PENGEMBANGAN LINGKUNGAN DIGITAL BERBASIS ADAPTIVE QoS UNTUK MENDUKUNG PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI KAMPUS
Penelitian ini mengembangkan model lingkungan digital dalam proses
pembelajaran dengan mempertimbangkan aspek Quality of Service (QoS) akses
Internet yang tersedia. Terkait penyediaan sumberdaya yang memadai dalam
melakukan akses ke konten pembelajaran, kondisi ketersediaan bandwidth
diperlukan untuk menentukan layanan yang dapat disediakan oleh sistem kepada
partisipan. Konten pembelajaran yang berbasis multimedia memerlukan konsumsi
bandwitdh yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan konten berbasis teks. Hal ini
akan menimbulkan masalah ketika ketersediaan bandwidth dalam jaringan bersifat
fluktuatif.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan mengikuti
metodologi rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan object-oriented.
Tahapan pengembangan meliputi: (i) Identifikasi kebutuhan; (ii) Analisis model
konseptual; (iii) Desain model akses untuk lingkungan digital berbasis QoS
adaptif yang menghasilkan cetak biru penelitian; (iv) Implementasi berupa
pengembangan prototipe yang menunjukkan bahwa desain dapat
diimplementasikan untuk mengatasi masalah ketidakhandalan koneksi Internet
dalam pembelajaran kolaboratif, (v) Pengujian terhadap model yang
dikembangkan dilakukan melalui serangkaian skenario pada skala simulasi
laboratorium.
Target penelitian diharapkan (a) identifikasi persyaratan tingkat QoS
(kebutuhan bandwidth) untuk aplikasi-aplikasi yang digunakan dalam proses
pembelajaran, (b) identifikasi parameter-parameter sebagai dasar pengukuran
preferensi terhadap tingkat QoS yang diperlukan oleh partisipan pembelajaran, (c)
rancangan model lingkungan digital, (d) pengembangan kerangka kerja
(framework) akses berbasis QoS adaptif, (e) Integrasi kerangka kerja DLE pada
aplikasi-aplikasi pembelajaran, (f) melakukan publikasi hasil penelitian melalui
seminar dan jurnal ilmiah
SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN EVALUASI KINERJA PEGAWAI UNTUK PENENTUAN REWARD AND PUNISHMENT DI PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN SRAGEN
Qualified personnel will facilitate the work unit to achieve its goals. To encourage employees to work better, then the unit can provide rewards to employees who are considered outstanding and provide sanctions for employees who are lazy. But in determining who is an employee who is lazy or diligent often have difficulty because of the absence of accurate measuring devices.
In this study developed a decision support system for assessing the environmental performance of civil servants in Sragen regency government for the determination of reward and punishment. In the process of determining the value of employee performance, use of the work targets of individual employees. Determination of value is determined based on the results of joint deliberation. In the evaluation of employee performance can be made monthly and annual.
With the decision support system is expected officials will not have difficulty in selecting the employees who deserve to be rewarded as well as employees who deserve to be sanctioned. Employees are expected to further improve performance and the spirit in the work

PEMODELAN LINGKUNGAN VIRTUAL UNTUK INTERAKSI AVATAR BERBASIS CONTEXT PADA PROYEK DIGITAL LIFE AT CAMPUS (DIL@C)
Abstract - Campus activities that use information technology increasing rapidly,
these activities e.g. studying activity, access to information and so on. The increased
activities forces users has an "assistants" who can help the user to complete their
works and responsibilities. Virtual world allows the user to be in a different context
so that it can follow a different activity at one time. Avatar requires a virtual
Environment for the activity. This research build a model in virtual world (VES) that
would bring together between avatars, virtual objects and context to work in a
scenario in Digital Life at Campus (Dil@C). Design written in this paper to
formulate a model of Context based communication, system architecture and
implementation that can be applied in the virtual world and its validation of the
model using a scenario activity in DiL@C.
PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI IMAGE PROCESSING UNTUK PENGATURAN PEMBERIAN SUBSIDI BAHAN BAKAR MINYAK (PROTOTYPE DETEKSI JENIS MOBIL DAN PLAT NOMOR MOBIL)
As is known along with the current world oil prices have soared plus the cost
of production is also increased so that the government had difficulty in bearing the
burden of fuel subsidies. Fuel subsidies provided by government is less on target,
because of the statistical data more subsidies enjoyed by private car. The government
plans to subsidize fuel efficiency by providing better targeted to the most deserving.
However, the constraints in the field is identified manually quite tiring because at the
time of identification necessary preparation and training of human resources at every
gas station, while the number of Gas station enter the respective areas in number to
tens or even hundreds.
Of the problem is needed ideas for the plan to subsidize these can be realized.
The government needs to think about a replacement for human labor automation
system that aims to make the process of identifying the vehicle no longer be done
manually. In the manual process required human resources personnel who are able to
standby 24 hours nonstop, it also can occur in situations when the employee is
experiencing fatigue so that the detection process prone to error. Data manipulation is
also prone to occur so that will also be detrimental to the gas station.
In this thesis researchers trying to develop a system by which the results of
image processing concept is intended to provide input to the government regarding
solutions to the provision of fuel subsidies could be better targeted. The size
distribution of the subsidy is based on the color / type of car plate number and types
of media are captured by the camera. In this prototype samples taken is the kind of
box cars, pickup trucks and family cars. If the system is run hopes will happen
automation system of charging fuel. Officers only need to fill in the fuel without the
setting up of the filler machine
