Proposal for Changes of Marketing Activities of Specific Company

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá marketingem. A to zejména návrhem marketingových aktivit pro konkrétní firmu. Po uskutečnění navržených marketingových aktivit je vyhodnoceno splnění cíle, navýšení návštěvnosti prodejny ve sledovaném období minimálně o deset procent. Výsledkem práce je doporučení do budoucna.This diploma thesis focuses on marketing. The main aim of the thesis is to design marketing activities for specific company. The goal of the proposed marketing activities is to increase the attendance of the specific company shop by at least ten percent. The results of the work lead to recommendations for the future.

Analysis of the pump production, desighn and optimalization of the new proces at company Antreg, a.s.

Tato práce se zabývá procesem výroby olejových čerpadel ve firmě Antreg, a.s. Cílem práce bylo navrhnutí nového technologického postupu bez operace broušení. Toho bylo dosáhnuto pomocí experimentu. Potřebná měření drsnosti povrchu a rovinnosti byla provedena na předním díle skříně olejového čerpadla. Jednotlivá měření jsou v práci blíže popsána a vyhodnocena. Optimální technologický postup byl následně aplikován na zbylé díly skříně olejového čerpadla. Pro vybraný technologický postup bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení.This master’s thesis deals with the process of production of oil pump at the company Antreg, a.s. The purpose of the thesis was to design a new technological process without grinding. The goal was achieved by an experiment. The necessary measurements were taken on the front part of the oil pump box. Measurements are described and evaluated in this thesis. As a next step, optimal technological process was applied to other parts of the oil pump box. An economic evaluation was carried out for a selected technical process.

Optimization of Material Plastification Process

Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací procesu plastifikace materiálu. Cílem práce bylo najít vhodné nastavení parametrů vstřikovacího lisu. Toho bylo dosáhnuto pomocí metody „Design of Experiments“. Potřebná měření byla provedena na vzorku, krytu filtru palivové nádrže dodaného firmou Robert Bosch České Budějovice. Jednotlivá měření jsou v práci blíže popsána. Jejich výsledky jsou shrnuty a poté vyhodnoceny softwarem Minitab, který navrhl nejvhodnější nastavení parametrů lisu.This bachelor´s thesis deal with the optimization of the process of material plastification. The purpose of the thesis is to devise feasible parameters of a injection molding machine. The goal was achieved by the „Design of Experiments“ method. The necessary measurements were taken on the sample, a filter fuel tank, which was provided by the company Robert Bosch České Budějovice. Each measurements are described in the bachelor´s thesis. The results are summarized and evaluated in the Minitab software used for optimal parameters settings of the production process.
