    Verification of Toughended Laminated Glass Based on ANSYS

    基于有限元分析软件AnSyS对某型水洞的底部和侧边的钢化夹胶玻璃进行强度校核。在分析中,采用实际尺寸对玻璃进行几何建模,充分考虑玻璃中间PVb夹胶层的材料属性以及玻璃与工字钢的面接触,按照实际受力情况进行非线性分析。根据计算的应力和应变,对玻璃及PVb的强度和变形量进行校核。An exploratory strength verification of laminated glass at bottom and side of a water tunnel was implemented based on the finite element software ANSYS.The glasses were modeled the same as the actual size and took sufficient consideration on the specific material characteristic of PVB and the face to face contact between glass and the bearing beam.Non-liner analysis was conducted according to the actual conditions.Stress and strain was calculated to verify the strength and stiffness of tempered glass and PVB

    Effect of angle of slit on shedding vortex of slotted circular cylinder

    开缝圆柱绕流作为钝体绕流研究的分支,具备很强的应用前景,但是对其复杂的流动现象的物理本质的理解仍不完善。本文采用流动显示技术和粒子成像测速技术(; PIV),探究缝隙对开缝圆柱流场结构的影响,在数据处理方面采用本征正交分解(POD)方法对开缝圆柱流场信息进行了重建。实验研究表明:; 在一定雷诺数范围内,开缝圆柱缝隙的存在从根本上改变了圆柱绕流近区尾流的结构;; 开缝圆柱脱落涡的脱落频率对开缝圆柱缝隙倾斜角具有一定的敏感性,随着缝隙倾斜角的增大其斯特劳哈尔数逐渐变大,对比发现开缝圆柱狭缝比(缝隙/直径)为; 0.15时较0.10的斯特劳哈尔数具有更强的稳定性。Vortex shedding from a circular cylinder with a slit which belongs to; the unsteady flow of bluff bodies has very strong application prospects.; However,it is still difficult to fully understand the complex flow; phenomenon. Using flow visualization and particle image velocimetry; (PIV) measurement,we explored the influence of a slit on the flow field; structure. Adopting the method of proper orthogonal decomposition (POD),; we reconstructed the flow field in the series of operations on PIV data.; The experimental results show that the flow in the slit demonstrates; periodic motion,and this oscillating vent-flow greatly alters the near; wake flow features within a certain range of Reynolds number. Shedding; vortex frequency of slotted cylinder has certain sensitivity with the; angle of slit.     同轴旋转圆台环隙流动机制及实验研究

    同轴旋转圆台环隙内流体的流动是基于经典的两同轴旋转圆柱环隙内泰勒库特流的一种扩展研究。通过流动显示实验和PIV粒子图像测速技术对圆台环隙的内部流场进行可视化和定量化的研究,分析涡运动的周期性规律,探究圆台环隙内雷诺应力分布和水位高度对流场的影响。研究表明,随着时间的发展,涡列周期性明显且整体在下移,当脉冲数为100脉冲/s时,环隙内形成均匀分布的正反交替的涡;当脉冲数为200~500脉冲/s时,存在快慢交替的分裂周期;在3种水位高度下也都存在明显周期性分裂,只是周期时间和涡的个数不同;平均流场存在上凸型外向流和下凹型内向流2种流态,流态的差异是离心力与静压力双重作用的强弱变化所致;雷诺应力分布中,径向正应力占主导,并主要集中在环隙中部。国家自然科学基金(11072206);;福建省自然科学基金(2012J01023)~

    二维开缝圆柱环流动力特性

    使用粒子图像测速(PIV)技术对各二维开缝圆柱环流流场的动力特性进行定性及定量研究,揭示雷诺数(Re)、开缝位置角、开缝倾角及相对缝宽(s/d,s为缝隙宽度,d为圆柱直径)对环流动力特性的影响规律.获取瞬态流场、时均流场以及斯特劳哈尔数(Sr)等关键流场信息,研究开缝圆柱环流流场的结构及演变规律.结果表明:脱落涡与圆柱表面环流的此消彼长,引起120°以及180°开缝圆柱的吹吸效应,显著提前圆柱尾流脱落涡的耦合时间;240°开缝圆柱的缝隙位置接近圆柱后缘,流体未达到缝隙位置时已经发生流动分离,不会形成有效吹吸效应;120°以及180°开缝圆柱的尾流脱落涡运动轨迹振幅较大,其流阻系数大于基准圆柱以及240°开缝圆柱的尾流流阻系数;狭缝角α为180°,相对缝宽为0.15开缝圆柱的尾流Sr在0.218~0.225范围内波动最小,具备最优的线性稳定性.装备预研教育部联合基金(6141A02033529)国家自然科学基金(11072206)福建省自然科学基金(2012J01023)资助项

