国外教师情感研究演进及趋势
随着人本主义教师发展理念的更新与积极心理学的发展,国内外研究者越来越重视教师心灵与精神层面的发展。教师作为有血有肉、有情有感的社会个体,其情感与职业幸福感密不可分。教学是\"情感实践\"与\"情感劳动\",教师情感是教学研究的重要内容。教师情感不仅关系着教师的职业发展与职业幸福感,同时,对于学生认知、情感、动机、行为的发展具有重要影响。教师情感具有丰富的内涵,教师情感的结构、功能、类型、表现形式、影响因素、形成机制等揭示了教师情感的本质。在研究视角上,教师情感从个体心理层面走向人际层面与社会历史文化层面并进入到复杂动态的生态学视角;在研究方法上,教师情感从单一、静态、横向的研究逐步走向多元、动态、纵向的多元混合式研究。未来教师情感研究应聚焦于教师情感能力与教师工作绩效的关系研究,重视教师情感的跨文化研究以及新手与熟手教师情感的比较研究。福建省社会科学规划项目:复杂动态系统理论下的东南亚汉语文化传播模式研究(FJ2017C092);;福建省教育厅项目:福建省中青年教师教育科研项目(JAS170016
外派汉语教师专业发展环境研究

多元化背景下马来西亚华文教育的现状、问题及对策

Chinese-language teacher education in Singapore and its enlightenment to the training of Chinese-language teachers for international purposes
培养本土化汉语师资已成为国内外专家的共识。新加坡是多元的社会,被誉为"语言的实验室",华人占73%以上,华文教育是母语教育的重要构成部分。新加坡教育质量领先于世界得益于精英教师队伍的培养。新加坡历来重视华文教师的培养,是汉语全球化后专业华语师资培训的重要基地,其华文教师既具其共性,又具有其独特个性。此文结合新加坡教育体制、教育政策等宏观层面,以及华文专业课程、华文师资培训课程设置等微观层面,梳理当前新加坡华文教师发展呈现出的新特点,总结华文师资发展的经验,以助力于"一带一路"沿线国家以及世界范围内国际汉语教师的培养,提升汉语人才的培养质量。The necessity of training localized Chinese-language teachers has become a consensus among domestic and foreign experts.Singapore with Chinese accounting for more than 73% of its total population and known as a"language laboratory"is a pluralistic society.Chinese education is an important part of its mother-tongue education.Singapore's high-quality education benefits from its training of elite teachers.Singapore always attaches importance to the training of Chinese-language teachers,and is an important training base for professional Chinese-language teachers in the process of the global promotion of the Chinese language.The Chinese-language teachers in Singapore have their special features though they have similarities to other Chinese-language teachers in other countries.This paper takes both the macro-aspects such as its education system and education policies and the micro-aspects such as its Chinese courses and teacher-training programs into consideration to reveal its new characteristics in development and its enlightenment,which can shed some light on the training of Chinese-language teachers and help improve its quality for all the countries involved,especially for those along"the Belt and Road".2016年福建省中青年教师教育科研项目“马来西亚当地华文传播的影响因素”(JAS160027
Second Language Learning Supported by Multiple Modern Technologies
多种现代技术的应用为第二语言学习目标、学习方式、学习内容、学习环境、评价方式的变革提供了新的契机。本文从生态视域与复杂系统科学出发,以可供性理论与复杂适应系统理论为依据,探讨多样化的现代技术下的第二语言学习特征及其较常用的30多种不同技术对第二语言学习资源、学习环境等方面的可供性(Affordance),利用并整合多样化的现代教育技术来促进个性化学习,提升第二语言学习的效果,进而提高第二语言学习者的复合型思维能力。The application of multiple modern technologies provide new opportunities to reform the learning objective,learning methods,learning content,learning environment and learning evaluation of Second language Learning.
