    Development and application of cup truer in advanced optical grinding

    对于金刚石砂轮修整,尤其是有高精度要求的圆弧金刚石砂轮,杯形砂轮修整技术可以获得较好的砂轮磨削性能以及修整效率。本文开发了配套超精密平面磨床使用的杯形修整器,分析了其机械误差影响,并完成了修整实验及砂轮表面测量及半径拟合处理,从宏观上考察了该修整器对砂轮磨削性能的提高,结果证明该修整器可以进行有效修整,提高了加工工具精度,能满足金刚石砂轮修整使用要求。For the diamond wheel truing and dressing,especially for high precision arc diamond wheel,the GC cup truing technology is often adopted to obtain fine grinding performance and truing efficiency.This paper presents a cup truer used in surface grinding machine,and analyzes the influence of mechanical error.Truing and dressing experiments and surface measurement of grinding wheel are carried out to obtain improvement of grinding performance and accuracy.The results show that the cup truer developed can well meet the truing and dressing demand.863计划重点项目(2008AA042501);福建省科技重大专项/专题(2006HZ0002-4

    基于数控成形磨齿机加工斜齿轮的几何原理和机床运动学原理,推导出了砂轮任一点处的线速度。采用传统平面磨削力的数学模型,运用成形法磨齿渐开线长度近似等于平面磨削中砂轮宽度,砂轮与齿面接触的直径近似等于平面磨削中砂轮直径,砂轮沿齿轮径向的进给量近似等于平面磨削中磨削深度等关系,建立了磨削力模型,编写了磨削力仿真程序,设计了实验方案并验证了该磨削力公式的有效性

    通过等离子增强化学气相沉积法,制备了本征和掺磷的氢化纳米硅薄膜(nc-Si:H),研究了晶粒尺寸和掺杂浓度对纳米硅薄膜喇曼谱的影响。结果表明晶粒变小和掺杂浓度增加都使纳晶粒的TO模峰位逐渐偏离声子限制模型的计算值。X射线衍射和高分辨电镜像的结果表明晶粒变小导致硅晶粒应力增加,而掺要使晶粒内部杂质和缺陷增多,这些因素破坏了晶粒变小导致晶粒应力增加,而掺杂使晶粒内部杂质和缺陷增多,这些因素破坏了晶粒内晶格的平移对称性进一步减小声子的平均自由程,导致实验值偏离理论计算值。晶格平称对称性的破缺还体现在,随晶粒尺寸减小或掺杂浓度增加,喇曼谱中TA、L振动模的相对散射强度增加

    老虎墩遗址位于江西省靖安县城西北约15公里,在高湖镇中港村邓家自然村东约200米的台地上。2009~2010年,江西省文物考古研究所、厦门大学历史系考古专业、靖安县博物馆联合对遗址进行了发掘,揭示出从史前时期到明代中期的文化内涵。本文主要对老虎墩遗址的史前遗存进行了介绍,分为下层遗存和上层遗存。下层遗存有房址、道路、灰坑等,出土有石器和陶器;上层遗存有墓葬、房址、灰坑,出土器物主要是陶器。下层文化陶器表现出较早的形态,初步推断其年代在距今6000年之前;上层文化可能是江西省一支新的古文化类型,年代距今5000~4500年。The Laohudun Site is situated on a mound about 200 m east of Dengjia Village in Gaohu Town,about 15 km northwest of the Jing'an County seat in Jiangxi Province.From 2009 to 2010,a collaborative archaeological team excavated the site.Rich cultural remains from prehistoric times to the middle of the Ming Dynasty were unearthed.This report focuses on the prehistoric remains,which were divided into lower and upper layers.In the lower layer,there are building and road remains,ash-pits,stone artifacts,and pottery.In the upper layer,there are burials,building remains,and ash-pits,with unearthed objects consisting mainly of pottery.Pottery found in the lower layer presents a relatively early form.Initial analysis suggests the culture of the lower layer dates to about 6000 years BP,and the culture of the upper layer,which may be a newly discovered ancient culture type in Jiangxi Province,dates to about 5000—4500 years BP

    本发明涉及带电粒子传输使用的超导电磁铁的制造方法。一种大尺寸超导磁铁叠压铁芯的制备方法,其主要特点包括冲片、检测、粘结端板、机械加工、半铁芯叠压及焊接、整体铁芯装配,在上下磁铁之间加装导向柱,导向柱分别装配在上下铁芯上,通过调试使相互间配合良好,固定上下导向柱的位置;装配时,在上铁芯下降过程快接近超导线圈杜瓦盒时,导向柱开始工作,以保证不会因为上铁芯不能对正而破坏外杜瓦盒。本发明的优点是可以制造叠片磁铁铁芯为20T以上的超导磁铁,磁铁铁芯叠装后采用焊接结构保持铁芯机械尺寸。在保证磁铁磁场强度和磁场精度的同时,采用了合理实用的制造工艺;在冲制,叠压,烘烤,检测等诸多过程中,完成了物理设计到工程实施的转变
