEd并不能满足正常的照明需求,想达到所要的照明效果通常采用多个lEd组合。lEd组合有各种形式,利用TrACEPrO对4种lEd平面阵列形式,即:3x3方形阵列、3-6同心圆阵列、阿基米德螺线阵列以及1-8圆形阵列进行了详细的光学分析。在满足照明要求的条件下,通过对比找到一种最优化的设计,发现1-8圆形阵列效果最好,所占面积最小,从而可以减少材料的浪费,进一步提高lEd照明的性价比,为lEd照明的普及提供设计上的借鉴。The lighting technique of LED has experienced substantial progress.However,a single LED cannot meet the demand for the normal lighting.LED combination is usually adopted to achieve the desired lighting effects.The forms of LED combination are varied.A detailed optical analysis on four forms of LED planar array is taken by using Tracepro,which are 3×3 square array,3-6 concentric array,Archimedean spiral array and 1-8 circular array.By the comparison,which find that 1-8 circular array is the best optimal design to reduce the waste of material and further improve the cost performance of LED lighting under the conditions of meeting the lighting requirements.A ref erence can be provided for the popularity of LED lighting.福建省重大科技项目(2006H0092

    Development, fabrication, and applications of biomedical electrodes

    生物医用电极作为一种能够有效地将生物体电化学活动产生的离子电位转换成测量系统电子电位的传感器,广泛应用于现代临床检测和生物医学测量.近年来,由于生物医用电极在心电图ECg、脑电图EEg、肌电图EMg以及电阻抗成像EIT等领域的迫切应用需求,新型生物医用电极结构及其高效低成本的制造方法不断涌现,生物医用电极制造技术获得飞速发展.本文通过对现有的生物医用体表电极进行了分类(包括传统银/氯化银电极、微针电极、纺织柔性电极、柔性衬底电极、泡沫结构电极、绝缘干电极),分别对其制造工艺过程与使用方法进行了综述,并对其已有或潜在的应用领域进行详细分析,最后对生物医用电极的应用前景进行了展望.Biomedical electrodes convert the ion potential generated by electrochemical activities into an electronic potential that can be measured by instrumentation systems; they are widely used as sensors in modern clinical detection and biomedical measurement.In recent years, with increasing applications in the fields of electrocardiography(ECG), electroencephalography(EEG), electromyography(EMG), and electrical impedance tomography(EIT), a great number of new biomedical electrodes with novel structural design and new material selection have been explored and developed; low-cost fabrication methods are also being intensively studied.In this paper, biomedical electrodes are classified into five types, including traditional silver/silver chloride electrodes, microneedle electrodes, flexible textile electrodes, foam electrodes, and insulated dry electrodes.The conversion mechanisms from ion potential to electronic potential of different biomedical electrodes described in the prior literature are firstly introduced, and then the latest research results concerning the fabrication processes for different biomedical electrodes, and the methods of using them, are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of each type of electrode for practical applications are discussed, based on the published literature.A general description of the current applications of biomedical electrodes in ECG, EEG, EMG, and EIT is presented.Typical results from researchers in various countries are reviewed to further introduce the detailed application of different biomedical electrodes.Emerging application fields for biomedical electrodes, such as electrooculography, electrogastrography, and the study of the nervous system, are also presented.Finally, the development and application prospects of biomedical electrodes are described briefly.With the rapid development of microelectronics, micro-nano manufacturing and signal processing technology, the related manufacturing technologies and signal processing methods for biomedical electrodes have achieved great progress; in particular, a much deeper understanding about the contact mechanism with human tissue and skin has been obtained.We believe that many new biomedical electrodes will be developed in the next few years to greatly improve the detection level of bioelectric information.国家自然科学基金(51475397); 厦门大学中央高校基本科研业务费(2013121017)资
