Study on Pricing Mechanism of Gambling Credit Market

赌博高利贷市场缺乏形成市场均衡价格所需要的竞争环境,因此,所有的赌博高利贷交易都是私下交易、个案处理。在这样的条件下,交易时赌徒的边际效用便成了交易的唯一价格基础。价格(利息条件)必须在边际效用递增所形成的“消费者剩余”的边界之内产生。在这个范围内,选取哪一点取决于交易双方的谈判能力。不同的贷款人面对谈判能力不同的赌徒,会达成大不相同的交易结果。Gambling credit market is a small financial market hidden in the gambling industry,which is a high valuable issue in practice and theory but never been seriously studied by economists.This paper studies the gambling credit market in financial view.First,authors define the gambling credit market.Second,the different pricing forms of the gambling credit market are included.Third,we analyze the demands of the gambling credit market and point out that the curve of gamblers marginal utility is increasing.Finally, we conclude the pricing mechanism of gambling credit market based on the consumer's surplus of gamblers.国家自然科学基金《世界赌博爆炸与中国的金融利益——博彩金融管理问题研究》(项目批准号:70473076)的阶段性成果

资本结构的地区差异研究——对中国上市公司的实证分析

区域经济发展的不平衡已成为我国经济可持续发展、建设和谐社会的重要障碍,迫切需要我们多角度地进行研究和探索。本文通过考察中国上市公司资本结构的地区差异发现,除了盈利能力对资本结构的影响不存在地区差异以外,企业规模、有形资产、税收和非债务税盾对经济发达程度不同地区的影响还有待继续研究

Study on the Solvent-hot-melt and Heat-transfer Adhesive

［中文文摘］采用各种乙烯基单体进行溶液共聚,研制出能同时适用于聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)等多种常见塑料材料的溶剂型热溶转印胶.运用溶度参数原理选择共聚单体,探讨了由引发剂用量引起的分子量变化对性能的影响,找出了符合适用要求的引发剂浓度范围,研究了反应时间对转化率的影响,确定了适合工业化生产的合适配方及反应条件.对合成的产品的性能进行了DSC测试.［英文文摘］In this paper solvent-hot-melt and heat-transfer adhesive,which could be used for polystyrene(PS),polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),polycarbonate(PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS) all,was developed.The experiment was conducted through solution copolymerization of various vinyl monomers.The monomers were selected on the principle of solvent parameter.The relations between initiator dosage and molecular weight,reaction time and conversion were discussed.The property of product was investigated by DSC. At last ,the proper recipe and reaction conditions in indust rial process were confirmed. The reaction time was 6 h ,when the conversion of the experiment was almost 100 %. The molecular weight of the product must be suitable ,if it was too high or too low ,the property of the product could not be good enough ,in the experiment it was found that when the content of initiator was proportional to 0. 05 %～0. 20 %(mass) of the monomers ,the the property of the product was good. The glass transition temperature of the product was 62. 5 ℃ by DSC test
