Seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la unidad Materno Infantil de la empresa social del estado San Diego de Cereté, 2019

In the E.S.E. The San Diego Hospital of the municipality of Cereté - Córdoba carried out the present work which aims to: Prepare an improvement plan in Safety and Health at Work (SST) for the Maternal and Child functional unit of the ESE San Diego de Cereté, through the realization of a DOFA matrix and its respective analysis, in order to comply with Law 1562 of 2012. Materials and methods. a DOFA matrix was used; evidencing the need to intervene in the Maternal and Child functional unit. Results. Opportunities for improvement were found in the OSH actions, for which an improvement plan is prepared that included the realization of a Virtual Learning Object on the report of incidents and accidents at work. Conclusion. Hospital San Diego del municipio de Cereté – Córdoba se realizó el presente trabajo que tiene como objetivo: Elaborar un plan de mejora en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) para la unidad funcional Materno Infantil de la E.S.E San Diego de Cereté, mediante la realización de una matriz DOFA y su respectivo análisis, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la Ley 1562 de 2012. Materiales y métodos. se empleó una matriz DOFA; evidenciándose la necesidad de intervenir en la unidad funcional Materno Infantil. Resultados. Se encontraron oportunidades de mejora en las acciones de SST para lo cual se elabora un plan de mejora que incluyo la realización de un Objeto Virtual de Aprendizaje sobre el reporte de los incidentes y accidentes laborales. Conclusión. La SST está contemplada en la normatividad nacional siendo de obligatorio cumplimiento para empleadores y trabajadores, la cual busca mantener a la población trabajadora libre peligros; esta política es responsabilidad de todos en la institución de salud y requiere de la mejora continua para promover la salud de los trabajadores y así contribuir a la calidad.PregradoAdministrador(a) en Salu
