    Extracting condition and the activity admeasurement for pectinesterase in achenes of Ficus awkeotsang Makino

    研究了爱玉子果胶酯酶的优化提取方法,并测定了不同条件下爱玉子果胶酯酶的活性及热稳定性。结果表明:爱玉子果胶酯酶抽提液中NaCl的最佳浓度是5%,最佳抽提温度是30℃,最佳抽提时间是24 h,最佳保存时间24 h;酶活测定时作用液中NaCl最适浓度范围为0.6%~1.0%,作用液的最适pH为7.0,温度30~50℃,爱玉子果胶酯酶的热稳定性良好。A method of extraction and assay for the pectinesterase were investigated and proposed as follows: the best concentration of NaCl in extracting mixtrure is 5%,the best extracting temperature is 30℃,the best extracting time is 24 hours,the best conservating time is 24 hours,the best concentration of NaCl in mixture is 0.6% to 1.0%,and maintain the pH on 7.0.Between 30-50℃,the pectinesterase in achenes of Ficus awkeotsang has a good thermal stability.福建省教育厅基金资助项目(K04029);; 福建省科技厅重点资助项目(2007S0015

    Study on low carbon ammonia engine

    化石燃料的过度使用引发了一系列能源和环境问题,氨作为可再生环保燃料可有力缓解石油资源短缺的现状和改善大气环境。文章试验研究了氨气/液化气混合燃料发电机的性能和低碳处理效果。在改造汽油、液化气双燃料发电机组的基础上,研究了混合燃料中氨百分比逐渐增大时发动机性能的变化以及氨水装置对尾气的净化效果。研究结果表明,氨气/液化气混合燃料发电机在一定程度上可以保持其负载性能,氨气比例增加到一定值时,发电机的输出功率和电压会逐渐下降;氨发动机的尾气经过氨水装置后,二氧化碳的浓度可以降低到1%左右,实现低碳排放。Overuse of fossil fuel has caused a series of energy and environmental problems.However,ammonia is a kind of renewable and environment-friendly fuel and it can greatly relieve shortage of petroleum resources and improve atmospheric environment.Study on performance of generator that runs on ammonia/LPG mixture fuel and its low carbon emission is put forward in this paper.The influence of various percent of ammonia and LPG mixture on engine performance is studied and the effect of ammonium hydroxide purification for emission reduction is investigated based on a reformed Gasoline/LPG dual fuel generator set.Experimental results showed that the engine with load could maintain its dynamic performance when the proportion of ammonia was small, however, as the proportion of ammonia increased to some extent, the generator power and voltage would decrease;meanwhile, the percentage of carbon dioxide would reduce to 1% when the engine emission was ventilated into ammonium hydroxide device, in this way the engine carbon emission was low.福建省科技厅平台项目(2007H2002); 福建省科技计划项目(2013I0007

    选择我国3种传统木本油料作物油茶(Camellia oleifera)、核桃(Juglans regia)和文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium)以及3种新兴木本油料作物油用牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)、星油藤(Plukenetia volubilis)和元宝枫(Acer truncatum),从种质资源概况、脂肪酸组成、活性成分以及油脂合成代谢的分子生物学等方面进行了详细综述。文章旨在引导国内生产者因地制宜地种植木本油料作物,从而发挥木本植物油的优势,补充草本油料供给不足。同时,在资源保护的前提下,增加我国植物油供给量,丰富人们的营养来源和提高健康水平。该文还分析了我国木本油料作物利用中存在的问题,为进一步开发利用木本油料作物指明了研究方向

    ~(266)Bh的α衰变性质研究(英文)

    报道了利用兰州重离子研究装置提供的26Mg重离子束流轰击243Am靶产生和鉴别已知超重核素266Bh的实验结果。利用转轮收集探测装置依靠母子核遗传关系通过观测Bh同位素与其子核Db和Lr之间的α-α关联事件来鉴别266Bh。实验中观测到266Bh的α能量为(9.03±0.08)MeV,与日本理化学研究所在合成113号元素中第一个衰变链中观测到266Bh的α能量为9.07 MeV相近。266Bh的半衰期为0.66+-00..5269s,从实验得到的Qα也符合Z=107的Qα随中子数变化的系统性
