    Minat Membaca Buku Ditinjau Dari Fasilitas Perpustakaan Dan Frekuensi Tugas Yang Diberikan Pada Siswa Kelas Xi Jurusan Ilmu Sosial SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta Tahun 2014/2015

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap minat membaca buku, 2) Pengaruh frekuensi tugas yang diberikan tehadap minat membaca buku, 3) Pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan dan frekuensi tugas yang diberikan terhadap minat membaca buku. Jenis penelitian ini, desriptif kuantitatif dengan penarikan kesimpulan melalui analisis statistik. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan angket yang diuji cobakan dengan uji validitas serta reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, uji R2, dan sumbangan relatif dan efektif. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh persamaan garis regresi: Y=17,454+0,412X1+0,296X2. Persamaan menunjukkan bahwa minat membaca buku dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas perpustakaan dan frekuensi tugas yang diberikan. Kesimpulan yang diambil adalah: 1) Fasilitas perpustakaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membaca buku. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linear ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,187 > 1,982 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan sumbangan relatif 67,9% dan sumbangan efektif 19,4%. 2) Frekuensi tugas yang diberikan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membaca buku. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis regresi linear ganda (uji t) diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,367 > 1,982 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dengan sumbangan relatif 32,1% dan sumbangan efektif 9,2%. 3) Fasilitas perpustakaan dan frekuensi tugas yang diberikan terhadap minat membaca buku dapat diterima. Hal ini berdasarkan analisis variansi regresi linear ganda (uji F) diketahui Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 22,188 > 2,686 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. 4) hasil uji koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0,286 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kombinasi variabel fasilitas perpustakaan dan frekuensi tugas yang diberikan terhadap minat membaca buku adalah sebesar 28,6% sedangkan 71,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti

    This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of thesis guidance in students preparing the thesis, 2) the influence of the availability of learning resources in students preparing the thesis, 3) the influence of thesis guidance and the availability of learning resources in students preparing the thesis on accounting education FMS UMS force 2014. This study using this type of quantitative research. Population in this research is student of accounting education FKIP UMS force 2014 which is taking thesis. The result of t test of thesis guidance variable in preparing thesis shows that t count > t table is 4,214> 1,97756 with value probability significance t table is 4.726> 1.97756 with the probability significance value F table is 29.000> 3.06 and probability significance value <0,05 is 0.000 mean thesis guidance variable and availability of learning source to variable arrangement have determination significant to variable make thesis. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.336. The meaning of the influence given by the contribution of thesis guidance variable and the availability of learning resources simultaneously to the variable of preparing the thesis is 33.6%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that are not in the research

    KJKS BMT Surya Madani sebagai lembaga keuangan mikro yang berbasis syari’ah muncul berdakwah dan menawarkan solusi bagi masyarakat kelas menengah. KJKS BMT Surya Madani lebih mengembangkan usaha pada sektor keuangan dalam hal simpan. Usaha ini seperti usaha perbankan yakni menghimpun dana anggota serta menyalurkannya kepada sektor ekonomi yang halal dan menguntungkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mendeskripsikan pengelolaan dana simpanan syari’ah anggota di KJKS BMT Surya Madani Boyolali dalam Prespektif Hukum Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi penelitian di KJKS BMT Surya Madani. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini Manajer KJKS BMT Surya Madani, perwakilan karyawan customer service dan pembukuan pengelolaan simpanan syari’ah anggota dan perwakilan anggota simpan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data interactive model meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pengelolaan dana simpanan syari’ah anggota di KJKS BMT Surya Madani sesuai dengan hukum Islam. 2) KJKS BMT Surya Madani dalam hal simpanan syari’ah anggota menggunakan akad mudharabah muthlaqoh, 3) Pengelolaan simpanan syari’ah anggota melakukan kegiatan menyalurkan dana. Penyaluran dan yang dilakukan yaitu prinsip bagi hasil, pembiayaan bersama bagi hasil, prinsip jual beli, prinsip sewa, gadai, pinjaman kebajikan. 4) Pengelolaan dana simpanan syari’ah anggota memiliki kendala usaha. Kendala yang terjadi yaitu adanya siklus tahunan yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas, belum adanya lembaga yang menjadi penyangga likuiditas, dan keraguan masyarakat di sekitar KJKS BMT Surya Madani tentang bagi hasil yang diterima oleh anggota simpan, serta akad mudharabah muthlaqoh masih awam bagi masyarakat

    The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Influence of professional competence of teacher to MYOB accounting computer learning skill. 2) The influence of learning facilities on MYOB accounting computer learning skill. 3) the influence of professional competence of teachers and learning facilities on the learning complexity of MYOB accounting computer.This type of research is quantitative associative with data obtained from numbers that aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study are students of class XI Accounting skill program SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Gemolong which amounted to 60 students. Samples were taken by 51 students using Simple Random Sampling. Data obtained through documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used multiple liniear regression analysis.The result of the data analysis obtained by double linear regression equation as follows: Y = 45,761 + 0,498X1 + 0,316X2. The equation proves that learning skills are influenced by the professional competence of teachers and learning facilities. Based on the analysis and discussion can be concluded that: (1) There is influence of professional competence of teacher to study skill. This is based on multiple linear regression analysis (t test) known that thitung = 3,891> ttable = 2.011 and significance value ttable = 2.011 and significance value > 0,005, that is 0,009 with relative contribution equal to 40,8% and effective contribution 36,1%. (3) There is an influence of professional competence of teachers and learning facilities. This is based on analysis of double linear regression variance (F test) known that Fhitung = 185,045 > Ftable = 3,191 and significance value < 0,005 that is 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.885 or 88.5% while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables that are not examined

