    Health services to the patients who come for a treatment can not be handled only one person. Therefore, it is needed a means of communication as a source of patient’s information stored sistematically. Medical record is one of information and comunication sources needed in the way of medical services and administrative activities at the hospital. However, the management of medical record has so far been constrained by the low quality of medical records. Several studies revealed incompleteness of medical record documents, the doctor’s writing which is hard to read and the management is impressed potluck. As well, in PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura hospital where the managment of medical record is facing many obstacles such as lack of doctor awareness in filling medical records and lack of attention of management to the development of the skills of medical record clercks in the management of medical record. Research Method: This research is a descriptive analitic research with a case study design. The research subjects were doctors, medical record unit clerks, nurse, midwives, head of development affairs and the director of the hospital. Data was retrieved by means of observation, medical record document checks, FGD and in depth interviews to research subjects. Research Result: The complacleteness of medical records in PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital is still lacking (24, 93%). Data recorded is not accurate, retrieval of medical records is not on time, absence of SOP of medical record charging, complexity format of medical records, minimum of organizing in the unit of medical records, absence of storage procedure, destruction and confidentiality in medical record unit and ineffectiveness of coaching funtion and supervision from the management of PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital. Conclusion: The quality of medical records in PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital is still low and experiencing various obstacles including the limitation of medical record charging time, unavailbility of SOP used as a standar of medical records, complexity of medical record format, minimum of organizing efforts, storage, destruction and confidentiality of medical records, also there is no guidance efforts and suppervision from managemen

    The aims of this research to analyze the brand equity analysis of customer relationship management (empirical study at Pratama Bunga Arsari Clinic). The population in this research were all Bunga Arsari Pratama Clinic customers thatfor a year. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking a total of 78 respondents. Data collection method uses personal questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression.     The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of nurse therapeutic communication to the satisfaction of the patient in Karanganyar Regency Hospital. The steps of nurse therapeutic communication can influence the satisfaction of the out patients in Karanganyar Regency Hospital. The steps of nurse therapeutic communication can influence the satisfaction of the out patients in Karanganyar Regency Hospital. This research uses survey by means of cross sectional approach. The population of this research is the out-patients that are less than 200 in order to avoid the insentive risk. The technique oftaking the sample for this research uses simple random sampling method. For hypothesis test uses double regression analysis. The conclusions of this research are (1) there is an influence of nurse therapeutic communication at the orientation step of the out-patient satisfaction. (2) There is no influence of nurse therapeutic communication to the out-patient satisfaction at the steps of work and termination. (3) the step that is the most influenced in the nurse therapeutic communication of the out-patients satisfaction in Karanganyar Regency Hospital is at the orientation one

    This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and public service motivation for job satisfaction in the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) Surakarta City Branch Office. The sample in this study amounted to 111 employees at BPJS Surakarta Branch using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used is probability convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work Life Balance has a negative and significant effect on public service motivation 2) Work Life Balance has a negative effect on job satisfaction. 3) Public service motivation has an influence on job satisfaction. 4) public service motivation (tcount=-3.2984) can mediate the influence work life balance for job satisfaction

    This study aims to analyze the characteristics and perceptions of service users on the use of health centers as gatekeepers in Sragen Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 105 respondents from public health centers in Sidoharjo, Sragen Regency using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a relationship between differences in age, education, occupation, chronic disease, attitude of officers, length of treatment with the perception of service users using the use of health centers as gatekeepers in Sragen Regency 2) There is an influence of perceptions of health service quality on the use of health centers as gatekeepers in Sragen Regency

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of work stress, workload, and individual characteristics of nurses on nursing performance. The sample in this study were nurses of Karanganyar District Hospital, totaling 136 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is by non probability sampling. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). From the hypothesis test, it was found that work stress, age, education, marital status had an influence on the nurse's performance, for workload, position position, work period had no influence on the nurse's performance
