全面从严治党背景下高校学生党支部建设问题及对策研究

近年来,高校毕业生中女生的比例逐年增加,但目前女大学生的就业形势不容乐观,在就业过程中就业权益受到侵害的现象屡见不鲜。作为女性中接受高等教育的女大学生,其就业状况关系到社会稳定和经济发展。本文通过调查分析女大学生平等就业权保障的现状,以及现有保障机制的作用发挥,探究女大学生现有平等就业保障机制的不足和困境,并从国家、社会、高校和个人四个方面提出完善女大学生平等就业权保障机制的合理建议,以促进女大学生就业权益保障。With the development of economy and the progress of the society, the proportion of female college graduates increased year by year.
