    马思聪是明代福建名臣,官至南京户部主事,平生交游甚广,殉节于正德十四年(1519)宸濠之难。关于马思聪的史料记载零散且简略,学界相关专题研究甚少。通过考索各类正史、方志、族谱及其相关文献,能依次勾勒马思聪的生平,论断其配享风波。《马忠节父子合集》中保存了马思聪的诗歌24首,其诗风劲健昂扬,颇有唐诗风骨。其忠义气节影响了明清两代士人。考证马思聪的生平,不仅可补既往研究之未周,而且可以从一个侧面了解宸濠之难中明朝士大夫的忠义观念及行为实践

    油污符合巨灾保险承保对象所具有的损失发生巨大性、风险发生概率低、风险预测难度大和风险难以分散的识别标准,应属于巨灾保险承保对象。油污巨灾保险具有公共产品属性、石油利益的获得者具有广泛性、侵权损害赔偿责任呈现社会化分担趋势,故政府应当作为油污巨灾保险的投保人。将油污纳入巨灾保险体系中,有助于丰富油污保险类型,构建油污巨灾保险与普通油污保险二元并列的局面,以社会力量督促石油行业提高安全生产力度,并达到弥补普通油污保险、油污基金、政府救济等其他油污灾后救济制度缺陷的目标。Oil pollution conforms to the recognition standards of the underwriting objects of catastrophe insurance: huge loss, low probability of occurrence,difficult prediction and risk decentralization,therefore oil pollution should belong to the underwriting objects of catastrophe insurance.Considering that oil pollution insurance has the nature of public goods,the oil interests' gainers are widespread and socialization of tort liability,the government should be the applicant of oil pollution's catastrophe insurance.The establishment of oil pollution's catastrophe insurance is good to enrich the types of oil pollution insurance,establish the dualistic situation of oil pollution's catastrophe insurance and general oil pollution insurance,it enables the social forces to supervise the petroleum industry,and achieve the goal of remedying the limitations of other post-disaster relief systems,such as common oil pollution insurance,compensation fund and government relief.国家社科基金项目“海上钻井平台油污损害赔偿责任机制研究”(12BFX081

    Study on the quality of structure design of the high-rise building

    建筑设计质量的优劣决定了建筑施工质量的优劣和建造成本的高低,对建筑工程起着决定性的作用。研究表明,相对于建筑产品的全生命周期,设计成本可以少到忽略不计,但对建造成本的影响却高达70%~80%。文章主要从结构设计的各个阶段出发,探究了影响结构设计质量的重要因素,并结合工程实例探讨了正确处理各关键因素的重要性。方案设计阶段涉及结构体系、结构布置、构件尺寸和特殊技术措施等因素,结构计算阶段涉及模型的选取和计算、参数设置和计算结果的合理性判断等因素,施工图设计阶段涉及结构计算书和施工图绘制等因素。The quality and cost of building construction have been decided by the quality of building design which plays a crucial role in construction engineering. The results show that the design cost could be ignored when it comes to the whole life cycle of a construction product. However,70% ~ 80% of the construction cost is determined by the quality of design. This paper mainly introduced the major factors of structure design quality,and discussed the importance of correctly dealing with these key factors through an engineering project. The factors in scheme design phase include structure system,structure layout,the size of components and special technical measures. The factors in structure calculation phase involve the selection and calculation of structure model,the parameter setting and the judgment about the rationality of calculation results.     研究了工业萘系高效减水剂合成工艺的优化方案,得出了各合成阶段的关键工艺参数———时间、温度和原料用量的最佳控制值。尝试了一次性投酸法和用石灰代替液碱中和等新的工艺手段,前者可以简化合成工艺,但不会影响产品质量;后者不仅可以降低成本,而且所得产品除了用作减水剂,还可兼作加气混凝土的稳泡剂。对复合改性的研究发现,“萘系-糖钙”复合外加剂,既保持了显著的减水、增强效果,又达到了控制混凝土坍落度损失的改性目的

