    《精品购物指南》与《申江服务导报》是目前两份成功的生活服务类报纸.本文通过从两报在读者构成、内容和广告经营方面的特色开始着手探讨两报在市场环境方面、读者定位、报纸内容以及广告经营方面的成功原因,以期对其他生活服务类报纸提供借鉴.虽然某些生活服务类报纸由于媒体市场的激烈竞争和本身报纸的问题退出市场,但是《精品购物指南》与《申江服务导报》的成功表明这一类报纸仍然拥有广阔的市场空间.同时,失败的案例也告诫我们,无论是对业已创办还是打算创办的生活服务类报纸而言,需要对报业市场进行更谨慎地摸索和更深入地研究.这两份报纸成功的原因对其他生活服务类报纸有很多启示.本篇论文共分为五个部分,第一部分为绪论,第二...“Shopping Guide” and “Shanghai Times” are very successful newspapers of life serving.     [目的] 探讨Bmi-1引起中心体扩增的可能机制。[方法] 体外建立Bmi-1稳定高表达和Bmi-1–RNAi稳定起作用的细胞株, 采用免疫荧光染色法计数中心体(Microtub)异常复制的比率及定位细胞周期素蛋白D1(cyclinD1)和P27的表达,同时进行Western blot检测cyclinD1和p27在核中的表达量。[结果] Microtub染色计数发现与对照细胞相比,中心体异常复制的比率在6-10B/Bmi-1-1细胞中升高,而在CNE2/Bmi-1-RNAi细胞中下降;免疫荧光染色和Western blot检测均发现cyclinD1蛋白在6-10B/Bmi-1细胞核内表达升高,而在CNE2/Bmi-1-RNAi细胞核内表达降低,P27蛋白则在两株细胞株中均呈现相反的变化。[结论] Bmi-1可能通过调控cyclinD1-P27途径引起中心体扩增

    Development of serial bio-shock tubes and their application

    Objective To design and produce serial shock tubes and further examine their application to experimental studies on blast injury. Methods Bio-medical engineering technique was used for the design and development of the serial shock tubes. One thousand four hundred and fifty nine animals (757 rats, 105 guinea pigs, 335 rabbits, 240 dogs and 22 sheep) were then used to test the wounding effects of the shock tubes. Results Three types of bio-shock tubes, that is, large, medium-and small-scale shock tubes were made in our laboratory. The large-scale shock tube is 39 meters long; the inner diameter of the test section is 1 meter; and the maximum overpressure in the driving section is 10.3 MPa. A negative pressure could be formed by means of the reflected rarefactive wave produced by the end plate. The medium-scale shock tube is 34.5 meters long; the maximum overpressure in the driving section is 22 MPa; the test section is designed to be a knockdown, showing 5 basic types with inner diameter of 77 to 600 millimeters, which could be used for researches on overpressure, explosive decompression, underwater explosion, and so on. The small-scale shock tube is 0.5 meter long with the maximum endured overpressure of 68.6 MPa. Results from animal experiments showed that this set of shock tubes could induce various degrees of systemic or local blast injury in large or small animals. Conclusions This set of bio-shock tubes can approximately simulate typical explosive wave produced by nuclear or charge explosion, and inflict various degrees of blast injury characterized by stability and reproducibility.     目的了解厦门市沿海产盐区和非产盐区儿童碘营养状况与甲状腺功能水平,为科学补碘提供依据。方法选择产盐区翔安区和非产盐区集美区为调查点,随机抽取600名8~10岁儿童进行甲状腺检查,随机抽取部分儿童采集尿样、家中盐样和血样,检测含碘量和血清fT3、fT4、TSH、Tg、TPOAb、TT3和TT4水平。结果产盐区与非产盐区合格碘盐食用率为81.5%和98.6%;儿童甲状腺肿大率为3.0%和0.7%,尿碘中位数为202.8和238.4μg/l;两区儿童的甲状腺功能指标均在正常范围,未发现甲亢、亚甲亢及甲减患者,亚甲减患病率为普通人群水平。结论产盐区与非产盐区8~10岁儿童的碘营养水平是适宜的,应坚持食盐加碘措施,加强儿童的科学补碘工作。Objective To study the iodine nutritional status and thyroid function of children in coastal salt and non-salt-producing areas in Xiamen for scientific strategy of iodine supplement.Methods Salt and non-salt-producing areas(Xiang-an and Ji-Mei) were selected as research areas.Totally 600 children aged 8-10 were randomly selected and thyroid palpation was performed.Urine,blood sample and household salt sample were collected to detect the iodine level and blood thyroid hormone level,including FT3,FT4,TSH,Tg,TPOAb,TT3 and TT4.Results The edible rate of qualified iodinated salt of children in the two areas were 81.5%and 98.6% respectively.The goiter rates were 3.0% and 0.7%.The medians of urinary iodine were 202.8 and 238.4μg/L.Thyroid function indicators were all in normal range in two areas.No hyperthyroidism,sub-hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism cases were found.sub-hypothyroidism rates were similar to general population.Conclusions The iodine nutrition status of aged 8-10 children are classified as appropriate.Salt iodization measures should be promoted and supplementary iodine strategy should be enhanced for children.福建省医学创新课题(No.2009-CXB-68

    先进光源的发展在前沿科学研究中发挥的作用越来越重要。近十年来,飞速发展的自由电子激光技术为科学家们提供了探索未知世界、发现新科学规律和实现技术变革的重要工具。建成的大连极紫外(EUV)相干光源的运行波段为50~150nm,单脉冲能量大于100μJ,且可提供10-12 s和10-13 s量级的超快激光脉冲,是我国第一台自由电子激光用户装置,并且是国际上唯一运行在极紫外波段的自由电子激光用户装置,在世界范围内为用户提供具有高峰值亮度和超短脉冲的极紫外激光。大连EUV相干光源是由国家自然科学基金委资助、由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所和上海应用物理研究所共同承担的重大科学仪器研制项目,目标是打造一个以先进极紫外光源为核心、主要用于能源基础科学研究的光子科学平台