    Control method for aircraft wake vortex based on Rayleigh-Ludwig instability

    在飞机飞行的过程中尾涡会伴随着升力产生,威胁后机的飞行安全.在简化机翼模型上添加扰流片,通过一个矩形翼以引入一个与主翼尾涡大小不同、方向相反的小涡,构建尾流自消散四涡系统,以期诱发尾涡的rAylEIgH-ludWIg相交不稳定性.通过改变扰流片的大小形状,调整模型的攻角和拖曳速度,采用粒子图像速度场仪测量系统定量研究在低雷诺数下单主翼尾涡发展特性以及双涡相互作用特性.研究表明:在未添加扰流片时,尾涡环量在45个翼展内相对于初始环量基本保持不变;在添加扰流片的情况下尾涡的环量衰减可以达到35%~55%,而未添加的基本翼型的尾涡的环量则几乎保持不变,这说明添加适当的扰流片能诱发尾涡的rAylEIgH-ludWIg相交不稳定性,加速尾涡的消散,当小涡和主涡的初始环量比为-0.489、初始距离比为0.5时,45个翼展范围内,尾涡环量衰减55.9%.本文系统性的实验结果可以为低尾流机翼的设计提供参考依据.The aircraft wake vortex is an inherent flow phenomenon due to the lift generation mechanism,which has a negative impact on the flight safety.By adding a set of specially designed spoiler,a rectangular wing was designed to generate a pair of weaker vortices,which had different sizes and opposite direction compared to main wing vortices,thereby constructing a self-destructive four-vortex wake system to induce Rayleigh-Ludwig instability.Under different experimental conditions,in terms of changing the size or shape of the spoiler,towing speed and angle of attack,the wake vortex development of the test model,that both with and without spoiler,as well as the circulation analysis,were acquired particle image velocimetry( PIV) measurements under the low Reynolds number.The study demonstrates that the decrease in circulation was 35% to55% in 45 wingspans when spoilers are introduced,whereas the counterpart of the baseline airfoil,without spoilers,is nearly kept steadily,which reveal the application possibility of Rayleigh-Ludwig instability in alleviating the wake vortex.As the initial circulation ratio equals to- 0.489 and the initial distance ratio is0.5,the circulation of the primary vortex reduce most significantly( 55.9%) in 45 wingspans.Results would provide a scheme in the design of airfoils with weaker vortices.国家自然科学基金(11072206

Its culture was easy. Supported Rh 3+ , Pt 4+ , Pd 2+ , A + g, Au 3+ could be adsorbed and reduced by this bacteria.The results obtained by IR techniques shown that there was the biochemistry action between the bacteria and the noble metal ions. Using the cyclic voltammograph method indicated that the reducing ability of the bacteria were stronger. XPS experiments Further indicated above noble ions could be reduced by this bacteria with diFFerent degree, the reduction did not be inFluenced by the kinds of noble metal ions and supports. The results shown that the properties of redox of above noble metal ions For electron transFer were the same.     Experiment on a new concept wing layout with alleviated wake vortex

    大型飞机常采用开启襟翼以增大机翼升力系数,实现较大迎角的起飞和降落,而机翼在大迎角状态下,翼尖会产生能量集中且自由消散时间长的飞机尾涡,严重影响; 后续起降飞机的安全。基于Rayleigh-Ludwieg不稳定性,提出一种新概念飞机襟翼布局,通过水槽实验发现:新概念布局的襟翼对翼尖涡的消散具; 有明显的促进作用,不同参数组合下襟翼涡对翼尖涡的运动特性和能量变化的影响均有不同。实验结果也为飞机尾流控制的研究提供了参考,在满足飞行力学设计的; 基础上,合理运用增升装置构建四涡系统可以有效促进飞机尾流的消散,提高机场飞机起降效率。Aircraft wake vortex will be produced by the wing tip to have a negative; impact on flight safety, when a large aircraft applies flap wing to; take-off and landing under a large angle of attack. Based on the; Rayleigh-Ludwieg instability,a new concept flap layout is developed by; adding a set of specially designed flaps. Water channel experiments; reveal that the new concept flap layout can significantly promote the; wingtip vortex dissipation. The wingtip vortex which is affected by flap; vortex with disparate parameter combinations performs differently with; respect to movement characteristics and energy. The experiments also; provide references to wake vortex control,when the requirement for; flight mechanics design is satisfied.     以飞机起降过程中主翼和尾翼产生反向涡系存在相互作用的事实为背景,设计了一套反向双漩涡发生装置。通过改变两涡的位置关系与初始涡强度比值,采用流动显示与粒子成像测速(PIV)技术,对涡系相交不稳定性的作用特性进行了研究。结果表明:小涡的引入改变了主涡原有运动轨迹,合理地引入小涡的位置与小涡的强度,对主涡能量的衰减有明显的促进作用,但它们之间不呈现明显的线性关系;涡空间运动轨迹的分析,对未来完善机场起降控制模型有一定借鉴意义;实验结果也为飞机整体设计提供了一定参考依据,在满足飞行力学的设计基础上,优化整体气动布局对降低飞机尾流强度有显著的影响。Based on the fact that the main wing and tail would produce counter-rotating vortices in the process of taking-off and landing,a set of double vortex generators are designed.Under two different experimental conditions,in terms of changing the position and initial intensity ratio of the double vortex,the wake vortex development of the test mode is acquired,including flow visualizations and particle image velocimetry(PIV)technology.Research reveals that the introduction of a weaker vortex,with a proper position and initial intensity ratio,would change the main vortex original trajectory and promotes its dissipation.However,it does not present an obvious linear relationship between them.The analysis results of vortex trajectory could be used in improving the efficiency of taking-off and landing in airports,the experiments also provide a reference for the overall design of aircrafts:when the requirement for flight mechanics design is satisfied,optimizing the overall aerodynamic layout will have a significant effect on alleviating the intensity of aircraft wake.国家自然科学基金(11072206)~
