    Discussion on treating epilepsy from 'convulsive'

    文章通过研究部分医家的论述,认为现代医学对癫痫病的定义比古代痫证定义的范围更广。因此,根据痉病症状特点,认为其当属现代癫痫病范畴之内。借以比较癫; 痫强直性发作与痉病的病因、病位、病机及症状的相似性,文章讨论了二者在病因、病机上的相关性,因此,提出以《金匮要略》中痉病的方证条文论治癫痫强直性; 发作的治法。再在分析条文的基础上,依据痉病的脉证论治方法,具体提出癫痫强直性发作不同证型的临床辨证用药方法。By researching treatises of some physicians, we found that the; definition of epilepsy in modern medicine was broader than it in; traditional Chinese medicine. Accordingly, in view of its symptomatic; features, symptoms of convulsive should be regarded as a kind of; epilepsy. By comparing the similarities of etiology, disease location; and pathogenesis of these two kinds of diseases, we discussed the; correlation of etiological factors and pathogenesis of them. Thus this; article put forward a treatment, including specific syndrome; differentiation and treatment for different syndromes of TCM, of; tonic-clonic seizure types of epilepsy according to clauses of; convulsive in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.国家自然科学基金项

    Biological mechanism underlying the formation of greasy fur

    腻苔是一种临床常见的病理性舌苔,主湿浊、痰饮、食积等,在中医临床诊断与治疗中有重要的临床意义与辨证价值,研究腻苔形成的现代生物学机制有重要的理论; 和实践意义。文章从舌表面脱落细胞学、微生态学、相关蛋白与基因表达及物质代谢等方面对腻苔形成的生物学机制进行了综述,并对腻苔与肠道微生态的关系,腻; 苔与现代医学疾病的关系进行了阐述,以期从现代生物医学角度对腻苔形成的物质基础、发生机制、变化规律及与相关疾病的关系作相关阐明,为疾病的中医诊断与; 治疗提供借鉴和帮助。Greasy fur is a common pathological tongue coating and is mainly seen in; the clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), such as in; the dampness turbidity, the phlegm and fluid retention, the dyspepsia or; food accumulation, and so on. Greasy fur shows important clinical; significance and differentiation value in TCM diagnosis and treatment,; there is also great theoretical and practical significance in the; studying of the modern biomedical mechanism underlying the formation of; the greasy fur. Here we summarized the formation mechanism of the greasy; fur from the aspects of the shedding cytology of the tongue surface, the; microecology, the expression of the relative genes and proteins and the; metabolism. The relationship between the greasy fur and the intestinal; microecology, and between the greasy fur and the diseases were also; discussed in this paper. Through summarizing these related research; literatures, we want to elucidate the material basis, the occurrence; mechanism and the changing rules of the greasy fur from the perspective; of the modern biomedicine, and to elucidate its relationship with some; related modern medicine diseases, thus to provide references and; assistance for the disease diagnosis and treatment in TCM clinic.国家重点研发计划重点专项; 教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划; 国家自然科学基金项

    阿尔兹海默病(AD)属于中医学中痴呆病的范畴,既往研究认为肾虚精亏是其主要病因病机,但越来越多的研究表明,血管相关病变在AD病程中占据着重要的地位,且从“瘀”角度治疗取得了良好的疗效。从现代实验研究、中医临床实践等方面,介绍从瘀辨治AD的重要性,以期为临床及研究提供新的思路。Objective: AD (Alzheimer Disease) is a chronic neurodegenerative disease, there is no safe and effective treatment method at present. AD belong to the category of dementia in traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of dementia has a long history. The previous studies showed that blood stasis is a dementia syndrome, blood stasis is an auxiliary therapy.     基于蒙特卡洛方法的摆线针轮接触刚度研究

    为了更加准确地计算出摆线针轮的接触刚度,更好地指导实际应用,利用蒙特卡洛方法对其进行分析,提出了一种基于蒙特卡洛方法的摆线针轮接触刚度计算方法。该方法分别建立了摆线轮齿轮齿廓修形前和摆线轮齿廓齿廓修形后的齿廓函数,探究了齿轮修形对摆线针轮接触刚度的影响,最后得到了较为准确的摆线针轮接触刚度的表达式。以工业机器人RV-40E减速器为例,通过计算实例表明,针对摆线轮的齿轮齿廓修形会改变摆线轮的接触刚度,摆线针轮接触刚度随着修形量的增加先减小后增大再减小
