Carbon Budgets in A Mangrove Ecosystem of Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, China and Their Responses to Environmental Changes
红树林是滨海湿地的主要湿地类型,也是蓝碳碳汇的主要贡献者之一,其碳汇强度以及碳循环过程是目前滨海湿地生态学研究的热点问题。本文以广东湛江高桥红树林生态系统为例,通过地面植被调查、生物量测定以及碳通量观测等方法,探讨了以高桥为例的亚热带红树林生态系统碳库组成、碳通量时空变化格局以及影响碳分配和碳通量变化格局的环境因素,并尝试构建亚热带红树林生态系统碳循环过程的基本框架,解释潮间带红树植物碳泵的运行机制。同时,本文还通过对外来植物种植、潮汐影响和病虫害暴发等干扰因子的系统研究,对这些环境因子如何影响红树林生态系统碳通量及碳分配格局进行了详细阐述,主要结论如下: (1)高桥红树林生态系统在2010...Mangrove forest, a main wetland type in the coastal area, is one of the major carbon contributors to so called “blue carbon”. 布地奈德吸入剂与鼻喷剂致23例不良反应分析
目的:分析布地奈德吸入剂与鼻喷剂所致不良反应情况及特点。方法:收集某院2005—2011年度布地奈德吸入剂与鼻喷剂所致的不良反应报告,从不良反应发生的严重程度、年龄段、时机、临床表现以及愈后等方面对报告进行整理分析,并与国外报道进行对照。结果:布地奈德吸入剂与鼻喷剂所致不良反应以用药部位皮肤过敏性反应、口咽部真菌感染等局部反应为主,但布地奈德吸入剂也可致库欣综合征、股骨头坏死的全身系统性不良反应。结论:应加强布地奈德吸入剂与鼻喷剂不良反应监测,及早预防,减少严重的或系统性不良反应的发生
Whether therapeutic drug monitoring is necessary for linezolid?
利奈唑胺非肝药酶代谢,约35%以原型经肾排泄,说明书提示其浓度受其他药物影响轻微,肾功能不全患者无需调整剂量,但临床研究表明肾功能不全患者利奈唑胺所致血小板减少症或贫血发生率增高与利奈唑胺高暴露相关,且利奈唑胺与某些药物存在的相互作用可显著影响其血药浓度、利奈唑胺的血药浓度在危重症患者中个体差异大,应进行血药浓度监测。Linezolid is not metabolized by CYP450 s and only approximately 35% of the prototype was excreted via the kidney, and its label suggests that its concentration is affected by other drugs slightly and no dose adjustment is recommended to patients with renal impairment. Nevertheless, clinic studies showed that the development of linezolid- induced thrombocytopenia and anemia was related to the high linezolid exposure in patients with impaired renal function, and the interaction between linezolid and other drugs may significantly affect its concentration. Considering these factors and the significant variability of linezolid concentration in critically ill patients, the therapeutic drug monitoring is necessary for linezolid to ensure its efficiency and safety
抗菌药物专项整治活动对规范髋关节置换术抗菌药物预防使用的回顾性调查
目的评价抗菌药物专项整治活动对我院髋关节置换术围手术期抗菌药物的合理、规范化使用的促进作用。方法从围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的使用率、品种选择、剂量、使用时机、疗程等方面对2010年8月~2014年7月于我院行髋关节置换的373份病例进行回顾性分析。结果经过抗菌药物专项整治活动,我院髋关节置换术围手术期抗菌药物预防使用率没有变化,但品种选择、给药时机、疗程日趋合理,术后住院时间及抗菌药费也明显下降。结论抗菌药物专项整治活动对规范我院髋关节置换术预防性抗菌药物的使用具有明显促进作用
Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用的干预效果分析
针对我院围手术期抗菌药物使用过程中存在的问题,自2011年8月开始对围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行干预,并于干预前后各阶段随机抽取Ⅰ类切口手术病历150份,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析以评价干预效果。实施干预措施后,Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物的使用在选药、使用时机、使用疗程等方面的合理性显著提高

Use of linezolid in hepatic impairment patients

Grain size characteristics of different underlying surfaces over coastal front zone
在海岸前沿选取林地、草地、裸地3种不同的下垫面环境,研究风沙运动对其粒度的影响。结果表明,3个样地均以细沙为主,中沙、粗沙分列其后,但样地间沙粒含量差异很大;3个样地粒径均随海岸距离的增加而变粗,林地变化较为明显且粒径最粗,林地和草地下层的沙粒径都比表层的粗,裸地则无明显变化;与草地和裸地相比,林地内沙土平均粒径最粗,标准偏差最大,负偏程度最高,这与林地内粒径较粗有关;在草地和裸地中,平均粒径与各粒度参数均存在良好的相关性,表明草地和裸地沉积物为风力搬运堆积的产物,受风选作用明显。细沙与极粗沙和粗沙都呈现极显著的正相关关系,可以根据极粗沙和粗沙的含量来判别防护林的防护效应,即在海岸前沿,沙粒粒径越粗,防护效能越好。Three different underlying surfaces,the Casuarina Equisetifolia protection forest,the grassland and the bare land over coastal front zone were sampled to investigate the impact of sand drift movement on the grain size characteristics,results showed as follows.The surface sand samples in this region were dominated by fine sand,while medium sand and coarse sand exhibited decreasingly,but sand contents were significantly different between sample plots.Because of the degree of accumulation of sand,the grain size became bigger with the distance increasing,the protection forest had the most obvious change and the coarser grain size,the grain size of sub-surface( below 100 mm) was coarser than that of the surface in the protection forest land and the grassland,but not in the bare land.Due to the coarser grain size,the protection forest land had the highest average particle size,largest standard deviation and the highest degree of negative bias compared with the grassland and bare land.Because of the pneumatic separation,there was remarkable correlation between average particle size and other particle size parameters in grassland and bare land,the coarse sand and very coarse sand showed very significant positive correlation with the silty sand so that we could use the content of the coarser sand to distinguish the protection effect of the protection forest,it meant that the coarser sand in the coastal front zone,the better protection effect it had.国家自然科学基金项目“海陆交界带的土地利用变化对典型植被碳吸存影响的宏微观尺度研究”(41176092
