    Analisis Kinerja Belanja Daerah Dalam Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pada BPPKAD Kota Surakarta (2018 – 2020)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja belanja daerah dalam Laporan Realisasi Anggaran pada BPPKAD Kota Surakarta tahun 2018-2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu Badan Pendapatan Pengelolaan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kota Surakarta sedangkan objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) tahun anggaran 2018-2020. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu peneliti langsung melakukan penelitian terhadap objek penelitian yaitu Laporan Realisasi Anggaran BPPKAD Kota Surakarta tahun 2018-2020. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis varians belanja, analisis pertumbuhan belanja, analisis keserasian belanja dan analisis efisiensi belanja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja belanja BPPKAD Kota Surakarta dilihat dari analisis varians belanja secara umum dinilai baik dalam pemanfaatan realisasi belanja, pertumbuhan belanja BPPKAD Kota Surakarta secara umum menunjukkan pertumbuhan positif dan cenderung fluktuatif dengan rata-rata mengalami pertumbuhan positif sebesar 101,16. Dilihat dari keserasian belanja kinerja belanja BPPKAD dinilai fokus dalam kegiatan belanja operasional dan belanja modal hanya saja perbedaan kedua kegiatan tersebut kegiatan operasional lebih besar daripada kegiatan belanja modal dengan rata-rata belanja operasi sebesar 76,77% dan rata-rata belanja modal 23,23%, serta dilihat dari hasil perhitungan efisiensi belanja BPPKAD Kota Surakarta secara umum telah menunjukkan efisiensi anggaran belanja atau penghematan anggaran

    This study aims to obtain a complete and comprehensive overview of the concept and implementation of madrasah principal management and aspects that have not received emphasis or attention from the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Karanganyar and the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM) Mergomulyo Matesih Karanganyar district. This research method is carried out with a participatory qualitative or naturalistic approach. This type of research is descriptive in order to explain the aspects of leadership management that are implemented and needed by the two madrasas. The data collection technique for this research is using in-depth interview, participant observation, and documentation study. Data validity techniques used standards of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data analysis technique was processed by reducing the data (contact summary, coding category, reflection notes, and data sorting) and presented with descriptive narrative exposure. The results showed that the two madrasas under the auspices of Muhammadiyah have implemented an autonomous management model that combines the principles of Islamic education with the concept of modern education in madrasah life. So that the head of madrasah with autonomy has the flexibility to manage madrasah with full mandate in order to achieve the vision of the madrasah, the expectations of citizens, and the goals of national education. The success of this management can be seen from the increasing trust of the community and government in entrusting the education process of the nation's children through these two madrasas to become intelligent and character human beings

    This research has three objectives to describe: (1) planning committee in planning of budgeting in SDN Campurasri1. (2) the role of the committee in mobilizing public participation to improve education services in SDN Campurasri 1. (3) obstacles and opportunities in improving the quality of education services in SDN Campurasri 1. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic design. Data collection technique is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique using triangulation. The results of the study concluded that (1) the school committee was directly involved in the preparation of the school's RAPBS, in accordance with the school committee program, the school committee will conduct incidental and routine fund raising, (2) Actively the school committee from SDN Campurasri 1 has provided socialization to the community around the school about the benefits of education, mobilize the community to support all things useful for improving the quality of education services. (3) community insight is still lacking in organization, low education and old age factors become obstacles for the committee. Society in general is very concerned with education becomes an opportunity for schools to improve the quality of education services in SDN Campurasri 1.
