COPRAS method for multiple attribute group decision making under picture fuzzy environment and their application to green supplier selection
The green supplier selection (GSS) is a significant part in green supply chain management (GSCM). Choosing optimal green supplier can not only realize the sustainable development of enterprises, but also maximize the utilization rate of resources and diminish the negative effect of environmental issues, which conforms to the theme of green development. As a multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue, selecting optimal green supplier is of vital important to enterprises. However, how to select the optimal supplier for enterprises is a great challenge. To handle this issue, a novel picture fuzzy COPRAS (COmplex PRoportional Assessment) method is devised. First, some necessary theories related to picture fuzzy sets (PFSs) are briefly reviewed. In addition, a method called CRITIC (Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation) is utilized to calculate criteria’s weights. Afterwards, the conventional COPRAS method is extended to the PFSs to calculate each alternative’s utility degree. At last, the designed method is exacted to an application which is related to GSS and there also conduct some comparative analysis to demonstrate the designed method’s superiority. The final results show that the proposed model can be utilized to decide the optimum green supplier
An integrated picture fuzzy ANP-TODIM multi-criteria decision-making approach for tourism attraction recommendation
In this paper, the picture fuzzy score and accuracy function are first defined. Then, a corresponding comparative method between two picture fuzzy numbers (PFNs) is developed. Next, a novel normalized picture fuzzy distance measure between two PFNs is disclosed, and part of the characteristics of the proposed distance measure are discussed. Afterwards, on the basis of the analytic network process (ANP) and an Acronym in Portuguese of Interactive and Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (TODIM) methods, an integrated ANP-TODIM approach is developed to resolve multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) where the weights of the criteria are fully unknown. We use ANP approach to decide the weights of criteria on the basis of expert mean assessment method, and TODIM is utilized to obtain the ranking of alternatives. Finally, an illustrative example of an optimal tourism attraction recommendation is provided to testify applicability of the developed decision-making method and prove that its results are effective and reasonable.

An integrated multi-criteria decision-making framework for sustainable supplier selection under picture fuzzy environment
Sustainable supplier selection (SSS) is an important part of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM). In this paper, an integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework, based on the picture fuzzy exponential entropy, and the VIsekriterijumska optimizacija i KOmpromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method, is proposed to manage SSS problems. Firstly, the evaluation criteria of SSS, including economic, environmental and social, is established. This can be evaluated in the form of the actual data or linguistic terms provided by suppliers and experts respectively in an actual decision-making process. Then, according to the translated scales, all the evaluation information can be converted into picture fuzzy numbers (PFNs). Secondly, the picture fuzzy exponential entropy is defined. Moreover, based on the entropy’s minimization principle, the defined picture fuzzy exponential entropy is used to determine the weight of the SSS’s criteria. Thirdly, the extended VIKOR method, which combines the grey correlation coefficient, is utilized to select a suitable supplier. This method avoids the shortcomings of the traditional VIKOR method in data mining and solves the conflict between SSS criteria. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed integrated decision framework are verified by an experiment, as well as a sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis.

Interval type-2 fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making approaches for evaluating the service quality of Chinese commercial banks
The file attached to this record is the author's final peer reviewed version. The Publisher's final version can be found by following the DOI link.In today’s world, with increased competition, the service quality of Chinese commercial
banks is recognized as a major factor that is responsible for enhancing competitiveness. Therefore, it is
necessary to evaluate and analyse the service quality of Chinese commercial banks to realize their
stable development. The service quality evaluation could be recognized as a multi-attribute
decision-making (MADM) problem with multiple assessment attributes, both being of a qualitative and
quantitative nature. Owing to the growing complexity and high uncertainty of the financial
environment, the assessments of attributes cannot always possibly express using a real and/or type-1
fuzzy number. Additionally, a heterogeneous relationship often exists among the attributes under many
real decision cases. In this study, we create two MADM approaches to handle decision-making
problems with interval type-2 fuzzy numbers (IT2FNs) and offer their application to service quality
evaluations of commercial banks problems. Specifically, we first define some operations on IT2FNs
based on Archimedean T-norms (ATs) and develop a bi-directional projection measure of IT2FNs. Next,
by combining the generalized Banzhaf index, the Choquet integral and IT2FNs, we propose the interval
type-2 fuzzy Archimedean Choquet (IT2FAC) operator, the Banzhaf IT2FAC (BIT2FAC) operator and
the 2-additive BIT2FAC (2ABIT2FAC) operator. Then, we establish two optimal models for deriving
the weights of attributes based on a bi-directional projection measure of IT2FNs and Banzhaf function.
Finally, we create two novel MADM methods under interval type-2 fuzzy contexts, where an
illustrative case concerning the service quality evaluation of Chinese commercial banks is used to
explain the created MADM approaches
