Pengaruh Media Sosial Terhadap Minat Pembelian Produk Smartphone yang di Mediasi oleh Gaya Hidup Hedonis
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media on smartphone purchase interest through the hedonic lifestyle as an intervening variable. The population in this study were iPhone smartphone users in the city of Surakarta and surrounding areas. The sampling technique in this study uses non propability sampling by using Accidential Sampling or providing a link to fill out a questionnaire using Google Form. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study is to use the Path Analysis test with SPSS version 20. Where the variables used in this research are social media, purchase interest, and hedonic lifestyle. The results showed that social media had a significant positive effect on buying interest, Social Media had a significant positive effect on hedonic lifestyles, hedonic lifestyles had a significant positive effect on buying interest, social media had a significant positive effect on buying interest mediated by hedonic lifestyles. It can be concluded that the results of the study prove that the hedonic lifestyle has a role as an intervening variable between social media and buying interest
Pengaruh Brand Image Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Baju Polos Gildan Yang Di Moderasi Oleh Online Marketing (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image on Gildan tshirt buying interest through the online marketing as an intervening variable. The population in this study werestudent college of Muhammadiyah Surakarta University. Purchase intention arises after an alternative evaluation process. In the evaluation process, a person will make a series of choices regarding the product to be purchased on the basis of brand or interest. This study aims to analyze the Determinants of Intention to Buy Fast Food on Millennial Muslims: The Role of Religiosity as a Moderating Variable. The type of data in this study is primary data that has been disseminated to respondents using the Google form facility which is determined using the purposive sampling method by making samples based on research objectives and predetermined criteria of 117 people. The analytical tool used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis and moderation regression. Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum dan Syariah yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2018 dengan Metode RGEC
The purpose to be achieved by conducting this research is to determine the health condition and differences in conventional and Islamic banks in the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period with several other factors in it. . The results of this study are expected to be used as material for banking considerations in evaluating the soundness of the bank. The data source used in this study is secondary data. The data used in this research is in the form of data from the financial reports of Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018. The population in this study is the consolidated financial statements published by the bank, while the sample in this study is the consolidated financial statements listed on the IDX as many as 10 samples with a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research for assessing the soundness level of a bank using the RGEC method, there are the following factors; Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), it can be concluded that there are two factors whose results have no difference in the level of health measured by significance value, while other factors have different significance values with gradual testing
Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT PLN (PERSERO) UIT-JBTB UPT Madiun dengan Motivasi sebagai Variabel Intervening
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT PLN (PERSERO) UIT-JBTB UPT Madiun with motivation as an intervening variable. This research is a type of causal quantitative research. The population of this research is the employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIT-JBTB UPT Madiun. The sample was taken as many as 120 employees through non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the instrument and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis, path analysis with regression is used. The results showed that compensation had a positive but insignificant effect on performance and was not mediated by employee work motivation. Leadership also has a significant positive effect on performance and is not mediated by employee work motivation. While the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on performance and is mediated by the work motivation of the employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIT-JBTB UPT Madiun. This study reaffirms the importance of compensation, leadership, and motivation in improving employee performance.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Profesi Kepolisian Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening(Studi Kasus Pada Kepolisian Resort Ponorogo)
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Work Motivation on Police Professional Performance With Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variable. The sample of the study amounted to 157 respondents at the Police Resort Ponorogo. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Variable work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction, performance.
This analysis using intervening, The results showed that 1) environment and work motivation can have a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) the work environment can not affect the performance, while the motivation and job satisfaction can affect the performance. 3) job satisfaction can mediate between work environment variables, work motivation on the performance of the police profession
