    Masteroppgavens tema er digitalisering i bankbransjen med problemstilling “Hvordan oppnĂ„ en kontinuerlig digitalisering i bank?”. Metodevalget er basert pĂ„ empiri innenfor omrĂ„det, som i dette tilfellet tilsa et kvalitativt forskningsdesign. Vi gjennomfĂžrte semistrukturerte intervjuer med syv bankansatte fra fem ulike banker. Intervjuene ble benyttet som grunnlag for vĂ„r analyse og konklusjon. De viktigste funnene er at bankene har organisert sitt arbeid med digitalisering ulikt. Noen har en tydelig, ansvarlig leder for digitaliseringen, mens andre deler ansvaret mellom avdelinger og individer. Bankene har ogsĂ„ noe ulike tilnĂŠrminger i hvordan de jobber med digital innovasjon. Det er en gjennomgĂ„ende lav kjennskap til bankenes digitaliseringsstrategi blant informantene. De er derimot alle bevisste pĂ„ at det Ă„ jobbe med digitalisering er viktig. Mange av informantene nevner at digitalisering kan hjelpe dem Ă„ nĂ„ mĂ„l og visjoner. De er ogsĂ„ klare pĂ„ at det finnes enkelte drivere for digitalisering, blant annet kunder eller Ăžkonomiske forhold. Basert pĂ„ vĂ„re funn og teorien som ligger til grunn, har vi konkludert med at kontinuerlig digitalisering i stor grad vil kunne oppnĂ„s gjennom endringsledelse og tilpasning av organisasjonskulturen.The topic of this master's thesis is digitalization in the banking industry, with the following research question: "How to achieve continuous digitalization in banking?". The thesis employs a qualitative research design, which was selected based on empirical evidence within the relevant subject area. We conducted semi-structured interviews with seven bank employees from five different banks. The interviews were used as a basis for our analysis and conclusion. The most important findings are that the banks have organized their work with digitalization differently. Some have organized with clearly responsible leader for digitalization, while others distribute the responsibility between departments and individuals. Banks also have somewhat different approaches to how they work with digital innovation. Among the informants, there is generally a low level of knowledge related to the banks' digitalization strategy. On the other hand, they are all aware of the importance of digitalization. Several of the informants mentioned that digitalization can help them achieve relevant business goals and visions. They are also aware that there are some business drivers that are pushing them towards digitalization, including the customers and financial circumstances. Based on our findings and the underlying theory, we have concluded that continuous digitalization can be achieved through change management and adapting the organizational culture
