    Home life is sometimes colored by quarreling and strife between husbands. One of the reasons is the emergence of nusyu>z, which is the wife's rebellion against her husband in obedience to Allah Almighty. In this case, the Qur'an explains the steps as a solution to the possibility of nusyu>z wife to her husband in domestic life. This research will be focused on the interpretation of Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni in the Rawa>i’ al-Baya>n fi> Tafsi>r A>ya>t al-Ahka>m min al-Qur’a>n about the concept of nusyu>z, includes meaning nusyu>z, stages in addressing nusyu>z, as well as the view of some scholars related to nusyu>z. The type of research is a library research, with an interpretative descriptive approach. Data analysis is done by a method of descriptive analysis, which is describing and analyzing the existing data with several steps. The conclusion that can be taken from this study is, Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni interpreted nusyu>z which is the iniquity that wife made to her husband in terms of obedience to God, adhering to the reason that the husband is qowwam /leader in the household, so have the right to reign and prohibit beside his big responsibilities in maintaining and educating his family. The steps done to respond to the wife who do nusyu>z done sequentially is giving advice, then done bed separation, then allowed to hit on condition not hurt. Nevertheless, Ash-Shabuni confirms that a good husband is the one who chooses the way not to hit his wife

    The research entitled “The Specialty of Bird in the Kuran (Study of Tafsir 'ilmi of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia)” . The focus of this research is how the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia interprets verses about birds in the Kuran with a scientific interpretation approach. This research is a library research with analytical descriptive method. The object of this research is the study of scientific interpretation of the ministry of religion, among others: 1) The crow was messenger of God to help Qobil; 2) The hud-hud bird is a messenger bird; 3) The quail was a gift from God to the Israelites as an incomparable pleasure. The results of the study show that the interpretation in the scientific interpretation of the ministry of religion is in accordance with the results of modern science research.     Abstract This study aims to determine M.Quraish Shihab's thoughts in al-Mishbah's interpretation of the urgency of time with descriptive-analytic method data analysis techniques. Time is a unique capital that cannot be replaced, and cannot be saved without being used. In Islamic teachings, the characteristics of an ideal Muslim is a person who values time. A Muslim has an obligation to manage his time well. Al-Quran and Hadith explain that good time management in all activities of life is one indication of faith and proof of devotion. As a Muslim can fill the time that has been given to be used with activities that are useful for yourself and for others. Therefore, people must know the urgency of the time in order to maximize it for the purpose of worshiping Allah Almighty. Muslims must know the urgency of time in life and use time wisely in life. The conclusion of this research is that time becomes something urgent, because time is the main capital for human life. Allah swears by time that time belongs to Allah, and time that is not used for beneficial things will cause harm to humans. Humans will be in a loss if they do not use the time properly and manage it.     Secret talks or whispers in the Qur’an known as najwa>. Najwa> is frequent phenomenon in society as a form of communication that has a negative connotation. In the present era, which I synonymous with freedom, whispers are rife on various occasions and situations without paying attention to ethics in secret talks/whisperd. Ethics are an important key to creating harmony in social and religious life. Islam has provided signs regarding the ethics of conducting secret talks wich are contained in the verses of Qur’an and Hadis of the Prophet SAW. The purpose of this research is to know the interpretation if Ibn Kasi|>r on QS. Al-Muja>dalah in verses 7-10 in Ibn Katsir’s interpretation of ethics about engaging in secret talks. The study is a library research study with an interpretative approach and a descreptive method of analysis by gathering, explaining and then analyzing the interpretation of Ibn Kasi|>r in the Ibn Katsir interpretation of QS. Al-Muja>dalah verses 7-10 about “secret talk”. The primary source of this study is the book tafsir Tafsir Min Ibni Kasi|>r, which is a summary and tahqiq of Ibnu Katsir’s catsir composed by ‘Abdullah bin Muhammad bin ‘Abdurrah}man Alu Syaikh and transleted by M. Abdul Ghoffar 2008 in Jakarta by Pustaka Imam Syafi’I and secondary source of this study is the literatures associated with this discussion. The conclusion of this study suggests that Najwa> according to Ibnu Kasi|>r is classified stuff, by which a Mukmin would prejudice badly. As for the ethics of engaging in a secret talk by Ibnu Katsir is this: (1) being fully aware that Allah is omniscient, (2) the prohibition of secret talk of sin animosity and vice to the Prophet SAW, (3) secret talks should discus goodness and piety, (4) do not whisper between two/three people or their multiples ignoring the others. The solution to dealing with whispered actions according to Ibn Kas\i>r is: (1) mura>qabatullah, (2) providing eduction on the ethics of conducting secret talks, (3) tawakal and taking refuge in Allah SWT

