    Transport theory with nonlocal corrections

A kinetic equation which combines the quasiparticle drift of Landau's equation with a dissipation governed by a nonlocal and noninstant scattering integral in the spirit of Snider's equation for gases is derived. Consequent balance equations for the density, momentum and energy include quasiparticle contributions and the second order quantum virial corrections and are proven to be consistent with conservation laws.Comment: Proceedings of the 8th International Workshop on Atomic Physics for Ion-Driven Fusion, Heidelberg 1997, appear in Laser and Particle Beam

A kinetic equation which combines the quasiparticle drift of Landau's equation with a dissipation governed by a nonlocal and noninstant scattering integral in the spirit of Snider's equation for gases is derived. Consequent balance equations for the density, momentum and energy include quasiparticle contributions and the second order quantum virial corrections. The medium effects on binary collisions are shown to mediate the latent heat, i.e., an energy conversion between correlation and thermal energy. An implementation to heavy ion collisions is discussed

    Nonlocal kinetic theory

The short time behavior of a disturbed system is influenced by off-shell motion and best characterized by the reduced density matrix possessing high energetic tails. We present analytically the formation of correlations due to collisions in an interacting Fermionic system with and without initial correlation. After this short time regime the time evolution is controlled by small gradients. This leads to a nonlocal Boltzmann equation for the quasiparticle distribution and a functional relating the latter one to the reduced density matrix. The nonlocalities are presented as time and space shifts arising from gradient expansion and are leading to virial corrections in the thermodynamical limit.Comment: Proceedings KB99 Workshop, September 20-24 1999, Rostock, German

Bachelor thesis is dealing with experimental mechanism for the visualization of cavitation and air saturation effect on the process cavitation. The introduction describes the theory of cavitation and its aftermath on the material and whole equipment. Then gauges are described for measurement hydraulic parameters of the hydraulic circuit and visualization methods cavitation. Next part bachelor thesis is dealing with experimental equipment for creating cavitation. The last section shows the measured and calculated values and graphical evaluating images cavitation field. At the end of the measurement is evaluated and suggests the next experimental investigation.338 - Katedra hydromechaniky a hydraulických zařízenívýborn

DEFAULT RISK OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN RELATION TO THEIR FINANCIAL CONDITION

The construction industry is highly sensitive on economic cycle. So, construction companies have experienced hard times in the crisis period. The aim of the article is to identify, compare and evaluate financial position of companies with different payment habits in the Czech construction industry in the period 2008 – 2012 using individual data and suitable statistical methods (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test at the significance level of α = 0.05). The article also focuses on evaluation of the default risk coming from construction companies. The overall financial condition is analyzed through prediction models IN05 and Altman’s Z Score for emerging markets. Financial ratios of profitability, productivity, liquidity, indebtedness and turnover evaluate separately each area of financial situation. Based on the sample of 3 438 construction companies, the results show that payment habits increase with higher profitability (short-term and long-term), higher liquidity, lower debt ratio and higher liability turnover. Payment habits of construction companies could be better. Frequency analysis shows that 84.12 % of construction companies have proper, above-average or average payment habits with no later than 30 days delay in settlement of debt after maturity. However, 11 % of solvent companies have poor payments habits. Such companies are risky for their suppliers with respect to the secondary insolvency phenomenon. Entry Into the Common Market of the European Union in Terms of Czech Republic's Foreign Trade with Dairy Products

The aim of the paper is to evaluate the development of the Czech foreign trade in milk and milk products and specify the typical features and consequences within its territorial and commodity structure using a specific system of indicators intended to show a relevant image on the topic. The analysis covers the period between 1999 and 2015 and are interpreted in the context of changes of the business environment that have occurred in the last two decades, particularly in relation to the Czech Republic's entry into the European Union. Throughout the studied period, the Czech Republic revealed a positive balance of trade in milk and dairy products, as well as favourable values of TC index (value of coverage of import by export). The dynamics of the territorial structure of export and import is embodied in the overall trade dynamics between the Czech Republic and countries of EU-28. The Czech Republic's entry into the EU common market, however, led to a change in the trading milk product structure. As a negative is regarded the fact that the structure of Czech export to the EU countries has changed and that is mainly concentrated on basic raw milk or dairy products of the first phase of processing with relatively low added value.O