    The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of the interest in learning to learning achievement in class XI student of economic subjects, 2) the influence of teacher's teaching methods to the learning achievement in class XI student of economic subjects, 3) the effect of learning and teaching methods of teachers to learning achievement in class XI ekonomi.Jenis subjects of this research is quantitative research associative. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta, amounting to 140 students with a sample of 100 students were taken by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested with the validity and reliability test. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t-test, F, R ^ 2 test, and the relative contribution and efektif.Berdasarkan data analysis results obtained by multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 2.101 + 0,018X1 + 0,012X¬2, means learning achievement is affected by the interest in learning and teaching methods teachers. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) There is interest in studying the effect on learning achievement. This is proven by the results of the calculation tcount untukvariabel interest in learning of 4.174 so thitung> ttable or 4.174> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.000 ttable or 2.158> 0.033 1,985dengan significance value F table (3.090) with significant value 0.000 <0.05. (4) Variable interest in studying the relative contribution of 71% and the effective contribution of 19.23%, the variable method of teaching the teacher gives the relative contribution of 29% and the effective contribution of 7.87%, so that it can be said that the interest in learning more dominant influence achievement study. (5) The calculation of the value of R2 is 0.271, meaning 27.1% of learning achievement is influenced by the interest in learning and teaching methods of teachers, while the remaining 72.9% is influenced by other factors not participate in this study.     The purpose of this research is: 1) To know the influence of teacher attitude to readiness to be teacher 2) To know influence of perception about teacher profession to readiness to be teacher 3) To know influence of teacher attitude and perception of student about teacher profession to readiness become teacher. This type of research is associative quantitative. Population in this research is student of education accounting education class of 2014/2015 with amount 200. Samples are taken 127 respondents with propotional random sampling. Data obtained from documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2, and relative donation and effective contribution. Based on result of data analysis obtained by equation of double linear regeresi as follows: Y = 17,938 + 0,311X1 + 0,184X2. The equation shows that teacher readiness is influenced by teacher's attitude and perception about the teaching profession. Based on the analysis and discussion concluded that: (1) There is influence of teacher attitude toward teacher readiness. This is based on the result of double linear regression (t test) known that thitung> ttable is 5,753> 1,980 and significance value ttabel is 2,210> 1,980 and significance value Ftable is 31,961> 3,928 and significance value <0,05 ie 0,000 with R2 gained 0,340 means 34% Readiness Becoming Teacher influenced by Teacher's Attitude and Perception about Teacher Profession , while the remaining 66% influenced by other variables that are not researched in the study.     The aim of this study are: 1) Describe the influence of students' perceptions on how to teach the lecturers on the motivation to follow the lectures. 2) Describe the influence of the learning environment on the motivation to follow the lecture. 3) Describe the influence how the lecturers teach to the students' and learning environment about motivation to follow lectures. This type of research is quantitative survey. Population in this study is Student Education Accounting Force 2015 FKIP UMS amounted to 251 students. Samples taken 154 students with proportional random sampling. Data obtained through questionnaire, observation and documentation. Techniques of data analysis are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2, relative donation and effective contribution. Based on result data analysis obtained by equation of double linear regression as follow: Y = 4,990 + 0,520X1 + 0,296X2. Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: (1) There is influence of student perception about how to teach the lecturer to motivation the students to follow lecture. It is based on double linear regression analysis (t test) known that thitung> ttabel, 7,225> 1,975 and value of significance ttable, 4,179> 1,975 and significance value Ftable, that is 86,919> 3,90 and significance value <0.05, ie 0,000. Coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,535 or equal to 53,5% while the remaining 46,5% influenced by other variable not examined

    This study aims to: 1) Describe the model of quantum and media adjustment spinner can increase the participation of learners in class X AK 3 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta material adjustment journal services company. 2) Describe the model of quantum and media adjustment spinner can improve the learning outcomes of students of class X AK 3 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta material adjustment journal services company. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study are students of class X AK 3 SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta 2017/2018 academic year which amounted to 35 students, consisting of 33 female students and 2 male students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, test and documentation. To analyze data from the result of participant observation sheet and the mean value of the class using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of learning methods Quantum Teaching andmedia Spinner Adjustment on Basic Accounting subjects Adjustment Journal materials can improve student participation and learning outcomes. This is evident from the results of observations of increased student participation in cycle II. In the first cycle, students who actively participated achieved high criteria as much as 65.71% (23 students), where the score obtained by students is at least 70. In the second cycle, students who perform active activation achieve high criteria rose to 85.71% (30 students) . From the data said the active participation of students learn to increase because it meets the criteria that have been determined, where the follow active participation of at least 28 students memporeh minimum score 70. Improvement of student learning outcomes to subjects of basic accounting journal adjustment of the cycle I can be seen an increase where cycle in cycle I students reaching KKM 62,86% (22 students) rose to 82,86% (29 students) in phase II cycle. From the data can be seen that there is an increase of cycle II and increase of 20% from cycle I increase significantly in cycle II