The research foccused on discusing about Wahbah al-Zuhaily’s interpretation on surah al-Nu>r cahpter 11-20 about ban on spreading hoax. The purpose of his study is to find out his interpretation in surah al-Nu>r chapter 11-20 about ban on spreding hoax. This reseach is a library research with descriptive analize approach by describing, explinning, and analizing Wahbah al-Zuhaily’s interpretation in surah al-Nu>r chapter 11-20 about ban on spreding hoax. The main source of this study is Tafseer al-Muni>r by Wahbah al-Zuhaily transleted by Abdul Hayyi al-Kattani published by Gema Insani in Jakarta 2013 and the second resource are books, jurnals, and articles that related to this study. The result of this study is Wahbah al-Zuhaily explain the meaning of ifk is a lie or hoax. Hoax is a great sin and the spreader get a doom on the world and hereafter according to the level of their role and involment in spreading hoaxes. The impact of hoaxes are personal impact, split impact, and undermind puplic performance impact. The solution dealing with hoaxes that are clyrifying, bringging witnesse to proof the truth, speaking based on knowladge, prejudice, and Allah educates his servants by giving a warning and threats to the hoax’s spreader.     Sayyid Qutb is a Muslim ikhwanul figure who continues from Hassan al-Banna's struggle, he really cares about the conditions of social, political and religious justice in Egypt, he tries to fight for it because he believes that Muslims are medieval people who are able to solve problems related to people's lives and State life according to what is contained in the al-Qur'an surah al-Baqarah verse 143. Therefore, the researcher takes the theme of religious moderation and takes the mufassir Sayyid Qutb according to the events he experienced, Sayyid Qutb is a modern commentator, straightforward, clear and specific in its interpretation, and also very relevant in today's context.To understand Sayyid Qutb's interpretation of religious moderation, this study uses the library reaserch method or library research using a socio-historical approach, namely scientific studies on the development of social life taken from historical findings or past facts which are then concluded objectively. The primary source of this research is the interpretation of FiẒhilāli al-Qur'antranslated by As'ad Yasin et al.As for the results of this study that, according to Sayyid Qutb, moderation of various / ummatanwasthan is an order of Islamic society that adheres to divine teachings.     This study discusses the suggestion of positive thinking in the Qur'an Surat al-Hujurat verse 12 in the study of Tafsir Al-Mishbah by Prof. Quraish Shihab. Surat al-Hujurat has a deep meaning about the morals of fellow Muslims, especially this verse 12, there is a prohibition against prejudice, tajassus, and shaking. This verse can be used as one of the guidelines in order to create a harmonious, peaceful and peaceful social life. This study aims to find out the interpretation of Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 12 in the Tafsir Al-Mishbah on the suggestion of positive thinking. Basically, this research is qualitative research with a type of library research and uses a social approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data are Q.S. al-Hujurat verse 12 and Tafsir Al-Mishbah by Prof. Quraish Shihab, while the secondary data are a number of literature relevant to the title of the study. The result of this study is that Quraish Shihab emphasizes the prohibition of negative thinking or prejudice, finding fault with others and gossiping because it will cause sin, and as justice for suspects/suspects in a problem in society if they do not have evidence of the allegations placed on him, as well as an initial source of finding fault with others (tajassus). Thus, the author concludes the importance of promoting positive thinking in order to avoid and stay away from thoughts or prejudices

    Changing the creation of Allah SWT or فليغيرن خلق الله in holly Qur’an is only found in surah an-Nisa verse 119. The meaning of the term فليغيرن خلق الله from the verse 119 in Surah an-Nisa is certainly not easy to be understood if there is no help from the interpreters in explaining it. The interpreters have given various interpretations of the meaning of فليغيرن خلق الله. Among these interpreters was a figure of the Indonesian interpreter, namely M. Quraish Shihab. This research will explain how M. Qurasih Shihab's interpretation of the meaning of فليغيرن خلق الله in Surah an-Nisa verse 119 is. The purpose of this study was to find out the interpretation of M. Quraish Shihab on the meaning of فليغيرن خلق الله in Surah an-Nisa verse 119. The type of this research is a library research, using a qualitative approach. The primary source of this research is Tafsir Al-Mishbah book (the first edition of 2002 Vol 2, 6 and 15 by Lentera Hati Karya M. Quraish Shihab) and addited with some books, researchs, and scientific works related to the object of the study as a secondary source. The technique of data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis.The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is: the meaning of "فليغيرن خلق الله" in QS an-Nisâ verse 119 according to the interpretation of Quraish Shihab is changing God's creation that is inherent in humans, which in this case is specifically related to religious nature and faith in God Who Almighty. In addition, changing God's creation can also be interpreted as the function of God's creatures not in accordance with their real function, such as deifying animals, and or making astronomy as signs for the journey of human life; understand solar and lunar eclipses as signs of certain events. Also included in the definition of changing God's creations are castration, homosexuality and lesbianism as well as practices that are not in accordance with human nature

    Baldatun Ṭoyyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafūr is a characteristic of the image of a country where there is goodness of nature and good character of its inhabitants. More broadly, is a country that collects the goodness of the world and the hereafter, wallâhu a'lam. The essence of Baldatun Ṭoyyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafūr is a state condition that is the dream and dream of all humans. This research focuses on the interpretation of the Baldatun Ṭoyyibatun Wa Rabbun Ghafūr Saba Saba 'verse 15 according to Hamka in the book Tafsir Al-Azhar. The type of research is library research, with an interpretive descriptive approach. The data analysis was carried out by using the descriptive analysis method, namely describing as well as analyzing the existing data with several steps. The results of this study can be concluded that according to Hamka in Al-Azhar's interpretation the meaning of "Baldatun Ṭayyibatun Wa Rabbun Gafûr" is interpreted as the character of a country that has a geographical condition of fertile land, dense fruits, peaceful country, safe travel, preserved places, country. - the country is broken with threads, ropes, the roads are protected by trees, the earth is green with grass, the fruits do not break with the seasons, travelers do not have to worry about walking far, do not need to carry lots of supplies because the water flows sufficiently accompanied filling food. The social condition of the population is that when the country gains this prosperity, it must make humans close to Allah SWT, not kufr, but must continue to do good deeds, always keep trying and working even though the blessings of Allah SWT have been abundant. Until the destruction of the country of Saba 'which was caused by the kufr of the people of the country of Saba' for Allah SWT's blessings, so that Allah SWT sent down heavy rains which caused great floods and washed away the source of prosperity of the country of Saba ', namely the dam was destroyed and the fertile land became arid. The wisdom that can be taken when we are always grateful and do good deeds is that a good country is still blessed with mercy and forgiveness by Allah SWT for all the sins that have been committed
