Condition monitoring of roller bearings using different diagnostic methods
This paper deals with condition monitoring and failure diagnostics of spherical roller bearing on adapter sleeve running in high technology Chemical industry machines. Two methods have been used: low frequency mechanical vibration (up to 1000 Hz) and high frequency mechanical vibration (up to 16000 Hz) monitoring method and a shock pulse method (SPM, frequency 32000 Hz). Machines have been tested in at free run and fully loaded. Results have been applied to in-crease reliability of diagnostic methods in a case when radial clearances inside a bearing are too small and there is no enough lubricant oil supply to bearings. Radial clearances and relative vibra-tion displacements of rotor shafts have been measured using proximity probes. The low frequency vibration excitation method is not efficient enough in failure diagnostics of bearings in comparison to high frequency and shock pulse methods. Both these methods together are efficient evaluating technical condition of heavy loaded roller bearings. The experiments have been provided with spherical roller bearings on adapter sleeve SKF 22228 CCK/W33 and SKF 22216 CJC 403
Stability of rotor with gas-lubricated journal bearing
The paper presents research on dynamics, modeling and the results of exper- imental tests of the rotor system rotating in gas lubricated bearing with a floating bush. The dependence of rotor vibration intensity on the waviness of bearing ele- ments was tested and simulated. It was confirmed experimentally that the amplitude of rotor vibration in gas lubricated bearing with double gas film is basically lower than the one with single gas film. The kinetic orbits of the rotor shaft vibration displacements are presented. Dynamic and mathematical models constructed enable to design bearings that distinct optimal according to the minimal vibration intensityInformatikos fakultetasKauno technologijos universitetasKlaipėdos universitetasVytauto Didžiojo universiteta
Influence of long-term application of mineral fertilizers on winter wheat yield and quality
Field trials on long term application of mineral fertilizers were started in 1966 on turfy-gley clay loam soil of the Experimental station of Lithuanian University of Agriculture (Lithuanian Academy of Agriculture). Four-field crop rotation: barley, perennial grasses and winter wheat.. Influence of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, and their combinations on the yield of main and side production, on yield quality and agrochemical characteristics of the soil have been established. Systematic application of nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium combinations has been established to gradually increase of the winter wheat from 3,15 Mg ha-1(I rotation) to 5,31 Mg ha-1 (VIII rotation). The following characteristics have been established to obtain the yield of winter wheat 6,0 t/ha: pH(KCl) - 6-7, hydrolitic acidity - 3-5 meqiv kg-1, mobile phosphorus content - 180-200 mg and potassium - 140-160 mg kg-1 soilVytauto Didžiojo universitetasŽemės ūkio akademij
Values in General Education School: Teachers’ Approach
Moral values are characterized as meaning of human life and plenitude condition. The basis of moral values are always spiritual and ensuring human as individual united becoming. The influence of moral values to better pupil achievements and thinking are based on academic research. Attention is drawn, that values of educators are related not only with their own work but also with ability to create more humane relations and educational process – to work with all age group students and base communication in educational process on self-esteem and creativity.
The values of educators have an influence on student maturity – education based on moral values determine positive social behavior, allows the better understanding of behaviour impact on yourself and others, develop his ethic vocabulary. The research discovers that in modern school moral values are not frequent – they formed a quarter of all identified values. Values can be considered as aspect of organization of educational process, school management and work with parents. However by this way the attitude is expressed to school management and education based on humane relations, establishment of conditions is emphasized to correspond not only the need of educator but also the needs of other schools community members.
Discussing values, educators often express problems arising while organizing educational process. So it must be assumed that various pedagogical difficulties have influence on value education – giving a sense to student activities require considerable amount of effort. Therefore short-term goals are set and pupil moral position is understood in school.
