    巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达

    【目的】探讨巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及临床意义。【方法】夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定量检测实验组43例患者、15例对照组,以及随访37例治疗3疗程后骨髓血浆MIP-1α的水平。【结果】①65.1%患者MIP-1α水平增高,其中实验组明显高于对照组(t=3.569,P=0〈0.01),实验组中的活动进展期患者明显高于稳定期、正常人及其他血液病患者(P均〈0.05);骨质破坏〉2处患者明显高于骨质破坏≤2处的患者(t=5.56,P=0〈0.01)。②有效组经治疗3个疗程后MIP-1α水平明显下降(t=3.237,P=0〈0.05)。③MIP-1α与红细胞计数、白蛋白、β2-微球蛋白、骨损分、Durie-Salmon分期相关(P均〈0.05)。【结论】大部分多发性骨髓瘤患者骨髓MIP-1α水平增高,MIP-1α可作为反映骨质破坏及瘤负荷的一项指标,动态监测MIP-1α可预测近期疗效

    Preparation of Immobilized Nucleoside Phosphorylase and Research on Its Property

    目的优化核苷磷酸化酶的固定化工艺,并对固定化酶的性质进行研究。方法通过正交试验优化核苷磷酸化酶(包括嘌呤和嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶)固定化条件,并进一步对固定化核苷磷酸化酶的最适P H、温度及其稳定性进行研究。结果固定化酶条件为P H=8.0,温度为25℃,蛋白载量为20 Mg/g载体,固定化时间为6 H;固定化核苷磷酸化酶的最适P H=7.5,最适温度为40℃,固酶连续使用20批次酶活力无明显损失。结论固定化核苷磷酸化酶稳定可靠,适合应用于工业化生产。Objective To optimize the immobilization process of the nucleoside phosphorylase and research on its property.Methods The immobilization process of the nucleoside phosphorylase(including purine and pyrimidine nucleoside phosphorylase)was optimized by orthogonal test,and took further study of the finest p H,temperature and stability of immobilized nucleoside phosphorylase.Results The finest condition of immobilized enzyme was p H = 8.0,25 ℃,20 mg/g protein loads and immobilize for 6 h; the finest condition for the immobilized nucleoside phosphorylase to catalyze was p H = 7.5 and 40 ℃.There was no significant loss of activity of the enzyme after use for catalyzing 20 batches consecutively.Conclusion The immobilized nucleoside phosphorylase is stable and reliable,which is suitable to application in industrial productio

    An Electrochemical Study of DDTC Adsorption Jamesonite

     通过循环伏安法、交流阻抗法研究了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(以D表示)与脆硫锑铅矿的相互作用.在不同的电位条件下呈现出不同的电极过程.从-178~472mV(相对于标准氢电极),脆硫锑铅矿表面主要是DDTC,PbD2,S0等疏水性物质的吸附,界面电容也比较小.当电极电位高于472mV时,由于PbD2,S0等疏水性物质被氧化成Pb2+,SO32-,SO42-,PbSO4等亲水性产物,脆硫锑铅矿表面是亲水的.由此推测用DDTC做捕收剂浮选脆硫锑铅矿的电位范围为-178~472mV,最佳电位范围为60~222mV.The interactions of jamesonite with diethyl dithiocarbamate (DDTC) were studied by AC impedance measurement and cyclic voltammetry. Several electrode processes under different potential conditions were observed. There mainly is the absorption of hydrophobic DDTC. PbD_2, S~0 etc on the surface of jamesonite mineral from -178 mV to 472 mV (vs. SHE) and the interfacial capacitance also is small. When the electrode potential is over 472 mV, the surface of jamesonite mineral is of hydrophilicity due to the fact that hydrophobic PbD_2,S~0 etc are oxidized into hydrophilic products such as Pb~(2+), SO_3~(2-) ,SO_4~(2-), PbSO_4.     黑河下游胡杨群落多样性沿河岸距离的变化特征

    胡杨(PopuluseuphraticaOliv.)是荒漠河岸林的主要建群种之一,对维持荒漠河岸生态系统稳定和抑制荒漠化有着重要意义。为科学认识极端干旱荒漠河岸地带胡杨群落结构、多样性特征沿河岸距离的变化规律,选择黑河下游荒漠河岸地带自然分布的胡杨林作为观测样地,沿垂直河岸方向上设置9个采样点,分析沿河梯度上胡杨群落物种组成、结构、植物区系与多样性特征。结果表明:在沿河梯度上,共有物种7科9属9种,物种多样性低,胡杨在群落中占绝对优势(重要值为0.61—0.90),是群落优势建群种。植物区系贫乏,单种科和单种属占比高,具有明显温带属性,且与古地中海成分地理联系密切。随着沿河岸距离的增加,植物群落结构由乔-灌-草向乔-草类型过渡,植物群落盖度呈先上升后下降的显著变化趋势,在距河650 m处达到最大,为74.33%,灌木层盖度总体上低于乔木层和草本层。胡杨群落多样性指数偏低,Patrick指数、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数最大值分别为7、0.66、1.31、0.81。α多样性指数随沿河岸距离的增加呈先上升后下降变化趋势,在距河650—800 m之间达到峰值,其中Pielou指数变化不显著。Cody指数在距河650—800 m和800—950m之间出现较大值,而S?rensen指数较小,表明该区域β多样性最大,胡杨群落样地间异质性程度高。在黑河下游荒漠河地带,土壤水盐变化限制和调控着草本植物的生长和分布,对胡杨林群落多样性产生重要的影响。研究结果有助于认识该地区沿河胡杨群落结构特征及其多样性格局,也将为荒漠河岸胡杨林植物资源的管理和恢复提供科学参考
