Study on the Reduction of Supported Noble Metal Ions Using Bacteria

Its culture was easy. Supported Rh 3+ , Pt 4+ , Pd 2+ , A + g, Au 3+ could be adsorbed and reduced by this bacteria.The results obtained by IR techniques shown that there was the biochemistry action between the bacteria and the noble metal ions. Using the cyclic voltammograph method indicated that the reducing ability of the bacteria were stronger. XPS experiments Further indicated above noble ions could be reduced by this bacteria with diFFerent degree, the reduction did not be inFluenced by the kinds of noble metal ions and supports. The results shown that the properties of redox of above noble metal ions For electron transFer were the same. Adsorption and Hydrogenation of CO over Rh Ag/SiO 2 Catalyst
应用表面反应红外动态技术考察了促进型铑催化剂rH-Ag/SIO2上CO吸附及其加氢反应的性能,结果表明:线式吸附态的CO对氢的反应性能高于桥式吸附的CO,是加氢反应的主要活性吸附态.反应条件下温度升高有利于rH-Ag/SIO2上线/桥CO吸附态强度比值的增加.表面反应生成了表面甲酰基、甲酸盐、乙酰基、乙酸盐、乙烯酮及烯醇盐等关键的C1-2含氧中间体.助剂Ag的加入提高了铑催化剂上CO吸附态的线/桥强度比值以及线式吸附CO的加氢反应速率和C2含氧物的生成率.SurFace reaction inFrared dynamic technique was used to examine the CO adsorption and the hydrogenation properties over promoted rhodium catalyst,Rh Ag/SiO 2.The result indicated that reactivity of the linear CO with hydrogen was higher than that of the bridged CO,and that the linear CO was the major active adsorbed species in the hydrogenation.Increase in temperature Favored increase in the intensity ratio of linear to bridged CO bands on Rh Ag/SiO 2.Some C 1 2 oxygenated intermediates, such as surFace Formyl, Formate,acetyl, acetate, ketene and enolate,appeared in the surFace reaction.Addition of promoter Ag was in Favor of increasing the linear to bridged intensity ratio of the CO adsorption state,and thus the rates of CO hydrogenation and the Formation of C 2 oxygenate on the Rh catalyst.国家自然科学基
A METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF HAMILTONIAN AND LINE-SHAPE PARAMETERS FROM ELECTRON-PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE POWDER SPECTRA
A least-square fitting method is given for exact evaluation of spin-Hamiltonian and line shape parameters from EPR powder spectra. The method is applicable to cases where the resonance fields can be analytically expressed or can only be obtained by diagonalization of Hamiltonian. It is also suitable for different line shapes and spin-Hamiltonians. The fitted spectra and corresponding refined parameters were obtained on FACOM-M340S computer with a Fortran 77 program. On Tea-polyphenol Antioxygenation in Edible Oil by Paramagnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
研究了茶叶中的主要活性成分茶多酚的抗氧化作用及其机理。将不同含量的茶多酚溶液添加到经各种高温处理的食用油中,在实验的各个反应阶段分别取样用顺磁共振波谱仪进行跟踪检测。结果表明:茶多酚具有明显的消除、抑制食用油中自由基的能力,该能力随着茶多酚加入的浓度、反应时间的变化而不同。实验所获得的茶多酚抑制食用油中自由基的反应时间、浓度、温度的变化规律,为今后在食品工业上科学地利用茶多酚提供了科学依据及实验参考数据。Antioxygenation of tea_polyphenol (TP) and its mechanism were studied by paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy.The antioxidative eFFect of various amounts of TP in edible oil heated For various times was examined.The experimantal results showed that TP had obvious ability to scavenge Free radicals in edible oil, and its elimination ability increased with the TP concentration and reaction time.The necessary data were provided For the scientiFic use of TP in Food industry For the Future.厦门市自然科学基
THE IMPROVEMENT of MICROCOMPUTER SYSTEM FRO A BRUKER ER-200D-SRC SPECTROMETER

STUDIES ON BIOSORPTION OF Au~(3+) BY BACILLUS MEGATERIUM
巨大芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusmegaterium)D0 1菌体吸附Au3+的最适 pH值为 3 0 ,其生物吸附作用是一种快速的过程 ,最初 5min的吸附量可达到最大吸附量的 95% ,温度不影响该吸附作用。在pH3 0和 30℃、起始金离子浓度与菌体浓度之比为 30 5mg/g的条件下 ,吸附30min ,吸附率达 99 1 % ,吸附量为 30 2 0mg/g干菌体。D0 1菌体能将溶液中的Au3+还原成Au0 ,在细胞表面和溶液中的Au0 能形成不同形状的金晶体。浸渍在SiO2 和α Fe2 O3的Au3+能被D0 1菌体还原成Au0 。从电化学反应表明 ,D0 1菌体对Au3+的还原具有较好的选择性。Some characteristics of Au 3+ biosorption and bioreduction by Bacillus megaterium D01 biomass were reported.The optimum pH value of Au 3+ biosorption by strain D01 was 3.0.The biosorption was a rapid process,reaching 95% of the maximal capacity within the first 5 min of contact.Temperature did not affect the biosorption.The biosorptive efficiency(99.1%)and capacity(302.0mg Au 3+ /g dry weight biomass)were achieved under the conditions of pH 3.0 and 30℃,both concentration with an initial Au 3+ /biomass radio of 305 mg/g dry weight for 30 min of the contact.The D01 biomass could reduce Au 3+ in the solution to Au 0,Au 0 on the cells surface and in the contact solution could be crystallized to different forms gold crystals,Au 3+ impregnated on SiO 2 and α Fe 2O 3 could be reduced to Au 0 by D01 biomass.The results of electrochemical reaction indicated that the strain D01 exhibited a high selectivity for Au 3+国家自然科学基金!资助项目 ( 2 974 3 0 0 1和 2 98760 2 6
Inhibition EFFect of Polyphenol to Free Radical
采用循环伏安法测定自制茶多酚及标准儿茶素的氧化峰电位.结果表明,前者高于后者,即后者还原能力较强.经加温强化处理的各种食用油,分别加入同量、不同量的上述两种试样;不同来源的食用油加同量的标准儿茶素,用ESr方法测试它们随温度、时间条件的改变引起自由基强度变化的规律.结果说明:茶多酚、儿茶素均有很强的自由基抑制效应,儿茶素更强(和还原能力较强相一致).该研究对于从茶叶中提取茶多酚并用于食品工业,具有一定的理论意义和应用的参考价值.The potential of oxidation peaks of selF made polyphenols and standard catechins has been measured by cyclic voltammetry.It was Found that the potential of selF made polyphenols is high.The Free radical in various oils adding selF made polyphenols and standard catechins has been measured by ESR at various reaction time.The results indicated that standard catechins and selF made polyphenols have strong ability of inhibition to Free radical.The inhibition ability of standard catechins is stronger, which is in agreement with its stronger reducing ability .This result is of signiFicance in extracting polyphenols From tea.厦门市自然科学基金;福建永安鑫辉精细化工厂资
Review of seabed landers for monitoring solute fluxes in deep sea
To understand physical, chemical, and biological transportation mechanisms across the deep sea floor has been a major challenge in deep sea research. Lander equipment can be deployed from a ship and sink by its own gravity through the water column. Once it has landed smoothly on the sea floor, the lander can conduct a variety of sea-floor measurements and experiments and bring samples and collected data back to the surface. In this paper, we provide current information on benthic landers designed to monitor the biogeochemical processes of the deep seabed. We discuss applications of these systems along with their associated advantages and disadvantages