    房室结慢径消融电生理特性与临床疗效关系探讨

    【目的】探讨房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)慢径消融时心内电生理改变与临床疗效的关系。【方法】对94 例慢-快型AVNRT 病人采用射频消融慢径治疗, 分析消融前后电生理特征、消融时心内电生理改变和消融终点。【结果】94 例均消融成功, 其中75 例(80 %)慢径阻断, 19 例(20 %)慢径未阻断, 其中2 例(2 %)慢径未阻断者并有1 ~ 2 个心房回波;术 后随访(28 ±17)月, 4 例术后1~ 5 月复发, 经再次消融成功。术中5 例消融时呈持续交界心律, 经消融后仍然有心动过速发 作, 调整靶点后消融成功;4 例放电时有房室传导阻滞先兆, 用时间滴定法消融成功。【结论】慢径路消融的理想终点应该是 电刺激诱发的心动过速消失;消融时出现持续交界心律是安全的, 部分患者需调整消融靶点提高消融成功率;有房室传导阻 滞先兆者采用时间滴定法, 可避免永久性房室传导阻滞发生

    室房间期差值对间隔部旁道与快径逆传心动过速的鉴别诊断价值

    【目的】研究间隔部旁道参与的和房室结功能连续曲线性快径逆传的室上性心动过速的电生理特征, 为射频治 疗提供准确的定位依据。【方法】选择10 例间隔旁道介导的房室折返性心动过速(AVRT, 旁道组)与10 例房室结功能连续曲 线的房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT, 房室结组)病人, 分别在与心动过速相同的频率起搏右心室及心动过速发作时, 测量希氏 束(HBE)、冠状窦近端(CS9 -10)导联记录的室房传导间期(VAVP和VASVT)及两者差值ΔVA(VAVP -VASVT)。【结果】①房室结组 心室起搏与心动过速时VA 间期差异显著(P 0.05);②心室起搏时旁道组与房室结组 的VAVP相比差异无显著性(P >0.05);③心动过速时VA 间期旁道组明显长于房室结组, 两者相比VASVT差异显著(P < 0.001);④旁道组ΔVA 与房室结组比较差异显著(P ≤0.001)。【结论】CS9-10导联ΔVA 是鉴别隐性间隔部旁道介导的AVRT 与AVNRT 的重要参考指标, 特别对房室结功能连续曲线性房室结折返性心动过速的鉴别有较高价值

    Addition of alkynes and osmium carbynes towards functionalized dπ-pπ conjugated systems

    碳-碳三键和碳-金属三键是两类高度不饱和的化学键。该工作发现了这两类三键之间的全新反应模式。利用该反应能把金属和有机π共轭体系有效结合,得到一类金属d轨道参与π共轭的全新大π共轭体系。化学化工学院夏海平教授课题组碳龙化学研究取得新进展,利用金属卡拜与炔烃的新反应,成功地合成了一类金属d轨道参与π共轭的全新共轭体系并在有机太阳能电池领域得到应用。该工作是在夏海平教授和南方科技大学何凤副教授共同指导下完成的。化学化工学院2016级iChEM博士生陈仕焰和南科大博士生刘龙珠为论文的共同第一作者。该工作充分体现了多学科协同创新研究优势:相关化合物合成、表征由陈仕焰、高翔、彭丽霞、张颖等完成;光电测试由刘龙珠完成;理论计算由陈仕焰、华煜晖完成。化学化工学院杨柳林副教授、谭元植教授等对研究工作给予了大力支持。【Abstract】The metal-carbon triple bonds and carbon-carbon triple bonds are both highly unsaturated bonds. As a result, their reactions tend to afford cycloaddition intermediates or products. Herein, we report a reaction of M≡C and C≡C bonds that affords acyclic addition products. These newly discovered reactions are highly efficient, regio- and stereospecific, with good functional group tolerance, and are robust under air at room temperature. The isotope labeling NMR experiments and theoretical calculations reveal the reaction mechanism. Employing these reactions, functionalized dπ-pπ conjugated systems can be easily constructed and modified. The resulting dπ-pπ conjugated systems were found to be good electron transport layer materials in organic solar cells, with power conversion efficiency up to 16.28% based on the PM6: Y6 non-fullerene system. This work provides a facile, efficient methodology for the preparation of dπ-pπ conjugated systems for use in functional materials.This research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Nos.
