This study examines the effect of work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at CV. Eureeka Indonesia with a sample size of 31 employees. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is Partial least square (PLS). This study aims to: (1) Understand Employee Performance, Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Compensation at Ahmad's store. (2) Understand the direct influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance. (3) Understand the direct influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. (4) Understand the direct influence of Compensation on Employee Performance. (5) Identify the Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Compensation that have the most dominant influence. This study aims to determine the effect of Reward, Teamwork and Work Discipline on performance. The problems that must be formulated clearly so that the discussion is directed properly and correctly. First: What is the effect of reward, teamwork, work discipline and employee performance on the Jatim Park 1 tour, Batu city, Second: How does reward affect employee performance on the Jatim Park 1 tour, Batu city, Third: How does teamwork influence employee performance on East Java tourism Taman 1 Batu city, Fourth: How does work discipline influence employee performance in the Jatim Park 1 Batu city tour. This research uses a quantitative approach that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) that are processed using statistical methods. By using census techniques. This study uses data collection methods by way of interviews and distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 60 respondents with a population of 60 employees in the East Java Back Office park 1. Multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, the results are: Reward, Teamwork, and Work Discipline have a simultaneous effect on performance employees, Reward has a significant positive effect on performance, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance

By supporting new course development and by encouraging cross-disciplinary conversations and collaborations, liberal arts colleges can often help political scientists expand their capacities beyond narrow disciplinary silos, with benefits for faculty and students alike. At the same time, it is important to teach political science students what our own discipline has to offer, to help students understand our discipline\u27s strengths, and to borrow when confronted with moments when explanatory frameworks of the discipline fail. Liberal arts departments begin the training of many future Ph.D.s; however, our job is not only to equip students to do further work within the discipline but also to use its tools to become engaged and astute democratic citizens who can analyze, interpret, and evaluate policies and political developments around them
PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DENGANI MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT PLN ULP PANDAAN
This study aims to determine the partial effects of work discipline, Occupational Safety), and work motivation on employee productivity, to understand the partial effects of work discipline, Occupational Safety on work motivation, and to ascertain whether work motivation mediates the partial effects of work discipline, Occupational Safety on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of PT. PLN ULP Pandaan with a total of 62 respondents using the total sampling method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, OHS has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity through work motivation, and OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity through work motivation
