Respondent of this research are 100 people from different food and beverage industries in the Central Java. The model used in this study is a model of causality or relationship influence. The analysis technique to test the hypothesis is using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based component or variance or PLS (Partial Least Squares) with software Smart PLS. The result of analysis showed that information sharing has positive and significant effect on trust and buyer supplier relationship performance, and also behavioral uncertainty has negative and significant effect on trust and buyer supplier relationship performance. Supply chain Management has played a significant role in corporate efficiency and has attracted the attention of numerous academicians over the last few years. As the concept of becomes more widely accepted, supply chain integration (SCI) is gaining more attention among both practitioners and academics. The paper aims at understanding how SCI and its antecedents, impacts firm performance. For the literature review of the related academic articles for the previous studies has been taken by international journals in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Operations Management. The study looked at some variables such as trust and information technology (IT) that might impact the SCI and finally improve firm performance. Therefore, it is crucial for managers to apply their firms IT and trust as lower-order organizational capabilities to improve SCI as a higher-order organizational capability. To aid the study, Resourced-Based View (RBV) theory has been developed as the framework for the present research. The paper also proposes the framework for future research in empirical investigation in manufacturing. This study bridges the gap by developing a framework for measuring SCI, which enables any organization to identify critical success factors for integrating their SC, measures the degree of integration qualitatively and quantitatively and suggest improvement measures

Successful supply chain management provides an enterprise with a new competitive advantage. However, successful supply chain performance is based on a high level of trust and strong commitment among supply chain partners. Studies have indicated that communication, partner’s reputation, perceived benefits, fairness, and relationship tenure that are within the context of social exchange theory have an effect on trust. In the current study, we attempted to integrate two types of theories of social exchange and service quality by proposing an integrated model that influences the factor to trust and commitment. We then applied structural equation modeling to test the model. The study results indicated that a hospital’s trust in its supply chain partner is highly associated with commitment. The study included respondents comprising medical device procurement staff working in hospitals within Taiwan. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed; 316 completed questionnaires were received. The results revealed that communication, partner’s reputation, and perceived benefits had a positive effect on trust. Service quality was also determined to have a positive effect on trust and commitment. This result should provide reference for a hospital and its relationship with suppliers, which helps monitor decision variables in the supply chain management of medical devices

This study used contingency theory to examine the key enablers of target cost management (TCM) at the Malaysian context. Using a single case study approach, a questionnaire survey was conducted on users of TCM at Company A, a Malaysian automotive company. The respondents were required to determine whether enablers, namely, an advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) implementation, confrontational strategy, customer orientation, an information-sharing network, lean manufacturing implementation, supplier relationships, teamwork oriented organizational culture, top management support and commitment, and training havepositive relationships with the successful implementation of TCM. The findings show that only teamwork, top management support and commitment, and training are the key enablers for the successful implementation of TCM in the case company
