Gambaran Kepatuhan Pasien Gagal Jantung Dalam Melakukan Managemen Pengobatan di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta

Patients with heart failure often experience repeated hospitalization due to recurrence, recurrence can occur because the patient is not adhering to the therapy that has been recommended for example not compliant in treatment. This study aims to determine the description of patients with heart failure in conducting treatment management. This research quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 60 heart failure patients obtained by accidental sampling technique. Data collection using instruments (SCHFI's self-care heart failure index) has been modified and tested for validity. Measurement of compliance using a Likert scale. The results showed that non-compliance of heart failure patients in treatment management was still high. It is recommended for health workers to motivate and provide education related to the management of treatment for patients with congestive heart failure so as to prevent symptoms that result in hospitalization

Gambaran Self Management Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo

Uncontrolled hypertension caused complications such as stroke, heart failure disease and renal failure. For patients, it is important to implement self management of hypertension to prevent and reduce the impact of complications. This research aims to know the description of self management of people with hypertension in Grogol Puskesmas District Sukoharjo. The method used in this study is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach, this type of research is quantitative. Samples used 46 respondents who actively followed the Prolanis obesity obtained by total sampling techniques. The instruments used are Hypertension Self Management Behavior Quetionnaire (HSMBQ) which has been modified as well as in the validity and reliability test. The results showed that the most hypertension self management in the category was sufficient.
