    This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is consumers of Kedai Ibu restaurant. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling with a type of convenience sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria on the respondents. Based on the method and sampling technique obtained as many as 200 respondents who fit the criteria. The data collection method used is a questionnaire that is directed at consumers. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, determination test (R2), simultaneous test (F test), regression coefficient analysis and partial test (t test). The results showed that service quality, price, and location had an effect on the satisfaction of the consumers of Kedai Ibu's restaurant

    This study aims to determine the effect of social media information, trust, satisfaction and service quality on customer loyalty. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of short pants products in Dawnstore. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents, the method of data collection using non probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling where researchers determine the sampling by providing specific criteria. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study were the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test (R2), model accuracy test (F test), multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test (t test). The results showed that social media information, satisfaction and service quality had a significant effect while trust did not significantly influence customer loyalty in short pants at Dawnstore

    The analysis oh this research is about the influence of product innovation, price and promotion on buying decision of smartphone product. The study conducted consumer of smartphone. Samples taken in the study were 107 respondents, analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that product innovation, price and promotion have a positive and significant impact on buying decision. In the model, the variables of product innovation, price and promotion are able to explain buying decision variables of 42.6% and the remaining 57.4% are still influenced by other variables

    Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik dan kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan sampel 116 orang guru KB/TK, SD, SMP dan SMA.Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil probabilitas signifikan hubungan variabel diukur dengan uji t. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi intrinsik guru. Motivasi intrinsik memediasi hubungan antara motivasi ekstrinsik dan kinerja guru. Ini artinya motivasi intrinsik yang tinggi yang berhubungan dengan motivasi ekstrinsik akan membuat kinerja guru meningkat

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Ayam Resto Colomadu Restaurant. The samples in this study were 100 customers of Ayam Resto Colomadu i Restaurant using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique is a non probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques use Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) tangible, reliability, and empathy have an influence on customer satisfaction, while resposiveness and assurance have no influence on customer satisfaction. 2) Satisfaction, tangible, empathy have an influence on customer loyalty, while reliability, resposiveness and assurance have no influence on customer loyalty. 3) customer satisfaction can mediate reiability, assurance, and empathy towards customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction cannot mediate between tangible and resposivenes

    This study aims to examine the effect of brand awareness and brand association on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. Data was collected through a survey with a total of 208 customers of RM SAKO using purposive sampling. Data analysis used path analysis with regression. This study found that customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand awareness and brand association on customer loyalty. The results of this study emphasize that to build customer loyalty it is important to give attention on brand awareness, brand association, and customer satisfaction specifically in the restaurant industry
