    Проектування і оцінка хмарних компонентів навчання з використанням систем комп'ютерної математики

    In the article the problems of the systems of computer mathematics use as a tool for the students learning and research activities support are investigated. The promising ways of providing access to the mathematical software in the university learning and research environment are considered. The special aspects of pedagogical applications of these systems to support operations research study in the process of bachelors of informatics training are defined. The design and evaluation of the cloud-based learning components with the use of the systems of computer mathematics (on the example of Maxima system) as enchasing the investigative approach to learning of engineering and mathematics disciplines and increasing the pedagogical outcomes is justified. The set of psychological and pedagogical and also technological criteria of evaluation is substantiated. The results of pedagogical experiment are provided. The analysis and evaluation of existing experience of mathematical software use both in local and cloud-based settings is proposed.У статті досліджуються проблеми систем комп'ютерної математики як інструменту для підтримки навчально-дослідницької діяльності студентів. Розглядаються перспективні шляхи забезпечення доступу до математичного програмного забезпечення у навчально-дослідницькому середовищі університету. Визначено особливі аспекти педагогічних застосувань цих систем для підтримки дослідження операцій в процесі підготовки бакалаврів з інформатики. Обґрунтовано розробку та оцінку компонентів навчання на основі хмар з використанням систем комп'ютерної математики (на прикладі системи Maxima) як посилення дослідницького підходу до вивчення інженерно-математичних дисциплін та підвищення педагогічних результатів. Обґрунтовано комплекс психолого-педагогічних, а також технологічних критеріїв оцінювання. Отримано результати педагогічного експерименту. Запропоновано аналіз та оцінку існуючого досвіду використання математичного програмного забезпечення як у локальних, так і в хмаро орієнтованих системах

Розглянуто особливості педагогічного застосування цих систем для вивчення дисциплін математики та інформатики в педагогічному університеті. Обґрунтовано розробку та оцінку хмарних компонентів навчання з використанням систем комп'ютерної математики (на прикладі системи Maxima та CoCalc), що розширює дослідницький підхід до підвищення педагогічних результатів. Для порівняння різних підходів до проектування середовища використовується сукупність психолого-педагогічних, а також технологічних критеріїв оцінки. Наведено результати педагогічного експерименту. Запропоновано аналіз та оцінку існуючого досвіду використання математичного програмного забезпечення як в SaaS, так і в IaaS

    CoCalc as a Learning Tool for Neural Network Simulation in the Special Course "Foundations of Mathematic Informatics"

    The role of neural network modeling in the learning content of the special course "Foundations of Mathematical Informatics" was discussed. The course was developed for the students of technical universities - future IT-specialists and directed to breaking the gap between theoretic computer science and it's applied applications: software, system and computing engineering. CoCalc was justified as a learning tool of mathematical informatics in general and neural network modeling in particular. The elements of technique of using CoCalc at studying topic "Neural network and pattern recognition" of the special course "Foundations of Mathematic Informatics" are shown. The program code was presented in a CoffeeScript language, which implements the basic components of artificial neural network: neurons, synaptic connections, functions of activations (tangential, sigmoid, stepped) and their derivatives, methods of calculating the network's weights, etc. The features of the Kolmogorov-Arnold representation theorem application were discussed for determination the architecture of multilayer neural networks. The implementation of the disjunctive logical element and approximation of an arbitrary function using a three-layer neural network were given as an examples. According to the simulation results, a conclusion was made as for the limits of the use of constructed networks, in which they retain their adequacy.     The increasingly pervasive connectivity of today's information systems brings up new challenges to security. Traditional security has accomplished a long way toward protecting well-defined goals such as confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity. However, with the growing sophistication of the attacks and the complexity of the system, the protection using traditional methods could be cost-prohibitive. A new perspective and a new theoretical foundation are needed to understand security from a strategic and decision-making perspective. Game theory provides a natural framework to capture the adversarial and defensive interactions between an attacker and a defender. It provides a quantitative assessment of security, prediction of security outcomes, and a mechanism design tool that can enable security-by-design and reverse the attacker's advantage. This tutorial provides an overview of diverse methodologies from game theory that includes games of incomplete information, dynamic games, mechanism design theory to offer a modern theoretic underpinning of a science of cybersecurity. The tutorial will also discuss open problems and research challenges that the CCS community can address and contribute with an objective to build a multidisciplinary bridge between cybersecurity, economics, game and decision theory
