LAPORAN INDIVIDU PRAKTIK PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN ( PPL ) SMP NEGERI 1 SALAM
Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) merupakan mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa calon tenaga kependidikan. Dengan kegiatan PPL ini dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mendarmabaktikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dipelajari ke dalam kehidupan nyata di lapangan serta dengan kegiatan PPL ini mahasiswa dapat belajar secara langsung di lapangan dengan mendapatkan pengalaman-pengalaman secara langsung.
Lokasi yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan adalah sekolah atau lembaga lainnya. Dalam kesempatan ini penulis melaksanakan kegiatan PPL di SMPN 1 Salam , yang beralamat di Jl.Raya Gulon-Salam Kabupaten Magelang
Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta secara terpadu dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 10 Agustus 2015 sampai dengan 12 September 2015, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang pembelajaran di sekolah atau lembaga, dalam rangka melatih dan mengembangkan kompetensi keguruan atau kependidikan. Kegiatan PPL ini juga memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengenal, mempelajari, dan menghayati permasalahan sekolah atau lembaga yang terkait dengan proses pembelajaran.
PPL yang dilakukan praktikan dimulai tanggal 10 Agustus 2015 sampai tanggal 12 September 2015 dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan dari mulai awal pembelajaran sampai akhir pembelajaran, dari awal

PPL sampai akhir PPL, serta PPL juga telah dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dari pihak sekolah.
Kesimpulan dari PPL yang telah dilaksanakan adalah bahwa mahasiswa praktikan memiliki pengalaman mengajar berupa menghadapi kondisi dan situasi peserta didik secara nyata, sebagai salah satu bentuk kemampuan untuk dapat menyampaikan materi pembelajaran maupun kemampuan untuk menyampaikan suatu pendapat, pengarahan dan penjelasan di depan umum sehingga sangat bermanfaat apabila terjun di sekolah atau lembaga nantinya sebagai pelengkap teori-teori yang telah didapatkan pada saat bangku kuliah. Kegiatan PPL ini juga sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa, yaitu mahasiswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman tentang cara berfikir dan bekerja secara interdisipliner, sehingga dapat memahami adanya keterkaitan ilmu dalam mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang ada disekolah atau lembaga
Functionalized adamantane: fundamental building blocks for nanostructure self-assembly
We report first principles calculations on the electronic and structural
properties of chemically functionalized adamantane molecules, either in
isolated or crystalline forms. Boron and nitrogen functionalized molecules,
aza-, tetra-aza-, bora-, and tetra-bora-adamantane, were found to be very
stable in terms of energetics, consistent with available experimental data.
Additionally, a hypothetical molecular crystal in a zincblende structure,
involving the pair tetra-bora-adamantane and tetra-aza-adamantane, was
investigated. This molecular crystal presented a direct and large electronic
bandgap and a bulk modulus of 20 GPa. The viability of using those
functionalized molecules as fundamental building blocks for nanostructure
self-assembly is discussed
Analysis of Interference Between LTE System and TETRA System in the 800 MHz Band
Wireless communication is used in many sectors to support the need of communication, the example of wireless communication is applied in mission critical network. Wireless communication system that used in mission critical are Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) and Long Term Evolution (LTE). TETRA systems supports voice services while LTE supports voice and data services. Co-exsitence between LTE and TETRA in same frequency band is one of the optimilazition quality for mission critical network. For this final project analyses interference in co-exsitence between LTE and TETRA in frequency band 800 MHz. There are four scenarios using extended-hata model propagation in urban area. There are several parameters that reviewed, desired Received Signal Strength (dRSS), interfering Received Signal Strength (iRSS), Carrier to Interference ratio (C/I) and probability of interference. In all scenarios occur Co-Channel Interference (CCI) between LTE and TETRA in frequency band 800 MHz so the performance not optimal. The performance increased when add guard band variation. The variation that applied are 0,5 MHz, 0,75 MHz, 1 MHz. Based on the result of the simulation that have been done, proposed the used of guard band variation for elevate the performance
Femtosecond study of the effects of ions on the reorientation dynamics of water
We study the effects of ions on the reorientation dynamics of liquid water
with polarization-resolved femtosecond mid-infared spectroscopy. We probe the
anisotropy of the excitation of the O-D stretch vibration of HDO molecules in
solutions of NaCl, NaI and tetra-alkylammonium bromide salts in 8 percent
HDO:H2O. We find that the reorientation O-D groups of HDO molecules hydrating
the Cl- and I- anions occurs on two different time scales with time constants
of 2pm0.3 ps and 9pm2 ps. The fast component is due to a wobbling motion of the
O-D group that keeps the hydrogen bond with the halogenic anion intact. For
solutions of tetra-alkylammonium bromide salts we observe a very strong slowing
down of the reorientation of water that is associated with the hydration of the
hydrophobic alkyl groups of the tetra-alkylammonium ions

The Effect on the Job Satisfaction Organization, Performance of Employees Commitment, and Service Performance
The purpose of this study analyzes the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and performance of employees as well as the performance of health centerservices in Kalimantan Timur. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS Software for data processing. Data were collected from employees on the front line health center in Kalimantan Timur. The unit of analysis used in this research are health centers in Kalimantan Timur region is represented by three cities each district namely; Samarinda, Kutai, and Balikpapan each city district 10 health centers so that the total sample was 30 health centers. The result of the study found that job satisfaction had significant positive effect on organizational commitment; job satisfaction did not havesignificanteffecttoinfluence on employee performance; job satisfaction did nothave significantly affect the performance of the services; organizational commitmentdid nothave significant effect on employee performance; organizational commitment did not have significant effect on the servicesperformance; andthe performance of employees did not have significant effect on the servicesperformanc

KGaA, Weinheim Two novel receptors 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis[(ethoxycarbonyl)methoxy]-26,28-bis-[1-methyl-(imidazole)meth-oxy] -2,8,14,20-tetra-thiacalix[4]arene (L1) and 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,27-bis-[(benzyl)methoxy] -26,28-bis-[1-methyl-(imidazole)-methoxy]-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4] arene (L2) possessing imidazole moieties based on thiacalix[4]arene in the 1,3-alternate conformation have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of L1 and L2 have been determined. The binding behaviour towards Li + , Na + , K + and Ag + ions has been examined by 1 H NMR titration experiments in (CDCl 3 /CD 3 CN; 10:1, v/v) solution. The exclusive formation of mononuclear complexes of L1 with metal cations is of particular interest revealing a negative allosteric effect in the thiacalix[4]arene family. Liquid-liquid extraction experiments indicate that synthesized L2 can be utilized as an efficient reusable extractant for dichromate anion by controlling the pH of the aqueous solution
