Implementing sustainable solutions in building design is one of the significant elements in achieving the transition to sustainability. The diversity of structural elements, construction materials, and the various preferences of interested parties complicate the decision-making process. Building Information Modeling (BIM) provides a wide range of available technological solutions and methods for automated decision support and can make decision-making more efficient. This study presents the conceptual model for BIM4NZEB-DS system for the automated selection of rational variants of passive energy efficiency measures. The algorithm of this system will integrate the solutions for data transfer from the BIM model and multi-criteria methods for the analysis of variants. The assessment of variants is based on economic and environmental criteria. The purpose of the system is to increase the reliability of the assessment, optimise the technological and human resources required, and minimise the time of decision-making. The developed system will be validated using the BIM model of real-case buildin

The primary goal for development of project decision support system is to optimise design of rational lifetime processes of a building. An efficient realisation of construction projects requires analysing their constituent parts in close interdependent relationship. This can be reached by applying three methods of project synthesis in computer software “Universal decision support system in construction” with database of various construction project variants. Thus for carrying out a multicriteria synthesis of various projects and selecting the highest quality alternatives, it is necessary: • to develop all feasible alternative variations; • to develop a system of attributes able to produce a detailed description of the alternatives; • to calculate values and significances of the attributes; • to develop relation system between alternative variations. On a UniDSS methodological basis, a technological model of the selections of the most efficient construction elements (main walls, foundations, roof, windows, internal walls) of the real project, Polish house near Naugarduko-Kaunas street crossing, using synthesis, with compromise-compensating model, was developed. Surdo. Recepção Filosófica. Educação bilíngue, InclusãoAbstract: This work presents an investigation about the teaching of Philosophy which emerges from the professional practice of the author as a teacher of this discipline in the integration with deaf students and his participation on the Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa sobre o Ensino da Filosofia - NESEF/UFPR. The goal of this research is to observe how deaf High School students receive and relate to the Philosophy discipline. The subjects of the research are deaf students from three public schools located in the state of Paraná, and the researcher is a Philosophy teacher in one of these schools. Such observation was guided by the research question "what are the conditions necessary for deaf students to learn Philosophy in High School?" and through the general objective: to analyze Philosophy learning with deaf students in High School (inclusive schools). The specific objectives defined were to problematize the situation of the deaf student in the context of inclusive schools; to identify and analyze the conditions of deaf students' philosophical teaching-learning in the school ambient; and to analyze how the philosophical reception of the deaf student in inclusive High Schools occurs. The hypothesis to the thesis is that the philosophical reception of the Philosophy texts can be achieved through Brazilian Sign Language (Libras). In order to develop this study, it was considered productions featured in the CAPES databases ranging from 2008 to 2017, CAPES' theses and dissertations database ranging from 2011 to 2014, researches on Google Scholar and the theses and dissertations produced by NESEF from 2011 to 2014, with resonance on the investigation. Furthermore, the foundation of this work includes questionnaires answered by teachers, public school administrators from the state of Paraná, interpreters and deaf students as well as analysis of materials produced by the students on the observation sites, such as videos. Studies about deaf culture according to Strobel (2008a), about school's curriculum and the Brazilian Sign Language were also developed. This thesis defends that the Philosophy teaching as a school's discipline manifests a critic reflection and a world view, respecting multiple relations and addressing the root of problems and its explanations. In this perspective, as shown here, Horn (2009) proposes considering the everyday life of the student, the school's culture and the legal documents to the pedagogic work through the view of the teacher's work in the school, in order to demonstrate that the 'philosophy making' enables the construction of means to understand the reality, culture, everyday life amongst other possibilities, and the challenge would be to be able to make Philosophy with the other, and not to the other, embracing the reality of the student, the texts and concepts of Philosophy as a foundation to the philosophical attitude. As a consequence, to understand the deaf person as a singular being, owner of an identity, with a language that allows him or her to access the conceptual, symbolical and cultural world. The Philosophy in the school's space which contemplates the High School (deaf) student in his or her diversity, considering what was stated by Heller (1983) as beings mediated by everyday life, privations and the pursuit of overcoming them, presents alternatives, and within these spaces it can be possible to approach the polyfunctionalism of Philosophy. Through video production, respecting the Brazilian Sign Language, it is possible to realize the philosophical reception of the deaf student, that is an understanding of the being, the political action and the search to be able to question/modify the rules of recognition within a knowledge field. It was possible to observe the philosophical learning through the productions made by the students in Libras. Key-words: Philosophy. Deafness. Philosophical Reception. Bilingual education. Inclusion

Method of project multicriteria decision synthesis with decision success criterion is used for realisation of construction projects which require a proper analysis of constituent parts in close relationship of components. Scheme of this method is presented in Fig 3. Multicriteria decision project may be divided into several interrelated building processes and smaller projects. On every level of the whole project, the decision of closeness to ideal solution method is made and, on the basis of the obtained results, several alternatives are chosen. On every separate level, a number of alternatives is selected by the method user. It depends on complexity of the project and on requirements of interested parties. At the last decision stage, there is performed a synthesis using the chosen alternatives and relying on their interrelations. During decision process on the intermediate stages, having eliminated irrational alternatives, effective and precise results are achieved. The developed multicriteria decision synthesis method is one of the elements of the newly created group of multicriteria decision methods. Using this method algorithm, software is prepared that entirely manages the whole decision process from database filling to calculation and result processing. First Published Online: 26 Jul 201

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is becoming a common language for the construction of buildings and infrastructure sectors worldwide. This paper aims at providing a broad picture of published journal papers on BIM application in infrastructure projects. The review is based on bibliometric analysis of 239 papers. The bibliometric analysis technique is used as the analysis method, which when compared to conventional literature reviews allows for the reduction in the likelihood of subjective judgments. The paper presents the review of BIM applications in infrastructure projects analysed within a 10-year period; the analysis of most recent studies and trends of applying BIM methodology identifies the gaps of BIM applications in infrastructure projects and defines future areas of research. Detailed analyses of citation networks present the co-occurrence map of keywords, citation patterns of journals, articles and the most cited journals in the research area. Research shows that BIM applications in infrastructure projects have been continuously growing with a sudden increase after 2016. The study reveals that the research in this area conducted mainly in isolation comprised disjointed and fragmented research studies. Some of the sources are not available in scientific databases
