From the Service Standardization to the Public Service Standardization: Based on the Perspective of Comparative Analysis

Synthesis of Aromatic Amines by Pd / C Catalytic Hydrogenation Aromatic Nitro-compounds
以5%Pd/C为催化剂,芳香族硝基化合物在温和条件(30℃,H2/0.1 MPa)下还原成芳胺。研究了芳环上的取代基对催化加氢反应的影响。结果表明:对位取代的芳硝基化合物的加氢反应速率为:H>CH3>CO2CH3>CF3>F>OCH3;间位取代芳硝基化合物加氢反应速率为:H>CH3>CF3>F>CO2CH3>OCH3>CN;邻位取代芳硝基化合物加氢反应速率为:H>CF3>CH3>OCH3>F>CO2CH3>CN
中药沐足结合护理干预治疗护理人员下肢静脉曲张的效果观察
目的探讨中药沐足结合护理干预在下肢静脉曲张护士中的应用效果。方法选取某三甲综合性医院患有下肢静脉曲张的临床护士60例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组研究对象均行基础护理,对照组采用医用的循序减压弹力袜进行治疗,观察组实施中药沐足结合护理干预措施。2个月后比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组研究对象静脉曲张恢复总有效率高于对照组,观察组研究对象经过3个疗程的治疗,痊愈12例,显效l3例,有效4例;对照组分别为痊愈5例,显效8例,有效9例;观察组、对照组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为40.00%、96.67%和16.67%、73.33%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药沐足结合护理干预可以改善下肢静脉曲张的临床症状。福建中医药大学2016年临床专项校管课题(XB2016085
High LUMO energy level C60(OCH3)4 derivatives:Electronic acceptors for photovoltaiccellswithhigheropen-circuitvoltage
E-mail Addresses: [email protected] regioselective C-60(OCH3)(4) derivatives, C-60(OCH3)(4)-PCBM (a methanofullerene derivative of C-60(OCH3)(4), PCBM=[6,6]-phenyl-C-61-butyric acid methyl ester) and C-60(OCH3)(4)-APCBM (an aziridinofullerene derivative of C-60(OCH3)(4)) were synthesized from C60Cl6 and used as acceptor for polymer solar cells. Revealed by cyclic voltammetry, the LUMO energy levels of C-60(OCH3)4-APCBM and C-60(OCH3)(4)-PCBM are 0.2 and 0.3 eV higher than that of PCBM, respectively. For the polymer photovoltaic cells with fullerene (PCBM, C-60(OCH3)(4)-APCBM or C-60(OCH3)(4)-PCBM) acceptor in combination with poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) donor, the open-circuit voltage is increased from 0.58 V (for PCBM) to 0.63 V (for C-60(OCH3)(4)-APCBm) and 0.72 V (for C-60(OCH3)(4)-PCBM). The higher open-circuit voltages are reasonably attributed to the higher LUMO levels of the C-60(OCH3)(4) derivatives because of four electron-donating methoxy groups attached. The photovoltaic performance of C-60(OCH3)(4)-PCBMbased device is higher than that involving C-60(OCH3)(4)-APCBM, largely due to the structural changeability of C-60(OCH3)(4)-APCBM resulting from the rotatable N-C bond bridge therein. This work demonstrates that fullerene derivatives with higher LUMO level can be functionalized from multiaddition of electron-donating groups, and exemplifies that photovoltaic performances of fullerene-based solar cells are sensitive even to trivial bridge between functional group and fullerene core. Strategic Thinking of Top-level Design for Public Service Standardization

新型采煤机截割部行星轮系强度分析
以新型薄煤层采煤机截割部行星轮系为研究对象,依据多体动力学理论,建立了采煤机截割部的刚柔耦合模型,并对其进行动态仿真分析,得到了行星轮系各零件的应力和变形情况。对系统中的薄弱零件太阳轮和行星架进行了结构改进,改进后太阳轮齿面最大啮合应力减小了423.26 MPa;行星架的应力集中现象基本消除,疲劳寿命明显提高至次8.302 2×107。该研究方法可用于大型机械行星轮系的结构设计及优化,有助于及早发现系统中的薄弱环节,降低研发和制造成本
N-(对二甲氨基苯基)水杨醛亚胺选择性识别氟离子研究
以具有激发态分子内质子转移荧光的水杨醛亚胺衍生物N-(对二甲氨基苯基)水杨醛亚胺(1)为阴离子识别受体,研究了乙腈中受体1荧光对多种阴离子的响应,发现1对氟离子表现出高的响应选择性.乙腈中1的质子转移荧光位于545 nm,加入氟离子后,于479 nm处出现1的阴离子荧光.氟离子经由布朗斯特酸碱作用影响受体1的激发态质子转移荧光,实现了双重荧光比率法对氟离子的高选择性识别响应
