Rasch Model Analysis: Teacher Commitment Indicators by Experts Judgment

Teacher commitment is the key to success in educational institutions. The school needs to measure the teacher's commitment to improving the quality of the school. The purpose of this study was to model expert judgment in the reliabilities and validity tests of Teacher commitment instruments using the Rasch model. The study involving 12 experts was conducted using a survey by assessing 18 items. Experts (respondents) are asked to evaluate the consistency of each item to represent one part of the Teacher commitment instrument. Expert judgment results using Rasch model analysis show that the average value of the logit scale is higher than logit 0.0. It is understood that more answering experts agree across a variety of items. The value Cronbach alpha, measuring reliability, i.e., the interaction between the person and the item as a whole, is seen as a value of 0.99, which means excellent. Person reliability value is estimated at 0.89, and item reliability is estimated at 0.60, indicating that the consistency of respondents' answers is good. However, the quality of items in the infrastructure is poor. It shows 17 items recommended being used as instruments to measureTeacher commitment, while 11 items are advised to be repaired

PERAN TNI DALAM PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK PALESTINA DAN ISRAEL

Konflik Palestina-Israel tetap menjadi salah satu konflik yang paling berkepanjangan dan kompleks di dunia, ditandai dengan penindasan dan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh Israel terhadap rakyat Palestina. Studi ini menguji peran Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) dalam kebijakan luar negeri pemerintah Indonesia terkait konflik Palestina-Israel. Dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber data, termasuk inisiatif diplomatik, upaya bantuan kemanusiaan, dan kerjasama regional, makalah ini menjelaskan kontribusi beragam TNI terhadap sikap Indonesia terhadap konflik tersebut. Temuan menyoroti komitmen Indonesia untuk mendukung kemerdekaan Palestina dan advokasi untuk penyelesaian yang adil dan berkelanjutan terhadap konflik tersebut. Selain itu, keterlibatan TNI dalam misi bantuan kemanusiaan, keterlibatan diplomatik, dan kolaborasi regional menegaskan peran aktif Indonesia dalam mempromosikan perdamaian dan stabilitas di kawasan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara keterlibatan militer dan pengambilan keputusan kebijakan luar negeri dalam menangani konflik berkepanjangan seperti konflik Palestina-Israel

Based in SS15, Subang Jaya, we supply and sell pre-loved materials from variety kind of brands including Nike, Puma, Adidas, Fila and more. The vision of Atoque Bundle is to be the best supplier of pre-loved apparels in clothing industry. The mission is to achieve the target sale. For the marketing, we choose the Internet and social media network such as Carousell, Facebook and Instagram as a platform of communication to our customers all around Malaysia. As for the demand, it seems as it is progressively grew as more people likely choose buying stuffs from the social media, the demand buying pre-loved items is increasing drastically due to the young generations that love to go with stylish clothing with affordable price. Also, the apparels we are selling are usually the cheap ones but there's still available the expensive ones with such rare, limited edition shoes that store like us resells. The price of product are affordable and reasonable for people to buy. Our target customers is not limited to student of INTI College but also people walking by can walk-in and have a little sight-seeing for some good stuffs here. To boost our sales, we do promotions such as the Black Friday sales. For the start of this business, we needed at least full commitment of teamwork and financial support from each one of us. We started from a small business that goes online on instagram, promoting pre-loved items that we are selling to a fast grown sales based in Subang Jaya. Froiii this business, we learnt about the bravery and the dare to take the risks in order to achieve our goals and target sales. From this business, it also give us the chance to improve our communication skills with the customer, this platform of social media that has lot to offer is the best place to start making improvement to ourselves and our relationship with the customers. Last but not least, this business has been a good platform to outstand our true potential on becoming a future entrepreneur

STRATEGI GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM PENANGANAN KASUS BULLYING DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS NEGERI 7 LUWU

Skripsi ini membahas tentang strategi guru bimbingan konseling dalam penanganan kasus bullying di SMA Negeri 7 Luwu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh guru bimbingan konseling dalam penanganan kasus bullying di SMA Negeri 7 Luwu dan alternatif strategi yang digunakan guru bimbingan konseling dalam penanganan kasus bullying di SMA Negeri 7 Luwu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya yaitu Guru Bimbingan Konseling, Kepala Sekolah, dan Peserta didik. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dua hal. Pertama, strategi yang digunakan oleh Guru Bimbingan Konseling SMA Negeri 7 Luwu dalam penanganan kasus bullying yaitu, memanggil, memotivasi, menasehati, serta memberi peringatan dan hukuman.
