    Analysis on the epidemiological characteristics of the sporadic cases with hepatitis E infection in the rural area in Jiangsu province

    目的了解江苏省农村散发性戊型肝炎的流行病学特征。方法通过建立覆盖市、镇、村三级医疗卫生服务机构的疑似肝炎主动监测网络,系统全面地监测戊型肝炎病例的发病情况。结果主动监测网络的敏感性明显高于网络报告系统,能更加准确、全面地掌握戊肝的发病规律。结果显示戊型肝炎病例占疑似急性肝炎病例的26.7%,男性戊肝发病率高于女性(P<0.01);发病随着年龄增长而上升,多见35岁以上人群;全年均有发病,冬春季节较高;戊型肝炎病毒株HEV1、4型并存,但以HEV4型为主(92.5%)。结论疑似肝炎主动监测系统数据显示目前戊肝发病率有被低估的风险。To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the sporadic cases with hepatitis E infection in the rural area of Jiangsu province,the prevalence of hepatitis E infection was surveyed systemically and completely through the initiatively monitoring system for the suspected cases of hepatitis E covering the city,town and village levels of medical and health service organizations.It was found that the initiatively monitoring system for suspected hepatitis E cases reflected the incidence of hepatitis E more accurately and comprehensively and was proved to be more sensitive than the network reporting system.The cases with hepatitis E accounted to 26.7% of the suspected cases with acute hepatitis and they were more frequent in male than in female.The incidence of hepatitis E increased with advance of age and most of cases occurred with age over 35.Estimated incidence was stable on the whole year,but rose up in winter and spring.The HEV type 1 and type 4 co-existed,but the HEV type 4 was proved to be the main type(92.5%).From the above observations,it seems that the initiatively monitoring system for the suspected cases of hepatitis E may be under-estimated for the risk of the hepatitis E infection in rural area of Jiangsu province.国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)(2006AA02A209)资

    目的:系统研究中国传统名贵中药熊胆中的化学成分。方法:利用大孔树脂,SEPHAdEX lH-20,OdS及正相硅胶柱等色谱手段进行分离,通过多种波谱学数据分析进行单体化合物的结构鉴定。结果:从熊胆中分离得到9个单体化合物,经结构鉴定分别为4′,7-二羟基异黄酮(1),4′,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基异黄酮(2),4′,5,7-三羟基异黄酮(3),4′-甲氧基-7-羟基异黄酮(4),牛磺熊去氧胆酸(5),牛磺鹅去氧胆酸(6),熊去氧胆酸(7),鹅去氧胆酸(8),胆固醇(9)。结论:化合物1~4为首次从熊胆中分离,也是从熊科动物中首次分离得到。Objecctive: To study the chemical constituents of bear bile.Method: The compounds were isolated by repeated column HP20 macroporous adsorption resin,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and silica gel as packing materials.The structures were identified on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis and by comparison of their spectral data reported.Result: Nine compounds were identified as 4′,7-dihydroxyisoflavone(1),4′,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxyisoflavone(2),4′,6,7-trihydroxyisoflavone(3),4′-methoxy-7-hydroxyisoflavone(4),tauroursodeoxycholic acid(5),taurochenodeoxycholic acid(6),ursodeoxycholic acid(7),chenodeoxycholic acid(8),cholesterol(9).Conclusion: Compounds 1-4 were separated from bear bile for the first time.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20083005

    测量切片内所有细胞或细胞器的总周长,并乘以切片厚度和校正因子是一种量化植物叶片解剖结构的常用方法。前人在使用该方法时因忽视了细胞大小、切片厚度等影响估算精确度的因素,从而导致计数样本偏少并产生较大误差。通过分析该方法误差产生的原因及其与精确度的关系,明确了该方法在实际应用中不同精确度所要求对应的切片数量。在此基础上,将该方法用于C4植物高粱(Sorghum bicolor)叶片结构的量化,提出叶肉细胞与维管束鞘细胞接触面积(CABM)等参数,发展并完善了植物叶片解剖结构的量化方法。&nbsp;</p

    从绵羊血中分离白细胞,提取绵羊白细胞RNA,利用RT-PCR、PCR扩增绵羊白细胞介素2(OvineIL-2)基因。将OvineIL-2PCR产物与TE载体定向连接,用SaLI和BamHI双酶切重组TE,利用低溶点胶回收500bp大小的片段;将其补平后与PPSD质粒连接,用EcoRI酶切鉴定,找出正向连接重组质粒。用BamHI酶切重组PPSD质粒,低熔点胶回收2500bp大小的片段;将其与经BamHI酶切去磷酸化的PME290表达质粒连接,筛选出阳性重组PME290,即为OvineIL-2基因表达载体。IL2 is known to be as an adjuvant in many areas. The ovine IL2 gene with synthesized recognition sequence at 5` and 3` end respectivecy was amplified and cloned from the peripheral blood of ovine. Ovine IL2 gene was amplified with ovine RNA as template by RTPCR and PCR. The amplified fragment was subjected to restriction digest and coined into the TE and PPSD vector. An expression plasmid was constructed by cloning the IL2 gene into PME290. The PME290SDIL2 was transformed into the host competent cell PAK/2pfs and the recombinant IL2 was expressed in the supernatant of the cultures of the transformant cell PAK/2pfs.国家科技部科研院所技术开发专项资金项目(国科发财字(1999)592号

    We report the data of outpatients who presented at the Higashiosaka City Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities for the first medical examination from April 2002 to March 2004. The total number of outpatients was 207 cases, of which cases (93%)were referred from other institutions. Especially 116 cases (56%) were referred from the health check system at public health centers. 94cases (46%) were diagnosed as Pervasive Developmental Disorders. There were 9 pairs of siblings diagnosed with some disabilities. More comprehensive studies about acceptance of disabilities bv careedvers are needed
