    Monolithically Integrated Optical Receiver with Spatially Modulated Optical Detector in CMOS Technology

    设计了与标准CMOS工艺兼容的850 nM空间调制(SPATIAlly MOdulATEd,SM)结构光电探测器,在分析器件物理模型的基础上,建立了SPECTrE环境中等效电路的新模型。提出标准CMOS工艺下SM探测器与前置放大电路单片集成的电路设计。仿真结果表明,在850 nM光照下,SM探测器带宽达到400 MHz,并提供62 MA/W的响应度。整个集成芯片的工作速率为400 Mb/S,增益为0.81 kV/W,功耗为91 MW。A monolithically integrated optical receiver(λ=850 nm) with spatially modulated(SM) optical detector is designed in standard 0.5 μm CMOS technology,the equivalent circuit model of the SM light detector is built in the SPECTRE environment.Simulation results show that the SM optical detector researches a bandwidth of 420 MHz and a responsibility of 78 mA/W.OEIC has a bandwidth of 400 Mb/s and gain of 0.81 kV/W with the power dissipation of 91 mW.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20063002

    本发明涉及一种基于相角估算的微电网逆变器离并网无缝切换控制方法。使用储能系统作为主电源,包括储能电池、变流器、PCS模式控制器。在并网模式下使用PQ控制,孤岛模式下使用V/F控制。从并网至孤岛切换过程中电压幅值参考值由离网前电网相电压峰值给定,电压相角参考值由离网前电网角频率平均值和离网时刻的瞬时相角计算得到。从孤岛至并网切换过程中,利用基于电网电压瞬时值的相角估计算法更改逆变器V/F模式中相角参考值,快速跟踪电网相角,在PLL稳定锁相后,使用精准的电压相角代替估算值。通过叠加频率干扰量判断微网是否并网完成,更改相应控制模式,实现无缝切换

    Control of a Grid-Forming Inverter Based on Sliding-Mode and Mixed H-2/H-infinity Control

    A grid-forming inverter (GFI) is an important component for operation of an islanded microgrid. Its purpose, similar to a conventional slack bus generator, is to build up a reference voltage for other distributed generating units in the microgrid. Usually, a nested-loop PI control structure is employed to control a grid-forming inverter in a dq reference frame. However, conventional PIbased nested-loop control method has a deteriorative performance under parameter variations. In this paper, a novel nested-loop control strategy is proposed for control of a grid-forming inverter system containing an LC output filter and loads. The proposed method doesn’t require a precise model for the inverter system and can better deal with uncertainties and LC filter resonance without using any passive or active damping mechanisms. It utilizes a sliding mode control in the inner current loop and a mixed H2/H1 optimal control in the outer voltage loop, which provides the advantages of constant switching frequency, low total harmonic distortion (THD), robustness against parameters variations and fast transient response. The simulation and hardware experiments presented in this paper demonstrate the proposed controller’s improved transient and steadystate performance in various key criteria, over conventional PI-based nested-loop control strategy

    Design of optimal PI controller with dead-zone link for low-order processes with time delay

    In this paper, a design method of optimal proportional-integral (PI) controller with dead-zone link is presented for low-order processes with time delay. Closed-loop system is the nonlinear control system with the dead-zone link. The feedback system can be equivalently transformed into the linear switch system (LSS) or autonomous switch system (ASS). The optimal control problem is equivalently transformed into nonlinear constraint optimization (NLCO) problem via common Lyapunov functions (CLF) theorem and Lyapunov theorems. Therefore, optimal PI controller can be obtained by solving the NLCO problem. Simulation results show effectiveness and usefulness of theproposed design method
