    High-pressure Synthesis and Physical Properties of New Filled Skutterudites with Heavy Lanthanide

    Using the cubic anvil-type and the Kawai-type high-pressure apparatuses, new filled skutterudites with heavy lanthanide, LnT4P12 (Ln= Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho and Y, T= Fe, Ru and Os) have been prepared at high temperatures and high pressures. Electrical and magnetic properties of these compounds have been studied at low temperatures. GdFe4P12 and TbFe4P12 show the ferromagnetic transition at around 23 and 10 K, respectively. On the other hand, the antiferromagnetic transition of GdRu4P12 and TbRu4P12 is observed at around 20 K. The magnetic property of TbRu4P12 is studied with powder neutron diffraction at low temperatures, and the magnetic structure in this compound is refined. DyOs4P12 does not show the magnetic transition down to 2 K. However, a small electrical anomaly is found at around 10 K. New compound HoOs4P12 is prepared with Kawai-type high-pressure apparatus at 7GPa. YFe4P12 and YOs4P12 exhibit the superconducting transition at around 7 K and 3 K, respectively. The physical properties of new filled skutterudites LnT4P12 (Ln= heavy lanthanide, T= Fe, Ru and Os) are discussed.投稿論

    选用我国西北的主要牧草苜蓿、沙打旺、草木樨、三叶草、小冠花及偃麦草等96个品种,用60Coγ射线照射干种子,测定出苗率。辐照剂量与出苗率的相关关系分析表明,出苗率与剂量之间呈显著、极显著的负相关,出苗率随辐照剂量的增加而降低。计算出各品种的半致死剂量,并按辐射敏感性将牧草品种划分为敏感型、中间型和迟钝型三类。其中敏感型品种14个(含禾本科牧草品种10个),占总数的14.59%;迟钝型品种11个(含小冠花品种8个),占总数的11.46%;中间型品种71个,包括25个苜蓿、7个三叶草、7个草木樨和5个沙打旺等主要豆科牧草品种,占总数的73.95%
